La Villa Corazón del Mar es la casa perfecta frente a la playa para que familiares y amigos se reúnan con lujo para celebrar aniversarios, cumpleaños o simplemente escapadas de vacaciones. Tenemos 5 habitaciones cada una con una cama King size. 4 habitaciones están en la planta baja. 2 están en la playa y 2 en el lado este con pequeños patios privados. Estas dos habitaciones del lado este tienen cada una un futón / sofá cama además del rey cama. Arriba, tenemos dos camas futon / sofá en el desván. Luego, el quinto dormitorio arriba tiene la cama king y dos futones / sofá más. Camas Cada habitación tiene un baño privado. La villa está diseñada para la privacidad con un área central grande para reunir que fluye hacia el patio / piscina / bar / océano. Uno baja del patio al césped y luego a la arena suave de la playa. El agua del océano es cálida y suave. Janet y Tomás son sus cuidadores. Mantienen la villa y los terrenos mantenidos y limpiados de lunes a sábado. Tomas ofrece servicios de Chef opcionales. Janet también está certificada en masajes, tratamientos faciales, manicuras y pedicuras. Experimentarás unas verdaderas vacaciones en Villa Corazon Del Mar. Tenemos un conserje que establecerá cualquier actividad o recorrido que le interese. Todos los tours ecológicos están disponibles. Restaurantes / bares y tiendas se encuentran a poca distancia. Le conectaremos con alquileres de carritos de golf para que pueda recorrer nuestra área fácilmente. La zona del puerto deportivo se encuentra a pocos pasos al sur de la playa. Sentarse en el patio o relajarse en la piscina viendo nuestras espectaculares puestas de sol y los barcos que navegan es un sueño hecho realidad.

Family of 9 ranging in ages from 23 to 54. The house is awesome. The pictures do not do it justice!Golf cart rental is a must and a lot of fun. Lots of great restaurants - not a lot of shopping - not much night life.Super relaxing and exactly what we were looking for only wish we had booked additional days!

Absolutely love this place. The hosts are wonderful, we had food cooked in the house 3 nights and Donna is a wonderful cook. Great restaurants only a golf cart ride away. We will be back!

This villa is the full package!! From its location right on the beach to the attentive staff and amazingly helpful owners you won’t be disappointed! We utilized the chef services and both meals were outstanding! The maintenance, cleaning and security were very friendly and helpful, what a great team you get with this villa! We honestly can’t wait to come back!! Rent golf carts, visit Pura for breakfast and Gecko’s for lunch or dinner they are within walking distance of the villa! Take a ride on Rickdiculius if it is available during your stay, super fun time and an awesome crew come with it!

Family Beach Trip

My family of 16, ages 7-80, enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful, spacious and well cared for. When we had issues Jimmy was there to help. The beach is quiet, which we appreciate, and we loved being able to walk to a few restaurants nearby. All around wonderful experience had by everyone in our group.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Villa Corazon. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Having individual climate control for each bedroom was a fantastic feature. It was like having our own private resort. The town of Potrero was very friendly and comfortable.

We loved this house and the staff! They communicated well with us and helped us make the most of our stay. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Chef Anna made great food and then we ate at their restaurant las Brisa’s and danced! Did a catamaran with lazy lizard and loved them too

Great House for our Large Group!

This was the perfect house for our group of 13. The house has 9 bedrooms so we had plenty of room. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living area is open and roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped. The highlight is the patio with swimming pool that opens up onto the beach. just spectacular. the pool cabana has a bar, ice maker, and gas grill. We spent most of our time enjoying this beautiful space. daily walks on the beach.The location of the house is great, as well. very close to stores and restaurants as well as other beaches. we rented golf carts to get around. never needed a car.house staff was great. daily cleaning of the house and patio/pool area. very friendly staff.the owners were also great to work with. they answered all of our questions via email prior to our trip so there were no surprises. they also hooked us up with companies to book the golf cart rentals, airport transportation, excursions, etc. They have really assembled a great team to make your vacation easy and memorable.We highly recommend this house for large groups that are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting.

INCREDIBLE

Such an incredible place to stay! We had a group of 10 people and we had plenty of room in the house. The house is absolutely beautiful, right on the beach and walking distance to so many cool restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Potrero.

Absolutely fabulous home!

We absolutely loved this property! We loved the location right on the beach, to die for sunsets, and great location to everything we wanted to do while in Costa Rica. The owner was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival and Thomas and Janet were a pleasure to work with while there. We had several meals prepared by them and it was so good! Thank you!

Amazing views!!!

