Amazing stay!

Our family has been coming to York Beach for over 30 years and counting! We have stayed in many rental homes and this is by far one of the best! Super clean, great location, beautiful, will definitely be looking at for next year!

Relaxing week in Maine

Great property. Patti thinks of everything. Towels, sheets, beach stuff all provided. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home!

Thank you Patti for sharing your beautiful home with us, and for providing all of the necessities of a beach vacations. The house is about 1.5 miles from Long Beach bath house, great beach, we’d drop off the car early AM with chairs and towels, etc. and then walk from the house to the beach at a more reasonable hour😉. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic Week in York Beach

Patti and her property are top notch, I cannot say enough good about either. The house is beautiful, updated and yet very comfortable. Patti has thought of everything. Travel shampoo bottles for the outdoor shower or in case you’ve forgotten your own; that was the theme around the house. Patti makes renting her house as easy as being at home. She was an excellent host, a pleasure to communicate with and was very responsive when I had questions. The neighborhood is quiet, very relaxing and a close walk to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near nubble.

Amazing Coastal Maine Experience

Myself, spouse, grandmother and 3 kids had high expectations for this rental, given the listing. Somehow, this home exceeded expectations! Plenty of space there for everyone. Sleeping was comfortable for everyone. Preparing and eating a meal was easy, with plenty of kitchen necessities available. Front screened in porch was a great way to experience cool Maine evening air. Neighborhood was perfectly quiet, but still allowed for walking access to beaches and downtown. There was absolutely nothing lacking for our family in this beautiful home. This was our family’s favorite summer vacation!

Meticulously Maintained

Many thanks to Patti for sharing her Beach Community Home with our Family! It's nice being so close to all that Nubble light area had to offer! The home had all the amenities that our family needed! The Decor was exactly what you see in current Ocean House Decor Magazines! I loved the front screened in porch to read in and so appreciated the sunny Deck on side of house with Grill! I also loved the quiet Street! Our two Girls loved playing on the lawn when we were taking a break from the Beach! We definitely are going to return as our Family is young and would like to make this Home our tradition to return each Summer. ThankYou again Patti!! Warmest Regards Sandi

Beautiful home

This is an immaculate and very comfortable home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for exploring all parts of Maine and New Hampshire. Being walking distance from the lighthouse is a plus. Because of Covid we didn’t go out to dinner, but we did order takeout. Our only suggestion would be a larger supply of plates for both dinner and lunch. However, we appreciated the large supply of paper products and everything was just fine. To me, the most important thing is sleep. This house has very comfortable and quality mattresses. We had no problem. Patti was wonderful to work with. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to this area of Maine. Thank you.

Perfect home away from home!

Traveling to the beach with kids usually means packing lots of equipment and usually forgetting something important at home. Thankfully, this house had EVERYTHING! Chairs, wagons, games, beach towels, beach buggy, and more. We were never left thinking “I wish we had brought”, because it was all there upon check-in. The short walk to Fox’s was awesome after a day at the beach and a craving for fresh seafood. The house was IMMACULATELY clean and comfortable. Patti was the most gracious and flexible host we’ve ever come across. She made our summer vacation dreams come true. We can’t wait to stay here again next summer!

Perfect Vacation!

This is a beautiful home in a great location! Cape Neddick is close to the beaches and York beach center but also feels quiet and relaxing. The house was perfect for our family of 4 - it was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a relaxing time by the ocean. It is so nicely decorated and appointed, very comfortable beds , a great deck and an outside shower - which I love! The owner is extremely helpful and responsive and has a great set up for her guests. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a trip to Southern Maine! Thank you Patti - we’ll be back for sure!

Simply Impeccable

This beautiful vacation home exceeded our expectations! Meeting the owner, Patti, upon arrival was a personal touch that showed the pride she possesses in her home. A turn-key environment provided the ability to enjoy our vacation immediately, without having any "set-up" required. Having the space for 4 teenage children to stretch their legs allowed for happy, grateful attitudes throughout the week. Every amenity imaginable was provided and we were especially grateful not to have had to pack 6 beach chairs:) We walked and long-boarded to Nubble Lighthouse daily, and felt both area beaches were close enough for quick driving access, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful quiet come nightfall. Patti, thank-you again for not missing a beat as the most gracious host and for giving us a week of new memories to cherish!

Perfect Rental

My family had a wonderful time at Patti's beach home. It was very clean and orderly. It was very close to the beaches and the Nubble lighthouse. We felt like we were right at home at this beach house. There was even a grill if we wanted to do some outdoor cooking. We would definitely recommend this to any family looking to vacation in York, Maine.

The house was prisitine and very spacious. All amenities were present as advertised. I loved the upstairs sitting area and the front porch. We had a great time and the walks to Nubble light were great the fireplace will be a cozy spot in the fall location was great for the beach as well

Best family friendly vacation home in New England!

We had an amazing time in your beautiful home!! We found this house had perfect features for our family and young children. We appreciated the open concept and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the amenities like the washer and dryer. It's rare to find a place so family friendly! The location is perfect with the beach, downtown and nubble lighthouse within walking distance. This was the perfect, relaxing vacation for our family! Whether we were on the beach, walking the quaint downtown, or just sitting on the relaxing screened in porch or outside on the deck listening to the waves crash, we certainly did not miss the hustle and bustle of life back home! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us, we will certainly be back next year and hopefully many more to come!!

Perfect York beach home!!

My family has a wonderful time at Patti's s beach house! This stunning property is walking distance to the nubble, downtown and both long and short sands beaches! My husband and I and 4 teenage children enjoyed all the comforts of home in this pristine and beautifully decorated gem! I have already booked for summer 2016! :)
