Este condominio cuenta con una sala de estar y comedor abiertos. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos gemelos. Hay dos baños completos uno en cada habitación. También hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. No se permiten mascotas en esta unidad y se permite fumar solo afuera. Oh, ¿mencioné que los amaneceres son increíbles! Ubicado en las dunas doradas de Mustang Island, los condominios de Beachhead tienen impresionantes vistas del golfo. Really great location in Port A for family trip. Condo located very close to pool as well. Having boardwalk to beach makes golf cart optional. Will likely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience. Clean, close to the beach, nice pool (small-ish, but not busy) The grills are rusty. You must supply your own charcoal. They were too rusty and broken down for us to feel comfortable using. Disappointed that there were no beach towels provided. We had to buy them. There is a unit above, you can hear the people walking around. They weren't loud, the floor is thin, carries the noise of the footsteps. Fortunately, they went to bed at a reasonable hour and slept in :)The deck was nice. The a/c went out. We had prompt service in getting that looked at, and a solution presented until the repair could be made. I was impressed with this and pleased, because it was hot! Comfortable beds. I would like a little more lighting in the king bed bedroom, but that is me. The dresser in that room is broken and couldn't be used. The closet door in the other bedroom is broken as well. Spare light bulbs and batteries would be helpful, as we needed both. Other than that, it had everything we needed and was comfortable and enjoyable. Oh, the parking, we had a truck. It does not fit in the space provided. The ceiling is too low. We parked in front of the units stahl, but we were a little concerned about blocking others in.

Parking is extremely tight, the carport was very very low, damaged my trucks roof, only the bed of the truck fit and the rest of the truck stayed out of the carport. Everything else was fine besides the parking situation.

Reviewer Comments: There were no sheets for pull out sofa bed and not enough towels. I asked for some when we arrived, they came the next day. The parking was horrendous and I dare to say dangerous! I left a cosmetics bag with medicine in it, somehow it was never found.

The beds were comfortable and furniture was nice except the couch is not very supportive and an area rug in the living room (not in pictures that I reviewed before booking but had been mentioned in other reviews) appears dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

A couple things: the couch cushions were uncomfortable and the rug by the couch should either be replaced or removed. Overall, the unit was amazing. Everyone I talked with to make the reservation and answer my questions were all very helpful. The location was amazing and so many restaurants to choose from. One of the best in Port Aransas

Beach Head Condos is one of the best condos in Port Aransas. My family and I travel to Port A at least 4 times a year and try to reserve a beach head condo. They are clean, convenient boardwalk and nice pool. My condo this time did need updated smoke alarms and I'd like the owner to know. Safety is extremely important to me when traveling with children. This location of our condo was definitely a prime location and I'm looking forward to returning before schools start. Thank you so much for all the great amenities available to us.

The condo was very clean and appropriately stocked with towels, etc. the sofa sleeper was aged and not a comfortable sleeping arrangement. At night when we returned to the condo we would have liked to watch TV, but the equipment was dated and not accessed easily. Parking was a bit odd also. Originally booking said there was an over flow area and we could ask for an additional parking pass but when I asked and one person said yes, the other said no. The confusion of parking passes came from what was posted on the site and then another explanation from the management company. The community was quiet, comfortable and perfect for a family vacation.

A vacay not so good vacay!!

Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving in the rental it had a strong odor of some kind of chemical. I immediately called Management and asked if the rental had been fumigated? Management quickly said she didn't know that HOA takes care of that. My question was never answered as I would of expected. Management said they would send maintenance over to our rental. The maintenance man was very polite and courteous. When I asked him if he could smell what all four of us where smelling, he said "honestly, I can't smell anything because I just finished a cigarette"! Maintenance worker said he was called to spray our room with a spray that you refresh your car with. He proceeded to spray new car smell spray into vents which was overbearing and made the smell even worse. Maintenance worker also said HOA takes care of fumigation. I was hoping that they would have accommodated us by putting us in another rental. We loved Port Aransas and the beach!! Our stay in rental was not good. Sofa sleeper was not comfortable, king size bed needs to be replaced and sitting area in living room needed more comfortable sitting chairs.

Clean and comfortable

I’ve stayed at the beachhead for years so I know what to expect. Was happy to see the gameroom has been renovated. Unit 102 was clean and comfortable. I wish we had known what the view would be when we booked but proximity to the heated pool and playground was great. The walk to the beach is easy! The kitchen was well appointed except a blender. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. Would have been nice to have some basic salt and pepper available. We could hear the neighbors above quite a bit but like I said, I knew to expect that having come here for over 10 years. The beach head is great for its location to town, the beach. Highly recommend!
