Una renovación total se acaba de completar en esta encantadora casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños construida originalmente en 1850. La casa cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con toneladas de ventanas, pisos de madera y una cocina gourmet. La suite principal con ducha y lavadero completan el primer piso. El segundo piso con vigas a la vista incluye una acogedora sala de estar, un baño completo y dos dormitorios. El porche delantero y la cubierta trasera proporcionan mucho espacio para disfrutar del aire libre. Esta casa está en una calle sin salida y a pocos pasos de la ciudad, Mount Hope Bay y East Bay Bike Path.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Stay

We loved our stay! The property was easy to get to and in a fantastic location. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just a quick 3–5 minute drive to downtown and to our niece’s wedding venue, which made it perfect for our trip. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as advertised and made for a wonderful place for the week. We especially enjoyed how the host graciously took care of so many little touches. The location is perfect a quick walk to the harbor and to town. The house was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had, and I would highly recommend it.

Fun in Bristol

We love Bristol and planned to bike this trip! The weather didn’t cooperate but the house had a great movie selection and we enjoyed our time together. Great house, great location and wonderful host! Makes for a great stay even when the weather doesn’t cooperate!

My family and I stayed at Theresa's house for my son's graduation from RWU. The house is absolutely beautiful Her attention to the little details is amazing (fresh flowers in each room, etc). I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house!

Everything is clean and new!

We had a great 4-day stay at Theresa's house in Bristol. The house and yard are clean and well-maintained. Theresa checked in during our stay to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely stay here again when we're in the Bristol area. The house is centrally located in Bristol, close to downtown as well as the Blithewold Mansion and Gardens.

Perfection in Bristol!

Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home in Bristol. The property is very well appointed and very clean! The host provided great instructions for our stay and we really appreciated the little extras in the kitchen to get us started (a few water bottles, coffee and creamer). Check in and out instructions were clear easy. Neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible to downtown Bristol and close communities. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return Bristol and would love to stay at this property again someday!

My son was married in Bristol and I put the grooms grandmother, aunts and cousins from Calif there.

This is easily the nicest rental we have ever experienced and we rent a lot. No detail left unturned, immaculate space with quality lines and serveware in every nook and cranny. We just could not have been happier. Edward and Teresa weee a delight. The location is so close to downtown it was perfect. Highly highly recommended!!!

In Bristol for daughter's wedding

We were in Bristol for our daughter's wedding. We wanted a place where we could be with good friends of ours and unwind for a few days. We were not disappointed. This home is absolutely beautiful. Theresa thought of everything we might possibly need. We fell in love with it the minute we walked in the door. It was an oasis during a very busy, wonderful weekend.

Excellent home!

This house was immaculately clean. I’ve never stayed in a rental that was more spotless. Theresa was incredibly helpful and accessible to us during our stay. The yard and landscaping was also perfect and peaceful. The house offered every amenity you could possibly need. My one constructive criticism is that the twin beds are very firm but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The best rental experience ever!!

The property was so beautifully renovated, clean and appointed! It was by far the best rental experience we have ever had. Fresh flowers, fluffy towels, and sparkling floors and countertops greeted us upon arrival. Theresa has thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. She was kind enough to provide basic supplies of coffee, creamer and water to get us started upon arrival and had basic spices and oils and an abundance of kitchen utensils and equipment to accommodate delicious home cooked meals which we were able to serve up on quaint ceramic ware and linens. The location permitted plenty of space to relax on the porches and play games in the yard and was close enough for us to walk or bike into historic downtown Bristol to stroll or get bagels for breakfast. It was a serene space to return to after our busy outings in this historic, picturesque region with our family of 6 and we hope to return again in the future!

This place was amazing. It was so comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for. The host was terrific - she was so responsive to any questions we had, both before we arrived and also while we were there. The place was immaculate - the host added some nice touches like having milk and coffee for us and bottles of water too. Bristol was a great place to stay - you could walk to restaurants, access the bike path, etc. and it's only about 30 minutes to Newport. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Clean, Peaceful Home

Our stay was perfect. From the moment we walked in, it was pristine. It was beautifully prepared for us, folded towels on the bed, water, coffee waiting for us. Even champagne! We were down for a wedding with a little down time and we enjoyed their beautiful backyard in a very peaceful neighborhood. Communication was also vey quick and helpful whenever we reached out. This house is beautiful and spacious, and we felt like we were at home!

The location of the home is fantastic. You can walk everywhere you want to and everywhere you walk you see the beautiful Mount Hope Bay. The town of Bristol is filled with shops, restaurants, family owned markets, museums and lots of history including the Mount Hope Farm which hosts a Farmer's Market every Saturday all year long. People are friendly, courteous and always willing to assit. It's small town America at its very best!
