Relájate con vistas al agua ... Viaje rápido a playas, granjas, 30 minutos a Newport y PVD.

Cuatro antes de la casa del dormitorio con mucho que ofrecer. Dos camas king y tres camas queen (una habitación tiene 2 reinas). Tres baños y medio y una ducha adicional afuera. Comedor abierto / sala de estar / cocina que se abre a una gran terraza. Parrilla, comer afuera, disfrutar de las vistas. Campo grande. Mesa de billar y sala de TV adicional en el sótano (que sale al gran patio trasero). Todas las habitaciones dan al patio y al agua a lo lejos. Es nuestro hogar a tiempo parcial, y nos encanta, pero a veces lo ponemos a disposición para que otros lo disfruten cuando no podemos. Estamos allí mucho y estamos felices de FaceTime o mostrar más fotos para ayudarlo con su decisión.

Annual summer vacation for family

Great property in beautiful location. Wonderful place for family members to meet and dine together, whether indoors or outdoors. Beautiful views from deck and gorgeous brand new in ground pool. Jeff, the owner, was super responsive. Great memories created!

Lovely, well maintained home!

Jeff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Never intrusive but always available to answer a question. He was also very generous with saying we could use staples and supplies already in the home and just replace if we used something up. The home was clean and well maintained. No tired furniture or furnishings. It's a little tricky backing out of the driveway onto the busy road, but that's only because we had 4-5 cars and couldn't turn around in the driveway. We would definitely rent again if we return to LC!

Great House, Big Yard, Beautiful View!

The house was perfect for our beach vacation. The rooms were comfortable, the yard was perfect for our kids to run around, and the deck was a great place to soak in the water views. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and beaches within a short drive. And Jeff was incredibly responsive and sent tons of helpful tips to orient us upon our arrival. We’ll be back!

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful House

The house was incredible. It had a great view from the back deck where we spent a lot of time. Host was attentive but didn't have a lot of interaction because the stay was so easy and a lot of the information we would need/want was in a booklet at the house.

Feel at home on vacay!

Our family needed a vacation all together. Our kids range from college to married and a grandchild. This house accommodated all of us ! House was spacious with bedrooms in different areas of house along with bonus rec room and multiple decks with relaxing water views. Kitchen has everything you need. Location was beautiful with farms lined rock walls & easy drive to anything you wish to do. We just felt at home — like staying at a family friend’s house. Jeff was a pleasure & great at communicating with any questions. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Jeff!!

Lovely Family Vacation

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of nine - six adults and three children ages 3 to 11! A binder, with everything we could need or want outlined, was left for us. In addition, the owner, Jeffrey, was a great communicator! The home’s backyard and two deck seating areas, which include a nice grill and an outdoor shower, are expansive and quiet and the view is lovely. There is lots of space in the house for a large family to feel like they can be together, but also have alone time. We all loved having three full baths and one half bath and the pool table! The kitchen and pantry are stocked with everything you would need to assist with cooking. As well as traveling to Providence and Newport, we enjoyed visiting the nearby shops and found the nicest spot to swim a few streets down. Our family would highly recommend this home for family vacations!

Lovely house for farm/country/beach RI vacation

This house is centrally located to Tiverton, Little Compton and Westport and we enjoyed the quiet, pastoral quality of the area as well as the restaurants and beaches of all 3 towns. Jeffery's house was the perfect place for a family visit. The living areas are open, spacious and comfortable and include a large back deck with great views. The bedrooms and bathrooms gave us plenty of privacy. We hope to come back.

Disappointing

Several items could have used some instructions/directions (coffee pot, TV). The TV Channel selection was limited and we couldn’t watch local news or sports. The layout of the house was poor, lots of wasted space that could have been used more effectively. Basement lacked a bathroom which was disappointing. The kitchen layout was perplexing - toaster oven and microwave located in the closet?

Another great stay in Little Compton

We had another great stay in Little Compton. House was very easy to access and Jeff was very helpful in the lead-up to our visit. House was lovely, very clean, and great for our group. Very spacious and well laid out. Looking forward to our next visit.

Restful stay in comfortable home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and surrounding area were excellent for meeting our college-aged children for Thanksgiving Holiday. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, gadgets - everything needed to make our family meals; beds were very comfy; warm living room for games; pool table; loads of hikes, beaches, pickle ball courts close by. Jeff was amazing with his correspondence. Thank you very much.

Wonderful two weeks!

We loved our two weeks reuniting with family in Little Compton/Tiverton area which we adore. The house is immaculate, spacious, and just lovely. We particularly enjoyed spending LOTS of time on the large deck with gorgeous views of the river, everchanging clouds, and magnificent sunsets. The host was helpful and responsive. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful setting for friends reunion

We are so appreciative to Jeff for renting us their amazing home for a reunion of longtime friends. The home was spacious and comfortable and well-equipped. The views and grounds were stunning. Jeff was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We hope to return in the future.

The best vrbo experience

There’s not enough good things to say! We have been vrbo’ing for years and this was far and away the best one! So beautifully decorated, most amazingly stocked kitchen, THE BEDS AND LINENS AND TOWELS SO TOP NOTCH!!! From The minute you walk in, it’s so warm and homey. No detail passed over! If you made me nitpick, I made deviled eggs and this place has every spice imaginable except paprika. Seriously. That is the only quasi-complaint I could have had. Can’t say enough about how easy Jeff was to work with and how much we enjoyed ringing in the new year at this place! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Jeff!

Well-appointed home with stunning views

We had a small family Thanksgiving at this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute of it. The fireplace made it cozy and the very well-appointed kitchen made it easy and enjoyable to get Thanksgiving dinner on the table. Jeff was incredibly responsive to all our questions. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful house overlooking the water

Great house for families. Four private areas with separate bathrooms for each family allowing privacy. Great view of water from spacious deck. Ample sitting in family room for 7 people. Wonderful experience and short drive to all experiences in RI.

Excellent family vacation spot

Little Compton Perfection

A magnificent home in a gorgeous setting. From furnishings to linens to kitchenware, every detail is of the highest quality, which added to the enjoyment. The owners could not have been more welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We will look forward to a return trip!

Magical Rhode Island weekend

We traveled from CO to spend the weekend with family at reunion and had a fantastic spot to enjoy beautiful days by the water! The owner was extremely kind and available for all kinds of questions and suggestions. All of us had our own rooms and bathrooms- so comfortable and spacious! Found it easy to travel to and from Tiverton where our festitvites were held.

We live in Boston, but have been spending summers in Little Compton since childhood. We spend a lot of time there and have family there as well. It’s our break from the city and a great place to relax and enjoy low key lifestyle - farms, beach, shops, art studios and more.
