Esta casa de playa de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños admite mascotas, tiene capacidad para 14 personas y está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa. Amplia sala de estar / comedor / cocina con TV de pantalla plana, DVD. ¡Cocina moderna equipada para una reunión familiar!
El primer piso (con su propia entrada privada) tiene un dormitorio con una reina, un sofá cama y su propio baño. El segundo piso tiene dos habitaciones con camas queen en cada una, que comparten un baño. El tercer piso tiene el dormitorio principal que tiene una cama king, TV de pantalla plana a estrenar, un baño privado y su propio balcón privado. Hay un dormitorio al lado del maestro que tiene una cama queen, un sofá cama y su propio baño privado.
Lavadora / secadora están en el segundo piso. ¡Hay un hermoso patio cercado que a un cachorro le encantaría! Nuestras tarifas por mascota son de solo $ 10 por mascota por noche. Hay un bonito patio con una parrilla de propano y una maravillosa sala de estar debajo de la palapa. ¡Ven a disfrutar de tu propio Oasis! ¡Traiga a casa su pescado limpio y asado a la parrilla para la cena! Los huéspedes no tienen acceso al garaje, pero hay un amplio estacionamiento en la entrada (4 a 6 espacios, dependiendo del tamaño del vehículo).

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house on Labor Day for the past couple of years and this year was one of the best with the improvements made to the house reopening the top deck are you can sit out and enjoy the sunrise and see the ocean from there. It’s been very roomy and the pool is always a great time.

Disappointing Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleaners/inspector were onsite at arrival resulting in late check in. Lower level had significant mold on ceiling and a/c units were filthy. Took 2 days for cleaners to come out, they were shocked at condition of unit. We had to stay out of lower level for cleaning and airing. Pool had to be shocked so not able to use it first day, stayed murky throughout visit. HVAC spent several hours cleaning systems inside and out. Linens were stained, no linens available for pull out couches. Kitchen items were not very clean, coffee pot was in terrible shape. Ad for home was great, but the unit didn’t deliver- we’ve been renting every summer for 7 years- would not choose to come back to this one.

I was impressed with the size of the house, we had more then enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The pool area was nice and clean upon arrival, the location of the house was great, the beach is right down the road and you are by the strip so the location was perfect.

Perfect for multi-generational family

The house was perfect for our family! The most senior members were able to sleep on the ground floor, limiting what needed to be hauled up and down stairs. The first floor was perfect for a young family of five to have two bedrooms and share a bathroom. The top floor housed a couple and a second couple with an infant, both having their own bathrooms. We could not have asked for a better pool for our young swimmers. The large step area was perfect for all of us getting in and out of the pool. We will happily return!

Great family vacation accommodation!

Lots of space for our multi generational family to spread out and enjoy. Close to the beach to walk it, but you would have to tear us away from the fantastic private pool in the backyard, which was nicely shaded half of the day. Great house and responsive property management! Would definitely stay here again!!

Family spring break

It is a lovely home. Definitely how it is described. Nice and close to the beach. It was very clean. It would be a 10 if we didn’t have a few issues. There was no hot water when we arrived. Called management and they came out quickly. Then the refrigerator didn’t work. Management sent out a spare. The front door knob needs to be replaced It has cut a couple hands. We paid to have pool heated. It was nice and warm when arrived. The children had a blast in it. But each day the pool got colder and colder . Called to have it fixed.

Good location for a beach Family vacation

The location was great. We had golf carts delivered to us and had enough parking for 3 trucks and 2 golf carts. The place was clean and pool was nice. Our only issue was the first floor was unusable due to a horrible mildew and mold smell. We ended up putting the folks planning to stay down there in a hotel up the street as there wasn’t enough room for 3 more to sleep upstairs comfortably. I wouldn’t plan to use the downstairs two rooms until they clean it up and get that smell out. In addition the floor in the master needs repair as it’s got a dip and broken tiles. Even with that, it was a nice house and great location. Everyone had a great time and that’s all that matters!!

Making Memories

Very nice and spacious house. It does need a trash can outside by the pool. It also needs more towels. Not everyone uses one towel for four days. Over all a really nice house.

There was a soft spot in the bedroom floor on the third floor that was concerning. That issue had not been addressed in two years. But a new slider was constructed in the apartment on the ground floor and a new fold up bed added. We won’t return because we are not confident in the owner fixing the flooring. Location to the beach is great.

Annual Family Trip - Barefoot Dreams

Good house/not maintained well

Reviewer Comments: This house overall was perfect for our family of 14 and the location was good. The pool was nice and bigger than we thought. The cleanliness and maintenance of this home was poor in my opinion . The pool was dirty when we arrived. Several pillow cases looked as if they had not been changed. There were ants all around the pool area and trash that looked like it had been there a while. There were some loose boards on the deck and the downstairs bedroom smelled like mildew so much we had to buy air fresheners to try to hide the smell. When we arrived the trash had not been picked up yet and the kitchen was lacking some items . We did not receive enough towels for 14. I called about all of our issues and they did bring more towels and pillow cases right away, but they were not helpful about the dirtiness of the pool/bugs and trash all over until I had my husband call and then it was taken care of right away.

Only minor complaint is that we were planning on grilling a few nights and unfortunately the grill it states to be on property is in terrible condition and we weren’t able to use. Overall great experience and would come back.

Great property

This property had everything our family needed. The onsite pool was an added bonus. The beds were fine, but the pull out sofa bed was very worn. Luckily little kids were sleeping on it, not adults! The linens were very stiff from a laundry service but clean. If you have a large group, saying, I would recommend bringing additional bath towels. Overall, our experience was good and we would definitely say here again!

The home layout is prefect for fun and visiting with everyone. Then there is the pool that was the perfect size and has shade. Short walk to the beach. 10 / 10 would rent it again!