A group of 10 of us had an incredible week at Greg’s place. That view never gets old! The location is great, just a small walk to restaurants, shops and the grocery store, we also rented a golf and ventured out a bit further. Greg is very responsive and helpful with everything! Playa Potrero is an awesome little town and we all can’t wait to go back!

An excellent family vacation

The property was in an excellent location and the pictures accurately represent the home and location. The service provided by the host, property manager, and others such as the pool service, housekeeper, and security were also great. Each person was personable and offered prompt replies to our communications. This all set the ground for a fabulous vacation for the 12 of us. We took our kids and grandkids and I can say every person, ages 2 through 76, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The host, Mackenzie, went beyond to make sure our needs were met andmade perfect referrals such as for tours and transportation with Yellow Fin. Without hesitation we would go back again and will recommend this host and property to others. By the way, we had the personal chef for several meals and we were impressed with their skills and delighted with the food they served - fun and delicious!

Excellent vacation. The Villa and property were well maintained. Private security guard made us feel safe. Tomas cooked several excellent meals snd Janet have very good massages. Derwin was great arranging all transports and excursions. Chip worked out great with the golf cart rentals. Great private location. Jimmy was also fantastic very dependable.

Family birthday celebration

We were celebrating my wife’s milestone birthdate. The property was amazing and easily accommodates large groups. The 9 bedrooms were spacious with nicely appointed bathrooms. The large dining room fit our group of 14. I would highly recommend getting some meals prepared at the house by their in house staff. Ana was great getting our airport transfers even though there were multiple flight delays. She also set up our excursions- horse back riding, fishing, private sunset catamaran cruise, ATV . Jimmy the property was also awesome and very responsive. I would also recommend renting golf carts from Chip & Jennifer who couldn’t be any nicer. The owners Greg and MacKenzie were very responsive and easy to deal with. This property is one of a kind in a beautiful setting. Thank you again to staff who made our stay so memorable We plan on returning with our grand children Ken

Amazing Vacation!!

We had an amazing time visiting Costa Rica and staying at this lovely home. Greg and McKenzie were super responsive and helpful...really great to work with! The house is beautiful and it was amazing to be right on the beach and have a pool. The service providers they use are fantastic! We loved utilizing Janet's spa services and she was very professional. Tomas's food was very good. Alexandra at LEP and Chip at golf cart rentals both went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had the best experience possible. We would definitely like to go back again!

An amazing vacation!!!

Beautiful and spacious! The pictures do not do it justice. Everyone was amazing to work with. Eleven of us stay at the property in July to celebrate my birthday. I worked with Melanie for weeks before my stay to plan events for my guest. When we arrived Jimmy was there to let us in and walk us through the extremely spacious villa. When we had last minute request Jimmy was a quick call away to resolve issue. In addition to event planning I worked with Melanie daily for additional groceries and last minute chef request. Whatever we needed, she was a text away. Thank you to Melanie, Jimmy, the Chef, sous chef and housecleaner for taking great care of us!!!! Pure vida, indeed ❤️❤️

The Perfect Family Beach Vacation Home

We stayed here for Spring Break 2011 with 2 grandparents, 4 parents, & 7 kids ages 3 1/2 to 12, and it was the perfect place for everyone! Janet & Tomas are so wonderful. The beach has the perfect wave for swimming & body boarding, and you can be sitting in the pool watching the beach the whole time! We found our 3 favorite restaurants to walk to, our favorite market to get our daily supply of fruit & veg, and our favorite tour guide in Dervin. He took us on a great zip line tour that all the kids could do, a day trip to Tamarindo for surf, and another to Playa Cochal for some amazing snorkelling. We all took turns taking out the kayaks & fishing with poles that we'd brought along. This was the perfect home for a spectacular vacation - we will be coming back!!

Great House, right on the beach with unimpeded 180 degree view, sunsets were magical. My daughters loved riding horses on the beach right up to the house. 3-4 great restaurants in Potrero and Flamingo. House keepers Janet and Tomas were the nicest. If festival in Brasalitto during visit - go see the bull riding. House had very large bedrooms and separate baths all new and very nice. Only negative were roads were in tough shape to get to Potrero due to very wet summer. It is Costa Rica.

Great Stay

I stayed at this property a total of five nights. There were 15 of us, ranging from 1 year old-64 years old. We had an great stay! You can tell the house went through a total renovation recently, and is very modern and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Also very clean. We had chef services three times, all fantastic food. The chefs come on time and get straight to work as well as the cleaning staff. Jimmy, the property manager was our main source of contact. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues and that is the best you can ask for. The owners were very responsive as well. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend. And might I add what a beautiful location right on the beach. The house is located walking distance to restaurants. I would suggest renting a car or golf cart for easy transportation because the roads in the neighborhood are very uneven and rocky.
