¡Nos complace anunciar que la piscina Village Walk Phase 1 ahora está climatizada!
Esta nueva Casita tiene mucho dormitorio para traer a toda la familia. La planta baja tiene la sala de estar, comedor, cocina, dormitorio principal y baño completo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el sofá cama es una reina. Arriba encontrará dos dormitorios adicionales y un baño completo. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y un conjunto de literas gemelas y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales. Hay 2 piscinas comunitarias en esta subdivisión y la casa tiene internet inalámbrico.

Antes de viajar a Port Aransas / Village Walk, planifique la cantidad correcta de vehículos que conduce de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas:
 
1) Casita Margarita VW3 ofrece 3 espacios de estacionamiento pavimentados en el camino de entrada para 3 vehículos de tamaño mediano. Si alquila un carrito de golf, debe caber en uno de sus 3 espacios.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would say the house had most everything needed. We cooked in quite a bit, so if you're going to do that, I'd suggest bringing some cooking utensils as the ones provided are very cheap and bendable. I was disapppointed there isn't more of an outdoor space - but that's obvious from pictures. Just wish the porch has been a bit larger so we could sit outside. Other than than, the rooms were a good size and having the garage available to put extra drinks, do laundry, store our stuff was a plus. The location is good to both beach and restaurants, especially if you rent a golf cart (which we suggest you do from Red's - they deliver and pick it up). This trip was sort of last minute as our previous booking plans had fallen through. The price was a bit much for what you actually get (no outside space for example) but overall a nice rental. We did not have to contact the hosts for anything breaking, also a plus. Thank you.

Birthday Vacation

The House was just as described. My family was very happy with my choice. They were able to accommodate all of my family and even my fur baby. We stayed there for 5 days and it was like a home away from home. the beds were so comfortable and the home was so roomy for all of us. We were in communication with management when we needed.. They were so very helpful. We are definitely going to book gain, This home was AMAZING, just right and the whole experience and service was great.

I already knew I loved this neighborhood - Pool is a short walk away and the beach is about 5 minutes or less by golf cart. You wont regret getting a golf cart for your stay - theres plenty of places to go. The Texan was a favorite for my daughter because of their slushees. We golf carted all over the accepted area only leaving to have dinner at Castaways. We loved our stay! Thank you!

However, we do have a few suggestions for the owners to make future guests more comfortable:*A Keurig-type coffee maker;*Hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels on and hooks on the outside for wet swimsuits/beach towels;*A larger trash can in the kitchen;*A sign on the outside front stating the name of the property;*Make sure all light bulbs are replaced and all fixtures are working. Also, it looks like the old smoke detector was replaced in the master bedroom, but the wires are still hanging out of the hole. Small things like that make a difference for guests.

Port A

We were excited for our visit to Port A. We had a few unexpected issues with the house. The first evening the toilet in the downstairs half bath started leaking. We were told that we communication either via a phone call or a text would be promptly responded to however when we didn’t hear back from our text, we gave them a call and they said they never received it. Maintenance did come out and look at the toilet the same day that we were able to connect with management. Unfortunately, they said they had to replace the toilet and it wouldn’t be for four days, which was essentially our entire trip. We were disappointed that the repair could not be made in a more timely manner. One of the main reasons we chose the property was the 2 1/2 bath convenience. We also identified damage to the blinds and the upstairs shower drain cover upon arrival. A few days into the trip we were looking to use the washer and dryer also a key reason for choosing the property. To our dismay the washing machine would not complete a cycle and drain. we reported the issue and the management property said they’d have maintenance come out and we’re very apologetic, however, the trip was almost over. Despite several issues, we enjoyed our stay in Port A, the location of the property and it’s amenities.

Cute getaway house

My small family of 3 shared this house with another family of 3, and it was perfect! - It has all the kitchen essentials, including toaster, blender and drip coffee machine. That definitely helps when you are budget conscious and don’t want to be eating out every meal. -AC was cool (thank God!) -clean house , decorated appropriately for a beach vacay house -concrete floors kept the house cool -Cable and Wifi access, worked perfect except the main living with a “not compatible “ pop up, but we reset the cable box and that seemed to fix it. -Only had one problem: key issues but maintenance was quick to respond and resolve the issue (keys needed to be replaced) -the house can sleep up to 10 (maybe 12 including the pull out sofa) however I think that would be a bit crowded. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was comfortable for us. - we rented a golf cart for the weekend and it got us to the beach in under 5 minutes, which I highly recommend for beach days! Beach access is at mile marker 18 - no “backyard” or back deck area with a grill, but we didn’t care -shrubs should be trimmed to reveal the house number...we did process of elimination! Shrubs do add some privacy to the front of the house though! -Ad says you can park 3 vehicles, but only if you have 3 small compact cars! We have a Tahoe, and a full size Chevy Silverado truck and the truck had to backed in at an angle in order to fit. There’s no way you can park 3 cars. There would be room in the garage for a car, but nothing bigger than a mid size SUV ( I couldn’t fit my Tahoe in there) - quick drive to many restaurants and shops Overall a great house, great trip and would recommend this property!

Great location

The location of this property is great, but the parking is minimal. We had to park three of our four cars elsewhere because we had golf carts and your only allowed three cars or carts! The house wasn’t as clean as it should have been, mostly just a lot of sand in the floor and the box fan was prett gross, but everything else was okay!

We had to go to the store to buy cookie sheets and a decent skillet in order to cook breakfast. The skillet in the kitchen was so rusty and corroded we couldn’t use it. The unit is set up for 10 people, but there was only silverware for six.Then the cable box in the living room was broken, so my son-in-law had to take the one from the bedroom and hook it up to the TV in the living room. While I realize that each rental is individually owned, I feel the management company is responsible for making sure the units are ready for renters. This means more that just having the units cleaned.

Great house and location. But there was roaches :/ No space to be outside and relax Service in there is bad! It’s very outdated. The walls were dirty and floor is horrible :/

Great place to stay.

Great layout with lots of beds for several families. not enough cabinets for our food but we managed. also sheets were like sleeping with paper. if uou are down stairs and people are walking or pulling out drawers in dresser its really loud. but overall the experience was great. a little bumbed when pool was being cleaned. should stager the closure so kids can still play and give notice when cleaning will happen so people dont plan to be at pool that day.

Internet no phone service only 1 tv worked in the entire house, no phone service from our phones

Media communication is paramount and it's was basically nonexistent, very frustrating to say the least! We contacted your office several times to fix the issue
