Nos complace anunciar que la piscina Village Walk Phase 1 ahora está climatizada.
Esta casa es una planta libre de bonito diseño. De inmediato se sentirá relajado en la playa con temas dormitorios, techos de pino tablones magníficas y amplia cocina decorador que es ideal para entretener a su familia y amigos.

Todas las habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño en suite, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio. El salón tiene 2 camas individuales para niños pequeños. Duerme 8.

Antes de viajar a Port Aransas / Village Walk, planifique la cantidad correcta de vehículos que conduce de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas:

1) Follow The Sun VW22 ofrece 5 estacionamientos pavimentados, 3 en el camino de entrada y 2 en el garaje, para 5 vehículos de tamaño mediano. Si alquilas un carrito de golf, debe caber en uno de tus 5 espacios.

Great location and house!

Great location just down the street from the beach entrance. House was clean and plenty of space for 7 people. Outdoor firepit and charcoal grill available. Check-in was easy with the after hours lock box. Would book again.

Very clean!

This is a very clean and spacious rental! Pool was very close and very cool considering how hot it was! Very refreshing! Bonus was the shaded picnic table for us to sit and have a snack and even more convenient was the pool restroom! All in all, I highly recommend and would definitely return.

Absolutely Perfect

We had a wonderful time. We had an issue with a smoke detector that was constantly going off, property manager sent someone to resolve it immediately. The only reason for the 4 stars on the cleanliness was that the floors were still dirty; dental floss left on the bathroom floor. We did sweep the floors ourselves, no big deal. We have already discussed using this property again in the future.

This is a great property in a gated community.

Loved the place. The house was clean and cozy. The only changes I would make would be that they need to offer more towels and fix/replace the ancient clothes dryer. We were give basically enough towels for each person for one days use. We stayed 6 days which meant needing to do laundry. Their washer was old but worked well enough however the dryer would take multiple start and stops just to dry things. We actually found it quicker to hang items out on the patio to dry. I would still go back to this place even with those small issues.

It was iclean, well maintained, well stocked., convenient and well decorated. The location was perfect...close to the beach, the pool and to shopping. The children enjoyed playing out in the rocky area of the yard, and on the roomy porch. The quaint walkway was enjoyed by all. We rented a golf cart from a vendor located just across the street. Check in and check out were both very speedy. We look forward to visiting Village Walk ipagain in the future!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in our vacation rental. The house was well appointed and exceptionally clean. We were truly blown away by the accuracy of the description and contents of the house. We did encounter one maintenance issue and it was resolved right away. Neither of the two blenders worked- but we worked it out. I would replace it, because Pina Colada's on the porch is important. Also, I would add an option step tool in the master for those who are vertically challenged!

Excellent beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of positives: Port a escapes is a great rental company. They provided starter packs in kitchen and in restrooms. The house and restrooms were very clean. The refrigerator is big and has an ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. There was even a charcoal grill available in front patio. Village Walk is a great place to stay and is conveniently located a few miles to beach and not far from Port Aransas restaurants. A/C works great, house stays cold. There are plenty of spaces available for parking. The cable and wifi work great. A few minor notes: The furniture is a little outdated and the house is grey, not pink. I would highly recommend this beach house.

Follow the Sun house review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and had a great experience! The house and the property were beautiful and the location was great. There is a beach access road not far from the property, so it wasn't a long drive to the beach at all. We loved that the Village Walk community is gated. We called maintenance because we had light bulbs that were out in the bathroom and issues with a couple of the bedroom TVs, and the guy that came out was prompt and courteous. A couple of negatives were that we saw several large roaches on the walls and ceilings. Two of the bedroom TVs did not work because they were cable boxes and had not been switched to digital. And one last suggestion, there was a small step down into the laundry room. We all tripped on it at some point, the owner might want to put some colored tape or some kind of indicator on the step.

Nice house- needs another ac unit upstairs

The house is well kept and in good shape. The only complaint we had is that the ac didn’t adequately cool the upstairs where all of the bedrooms are. The master specifically is served by one vent for a relatively large room. It’s hot in port a in the summer, but it’s only may. Would think that #22 would be miserable in July or August.

Cleanliness was horrible

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd trip to this house.i was severely disappointed in the cleanliness of the house.i have 3 kids. I was worried my 2 year old would pick up the crumbs on the floor and immediately had to clean, run to the store buy cleaning supplies and sanatize everything!!!!!! When we first walked in there were cheerios, crumbs and candy on the floor. There was dried hard chunks of food on the table, greasy food puddles on the table, Sticky white substances on the couch, sticky ring of filth on the side tables. The air fryer had left over crumbs from prior use, the front door was full of hand prints and grease marks, the door to the garage was brown around handles and edge not white, one of the rooms had boogers under the bunk bed on the sheet which told me yall didn't change anything, there was left over sand in the tubs, and your vacuum stick was clogged I had to pull out the clog of hair and food so it would work, the bbq pit handle was broken and dirty inside, the fire pit also dirty with skewers in it. I am on vacation and shouldn't have to clean after yall so we can be comfortable!!!!! Your chair in the living room fell apart injuring one of my kids. And when we arrived to the office to collect our placards, pass codes and such. The pregnant lady was outside putting items in the lockbox. Soon as we pulled up she ran inside. My husband had to take my 5 year old in to potty and she made faces and seemed annoyed that they went inside (it was still before 5pm). Other than that everything else was good.

Love the master suite with huge walk-in closet and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped I appreciated that money was put into something usable like an expensive cutlery set instead of zillions of decorative throw pillows. Having the use of a garage and an easy walk to the pool was icing on the cake, very clean and well maintained

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has a very nice front porch for morning coffee or evening drinks. But the interior is in need of deep cleaning. Carpets have stains. Baseboards need cleaning. Both living room tables are broken. Several tile are cracked and no longer are grouted in solid. And if you do want to cook - you will have to try to find a pot or pan that is in decent shape. We had to buy a foam topper for our mattress because it was so uncomfortable. A fair amount of roach dropping when we checked in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was overall enjoyable but there were a few issues. First, the home listed as sleeping 8. There were three bedrooms with queen sized beds, but the additional two sleeping positions were basically fold out, roll-a-way situations that were not comfortable for a regular sized adult. We feel the listing should have indicated this. Also, the photos of the property show beach access but this is misleading as well. There is no beach access from this gated community. The amenities indicated a grill would be present, there was not one. The property management staff was great, went out and bought a grill and made an accommodation for us due to the misleading information about sleeping 8. The property was clean and the owner was agreeable to having our pets stay so that was nice. Overall a good experience, but just a few misleading points on the listing.
