Location is excellent, place is a bit out of date but in good condition and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Very very easy check in and out process, had a bag ready with all of the supplies and then try he condo is about 3 minutes away driving and maybe 10 minutes walking. Everything was clean and had no problems, the beds were very spring so be prepared to wake up some if you are sleeping with someone else in the bed, otherwise no complaints.

Good location needs some TLC

Great location right off of 4 o'clock road. Unit is dated which was fine. Couch in the main living room had an unpleasant odor. Showers had some mold in grout. Overall we were not unhappy with our stay but I would not choose this unit again.

Communication was smooth, concise and accurate. The owner, Mary, spoke with me personally about different options and recommended this town home based on our needs and budget. At check in we received all the material we needed and were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the place felt. It was fully equipped with comfortable bedding and in a wonderful central location. We will definitely be coming back!

Great unit with easy access to snowflake lift

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of five enjoyed the townhouse during our spring break vacation. There was enough room for our three kids to relax and for my husband and I to enjoy the space. Also, great access to the snowflake lift for amazing spring skiing. We were able to walk to the lift in the morning and also walk to downtown Main Street in the evening. The unit kitchen and bath areas were not updated but that did not bother us as the location was more important to us.

Comfortable place in great location

We enjoyed our stay. It’s was a perfect location for walking everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of board games and all the comforts of home. It could maybe use a cosmetic update, but overall a great place.

Functional Vacation Property

Location is good, easy walk to and from the snowflake lift. Condo was okay, dated but expected based on the price. Hot tub is shared with multiple condo units, so availability can be limited. Overall good value for a ski-centric vacation and property Managment made checking-in and our a breeze.

Very tired and dated

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed by the condition of this property. Spent the first day dealing with management trying to get light bulbs replaced and ended up eating dinner in the dark. Carpets upstairs are really gross, dirty and old. The master sink is rusted and there is mildew in the shower. There is carpet on the half bath floor. The light switches are yellow and brown from age and dirt. Bedding/blankets are very dated and clearly not cleaned like sheets. If you have a full sized SUV there is no way to park in the garage and onsite parking is very limited. Overall really dated. The location was the only enjoyable part.

It was a place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was okay but someone needs to fix some odds and ends. Some of the tv remotes did not work (dead batteries I think), many of the light switches did not work, the dishwasher worked the first time but not the second; the coffee pot leaked every where; the dumpster was locked. Biggest issue--this place is advertised as having an indoor/outdoor pool--major selling point for my family with small kids. We went on a very cold evening and the pool water was 78 degrees (F)! Obviously unswimmable without getting hypothermic. Very disappointing. Should not be advertised as having a pool if it is not warm.

Nice Condo on Four O'Clock Road

We could ride to most trails and then enjoyed a short walk to town for lunch or dinner. Our condo was clean and quite!

Needs a deep clean and maintenance

Pros- location is excellent. The amount of space is awesome. It was a decent price for the amount of space. Really nice to have a garage to park In. Close to shuttle, if you need. Close to town as well. Had some games to play. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Cons- needs a deep clean. I spent the first night scrubbing many light switch plates because there was a visible black grime covering them all. It was nasty. The place has a bad, musty smell to it. We opened the windows for the day and that helped a lot. Mold in the shower, broken toe kick in kitchen, whole kitchen counter shifts if you lean on it, DVD player doesn’t work. ***Not complaining to avert anyone, because again, it was a decent space and location for the price. If you are on a budget, this is an awesome choice. however some simple maintenance and cleaning could go a long way to us feeling more comfortable. (Had a bad first night sleep because of the smell).

Great location, lot's of space!

This is a fantastic location, easily walkable to downtown and nearby trails. Loved the multi level condo; it's nice to be able to spread out and not feel like you are on top of each other! Garage is a wonderful bonus. Pool is great and close walk, just wish it was open later given they have 3 hot tubs; It would have been nice to enjoy later in the evening. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Condo could use some minor repairs: broken vertical blind in the master, so we had to put a sheet up to block light. No hooks in the bathrooms to hang bath towels. Very minor things though. Loved the tons of closet space and drawer space. So great to be able to unpack everything! We would definitely stay again.

Great place for our family.

We enjoyed staying in this townhouse; it was the perfect space for our family. Great location and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated a king sized bed in one room. It could use a few updates to make it an even better place to stay, but it worked just fine for us. If you cannot climb stairs, though, this is not the place for you. If we are back in Breckinridge, we will try to stay here again.
