El nivel del suelo de esta casa tiene una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. El cuarto de lavado está en este nivel junto con un baño completo. El sofá tiene una cama queen size y la cubierta de la sala de estar es espaciosa y tiene una mesa con capacidad para seis. Subiendo las escaleras encontrará dos dormitorios y un baño completo. El maestro tiene una cama king size y la habitación de invitados una reina. El baño en este nivel tiene una ducha y la bañera del primer piso. Hay una bonita terraza en el dormitorio principal que tiene vistas al agua y amaneceres increíbles. Esta es una subdivisión cerrada con una maravillosa piscina comunitaria. El camino de acceso a la playa está a 1 milla por el camino. Hay una ducha exterior para enjuagarse después de un buen día en la playa, y luego hacer una parrillada a la parrilla. Describing it as a cozy cottage was as accurate as it gets. We loved staying there. Beach access was a mere 5 minutes away and we had no issues while staying there. We would absolutely stay there again. All was hassle free and very enjoyable. Thanks for making the process easy and stay memorable.

Father and Son Fishing Trip

This place was perfect for my son and I to get away for a weekend fishing trip. Great location away from the hustle of down town Port Aransas. We will be back to stay again.

Cutest little Cottage

This property was pristine, matched photos and description perfectly! Loved the location, Loved the second story balcony. Would Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Cute little place, loved the location. Driveway was a little narrow for our trucks, but we made it work. Wish the community pool was in a more open location. Located directly behind another house, made it not feel very inviting.

Cute Cottage

This is a great property. Close to beach, well maintained, all the necessities. I do wish they took pets but overall great stay. Would return again.

The hosts were really friendly and awesome to communicate with when needed. The only small critique is that you can't walk to the beach from the house. You have to drive 1 mile down the road. Beside that everything else was great.

Great Property!

We haven’t had the best luck with rental properties in this area, and this house finally changed that. The interior is well furnished. Felt very fresh and clean. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipt. We enjoyed it!

Great little beach house

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting here again. Communication with Port A Escapes was excellent. Very cute house with two nice bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen was also well-equipped. The only downsides we found were that the community pool is really small and that the closest beach access is about 1 mile down the main road.

Little yellow beach house

Our family enjoyed the beach house! Everything was clean. Cute little neighborhood and close drive to the beach. The living room furniture is a bit outdated and uncomfortable but that is the only downside. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Will consider this area again!

Cozy Cottage

Wonderful cottage for us and our granddaughter. Comfortable and clean. Only thing we would have changed was having access to the beach from the cottage. We were close enough but no path to walk to it. We needed to drive to the beach. We spent our days at the wonderful beaches.

The only thing is the walkway to the beach was not as close as I thought, and the Mayan Princess boardwalk was closed. Other then that it was an amazing property and I Loved it for my entire family!

Lovely Cottage near the beach❤️

Very nice location and cottage. My husband did a lot of fishing so when we came to the cottage all we wanted was to rest and be comfortable. I would re-book this place again, however the master bedroom bed had a huge hump right down the middle of the bed. Not sure what was going on there. Owner might want to purchase a new mattress. Please let me know when you replace the mattress and I will surely book again! Overall we loved the place!

Only two good sized vehicles fit in the driveway, and don’t think about parking on the street. We had a guest come by and kinda parked in the driveway and HOA came knocking. Other than that, great little house.

Great Stay at Buttercup

Overall we had a great stay! Some tips.... be sure to bring extra paper towels, laundry detergent, hand and dish soap, trash bags, cooking spices and water. No walking access to beach but that was fine with us. We used beach access road #2 and used the beach around marker 100 where no beach permit was required. The pool is a short walk and was a nice retreat! There's no street parking so don't bring more than two cars, maybe three if they are small. All in all it was a great little place to stay! Thanks!

Port A Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in many VRBO properties and this one was below par for what we paid. The parking was super tight. Their was a huge roach that greeted us once inside. The foldout coach was not usable, as the mattress was super thin and all you felt were bars in your back. There was no silverware and very little kitchen items. The back porch is directly on top of the neighbors with no privacy at all. The decor was not even welcoming. We were not impressed. The positive is that the beach is very close. Not walking distance but super quick drive. However... tar everywhere! And it was getting all over our feet. We would stay elsewhere next time due to high price and what we got for our money.

Quiet remote location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was good. The location is where I wanted and away from the crowd. That was perfect. We were mostly comfortable during the stay. My only gripe is the kitchen cookware and tools. I’m a serious cook and it was difficult to safely prepare meals for my family. Pots and pans had scratches which is a safety issue and knives were dull which is dangerous. Would I come back? Yes, if they can update the kitchen accessories and tools. Again, I’m a serious cook and this might not mater to others.

Perfect little getaway

It had a beautiful pool just a short walking distance away that my family was able to enjoy. The beach was a short drive away. If driving to the beach, don't forget your beach permit. We had a small issue with the lock/code to the home, but when we called for help, we had immediate (& friendly) assistance. This is definitely a home I'd love to rent again. Thank you for sharing this peaceful space with my family.
