411 Carolina Blvd es el lugar perfecto para sus próximas vacaciones familiares. Este clásico bungalow de Isle of Palms tiene todo lo que usted y sus invitados necesitarán para crear recuerdos maravillosos. Ubicado a solo un corto paseo (2 cuadras) de la playa y con su propia piscina privada, este gran patio cercado, amplia terraza, parrilla de carbón y ducha al aire libre con agua fría / caliente crea el paraíso perfecto al aire libre. Este bungalow también cuenta con varios porches seleccionados y una gran terraza para disfrutar aún más. En la primavera de 2016, los propietarios renovaron la cocina y pusieron nuevos pisos de madera dura.

Al entrar a esta casa fuera del porche, encontrará una sala de estar abierta, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y la suite principal. La mesa de comedor ofrece capacidad para 8 con espacio adicional para comer en el porche. La sala de estar ofrece una gran televisión de alta definición y cómodos asientos para que todos se relajen y disfruten después de un largo día al sol.

En la planta baja hay 3 dormitorios adicionales, 2 con camas queen y el otro con 2 gemelos. ¡Aquí también encontrarás otra sala de estar, bar y mesa de billar! Este espacio es realmente uno de los aspectos más destacados de la casa. Pero no se preocupe, si no es un tiburón de la piscina, puede desafiar a uno de sus invitados a un juego amistoso de ping pong en la planta baja, proyectado en el porche.

Perfect in so many ways

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless upon arrival and its close proximity to the beach is ideal.Our boys had fun bonding while playing pool and everyone enjoyed lounging pool side.The neighborhood is very quiet at night and I enjoyed listening to the waves crash on the beach while lounging on the upper front deck.Management was very responsive when we called to report that the pool filter was not running.I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will be back again next year!

Cute home with close access to beach/stores and restaurants

Perfect setting for our family! Husband and I, and 4 19 boys. Setting was perfect downstairs for "man cave" with pool table and ping pong table. Will be back, but during a time when we can use pool. March was a bit cool for pool use. Beautiful home! Only note I would make was the stove top handles for someone that loves to cook, the "#"s were worn out so had trouble knowing if cooking on high, med, or low! Stay 5 Stars!

Girls just wanna have fun!

This was one of the best rentals i’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location…only 2 short blocks to beach & walking distance to restaurants. House was clean and all the beds & pillows were very comfy! We all had a great week & would definitely come back!!!

IOP Beach House

Highly recommend this rental. The location is perfect in a quiet area and short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome for when we needed a break from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and 4 bedrooms gave space for everyone. 5 stars all around.

Perfect place to stay with friends

We had a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs in the backyard. The screened in porch was great so that we could be outside but not be eaten by the bugs. I felt the kitchen was very stocked with items like plates and glasses. Lastly, a quick walk tot the beach or the strip with restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

Best beach for kids

Boys Week

411 Carolina was a surprise vacation for my son and his two best friends all 10-year-old boys. Two other adults attended the trip with me and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely!! We made great use of the kitchen pool table grill and the pool good location close to the beach clean and the check-in checkout process was super easy. The pictures don't do the downstairs area justice.

"Best Vacation Rental Ever "

According to all 4 of my kids, this property was "the best vacation rental ever". Within walking distance of the beach. Several of our planned outings got canceled due to Hurricane Ian, however, there was plenty for the kids to do with games, pool, and ping pong table. Thoroughly enjoyed our mini family getaway despite the hurricane.

Couples trip getaway

This place was perfect for our getaway with friends! We wish we had booked one more night. The beach is so nice and all of the patios/porches at this is were great to hangout in.

This was a great house, close to Front Beach. It was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. The only issue we had was a water back up in the downstairs bathtub and a sewage smell we used the Drano which was in the bathroom and the problem resolved. There were only two adults using this bathroom for the week. I’m wondering if it might be an ongoing issue if more people were using this bathroom?

Great place in IOP

We stayed at this house as a group of 2 families with small children. It is spacious and we especially enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces - the porches and of course the pool. We cooked a few nights and the house is stocked with all of the necessities. Unlike the other reviewer, we found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Great location as well - very quiet street and quick walk to the beach.

Nice but don't look too close

The property is badly in need of some TLC maintenance. Living room is nice and kitchen. We were an hour late for check in and the house was still being cleaned. We didn't pay for early cleaning so I guess we weren't important enough to have the house cleaned for the 4 0'clock check in. Kitchen was dirty when we arrived. I had to clean kitchen and silverware drawers. The garbage drawer and can in the kitchen was really gross. Floors hadn't been swept in a long time. So much paint on doors and trim that you can't shut the bathroom doors or lock them. Master bedroom was nice. The downstairs couch was so yucky none of the family would sit on it. Roach came into the basement first night and died on floor. It was an inch long. Other dead bugs under bathroom sinks. Outside garbage cans were full and smelly. They are under the stairs which lead up to the front entrance. Smell them every time you walk in. The house had some nice features but needed a good scrubbing on all hard surface floors. I really don't like sounding negative but all this is so true. I don't know who the owners are but they need to get a new rental company.

A great time in IOP

The property was great. It's located a short walk from a wonderfully non-crowded beach, is within (long) walking distance of the IOP shops and restaurants, and a very short drive to the same over on Sullivan's Island. It's close enough to the beach that we found ourselves hitting the beach in the morning after coffee on the front deck, then hanging by the pool at the house in the afternoon, and then walking the beach again in the evening. The indoor pool table is a great touch to get out of the heat without getting sucked into TV watching. Be sure to eat at Acme in IOP and Mex 1 on Sullivan's!

Every thing was very good, enjoyed the location, close to beach and village. Beautiful golf courses nearby and property is nicely maintained. Did not like the Ultrasoft mattresses! They are the only reason I would not choose this property again. Other than that the property was very comfortable and suited our family perfectly.
