Lake Las Vegas

The unit we rented was very nice, very clean and provided a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area. The property manager that was in contact with me was very attentive.The only complaint I have is the state of the actual building that the unit was located in. The building definitely needs to be renovated with new carpet, new paint and a working second elevator.

Just what we hoped it would be

Great place and everything we needed. It looks just like the pictures. Views over the pool and mountains and lake. They had two kinds of coffee makers. Two king beds and plenty of closet space. The fold out couch has a full length cushion which worked out great to lay on the floor as a 4th bed for my youngest. The balcony was great for coffee in the morning. The garage parking was very convenient because not all the units have onsite parking. There are a lot of great restaurants and a little grocery store within a block. Pool and hot tubs were great as well with plenty of seating Negatives: The beds were memory foam and a little too soft for me, but we got used to it after a few nights. Cooking supplies were a little thin. The air conditioning was a little loud at night. A couple of the light switch covers would fall off when the doors shut and some of the finishes/details weren’t high quality, but overall the place was awesome and we’ll try to stay there again on our next trip. .

Lovely stay

The property was recently renovated and was beautiful in terms of the decor and as well comfort. The unit has a large patio and faces both the lake and the pools, which was a lovely way to wake up as well end the day. The kitchen was large and had almost everything you could need. It would just have been nice to have the basics like some spices and oil for cooking so you didn’t need to purchase for a shorter stay

Very pleasant stay

The condo was very clean and up to date as described. Furniture and appliances were obviously new, and kitchen was well equipped if you desired to do your own cooking. Balcony would be great in good weather, but it was too cold for us in February. Located within walking distance of several good restaraunts, and a small grocery store is right around the corner. We liked it very much and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, ok condo

The location of this condo if perfect! You have a view of the lake, the balcony overlooks the pool area perfectly. When you exit the main lobby of the building you literally exit the parking lot to the village area. Such a short walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. ***The downside of this condo is the condition of it. I personally think the view and location out weighed the quality of the condo. But there could be some improvements for sure. It definitely needs to have the carpets cleaned (at the very least), if not replaced. The walls need to be painted and freshened up. The bathtub faucet is covered with duct tape and I’m not sure if it’s because it doesn’t work or they just don’t want you using it, they should clarify these things to the renters. This may be strange to some but I was actually frustrated because there was no salt and pepper or any kind of seasonings at all in the unit. Every place I’ve ever rented has had oil, salt and pepper. The unit also needs more pillows and towels, not enough towels for swimming and showering especially when advertising that it can sleep 6 people. It should have enough for 6.

Nice weekend

Overall property and location are beautiful. The size of our condo was nice for the four of us! The Kitchen is nicely furnished with the basics. My only recommendation is that the condo could use some tender love and care. I know it’s a rental but a can of paint could go a long way (master bath light wouldn’t turn off and bath tub was duck taped). Overall enjoyed our stay.

Condo

The condo was clean when we entered. The dishwasher had dirty dishes for me to clean and put away. I am assuming housekeeping should have taken care of this. There is black duct tape holding down the carpet instead of fixing the carpet when it meets the tile . There was duct tape on the tube spout so we were unable to use the tube that was part of the payment of the condo. The master bath sink was completely clogged. We had to fix that. There is a hole in the wall. More towels would have been great since our stay was 3 days. The unit definitely needs to have the carpet shampooed it is very dirty and stained. When I text the regarding issues I had no response. I should have received a text back. I have pictures of the items I have listed.

A LV stay off the strip

We stayed a few nights on the strip then a few nights at this property. It was a refreshing wind down for the end of our vacation. The community is adorable. Shops, restaurants, tea and coffee on site. Pool and hot tub area were great too.

Enjoyed this location

Everything was as advertised. Great view from the balcony, east facing, I enjoyed the sun with my coffee each morning. A beautiful area with so many amenities you never need to get in your car. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

The property was really nice and the first time I stayed using VRBO. Everything was as stated and the beds were very comfortable. I would have liked a bit more water pressure and a washer and dryer but the place was very nice. They never promised a washer and dryer but it would have ben nice.

Decent but needs TLC

Nice location and great view of mountains and the lake. Plenty of space and lots of restaurants and shops close by. That said they are seriously behind in basic maintenance: 1. Kitchen has very few utensils, no hot pad holders. 2. Toaster is broken on one half of both slots 3. Master bath light switch is broken and shower stall needs non skid strips. Slipped twice and almost fell 4. Shower head in guest bath barely runs at all. 5. Dishwasher leaks If they'd fix the stuff that is broken this would be a really nice place

Love Lake Las Vegas

The condo was very roomy for four adults. Very nice balcony overlooking the pool on the 5th floor, but the condo is worn and needs some care. Hopefully that will improve. We love staying in LLV and the restaurants and grounds. The management team responds quickly.

January 2022 getaway

Condo was perfect for my son and I. Each had our own room & bathroom. Having the kitchen and fridge made it so nice to reheat any leftovers we had and keep our favorite drinks on hand. We utilized the hot tub while there to help thaw out our frozen WI bones ;-). This was a great location for us since we weren’t in the Vegas area for casinos. So quiet and peaceful in the community too!

Dance weekend

We stayed here for our a few days for a local dance competition. It was decent. For the cost it’s pretty outdated. Overall it was clean. Condo is in ok condition. Could use some TLC. View is spectacular. Only complaint about the property manager is that we had trouble figuring out the tv and I contacted him but we never got back to me.

Clean property awesome view

Property is very nice. Kids loved swimming in the pool. We left a few thing behind and the owner mailed them back to us which we really appreciated and thought was super classy. Great place to relax away from the hustle and busle of Las Vegas

Nice overall, but lacking attention to upkeep details

The location was nice, the rooms were clean, AC worked and the room had everything we needed. But there were stains on the carpet and damage to the furniture and walls.
