Situado en las arenas azucaradas de las playas más bellas del mundo, Regency Towers cuenta con dos piscinas y una piscina para niños, pistas de tenis, un gimnasio de última generación, y una sala de juegos. Nunca se quedará sin cosas que hacer aquí!
El apartamento en sí es actualizado recientemente, muy bien decorado y estaba impecable. En más de 1200 pies cuadrados de espacio de vida brillante, aireado, tendrá un montón de espacio para todo el grupo. La gran cocina y comedor son perfectas para la hora de comer, y te esperamos para relajarse delante de la enorme televisión de pantalla plana en la habitación familiar en la nueva marca de sofás después de un largo día en la playa. Además, ahora tiene TV Y CABLE EN EL DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL. Con dos baños completos, no habrá suficiente espacio para que cada uno consiga la arena al final del día. Este condominio duerme cómodamente 8-10 personas en camas nuevas y un sofá NUEVO litera - aunque con tanto que hacer en el PCB, es posible que no dormir mucho!

The property was great except there was construction going on the entire time we were there. A few days were “normal” hammering, moving, noisy things but two days were so loud it felt like the roof was going to fall in. We could not even carry on a conversation due to the noise level. I still don’t know what they were doing but it sound like we were inside a jet engine from 7:30am-4:30pm both days. I know this is not the fault of the owner but we had no idea there was going to be construction going in at all. I really wouldn’t have been frustrated if it had just been typical construction noise but the two days where it was unbearable was pretty frustrating. Having said all that, I would stay here again IF I was guaranteed the construction wouldn’t be an issue.

Very nice condo. Great view. Well equipped. I'm sure this is the norm in all of the units, but the AC is extremely loud in the bedroom that houses it in the closet. It's not noticeable in the rest of the condo and doesn't seem to bother kids, but if you're a light sleeper, pick another bedroom. Elevators are fast, but not enough of them for this size complex. All in all, we had a great time.

Great condo

Everything was nice. The condo has great amenities and has a fun atmosphere with events throughout the week. The room was clean and had a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was easy. They had umbrellas and some beach chairs available on the deck. Had a nice blender and had a coffee maker. Dollar store and liquor store across the street. There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 3 teens and 4 adults). Could use some updating in the kitchen utensils (mixing bowls, can opener, pots and pans had scratches) but other than that everything was excellent. Would stay here again :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay in PCB last week! Our unit had plenty of room for our large family of 8, plus 2 of our daughters’ friends. We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach, although my younger kids loved hitting the pool and hot tub every day before we went up for dinner. We also enjoyed Bikini Bob’s onsite tiki bar for frozen drinks and snacks (the fried pickles were our favorite!) Kenny responded within minutes when we had a minor issue with the dryer in our unit, and he had a service tech there to fix it within 2 hours (it was just a lint buildup). He also sent our checkin/checkout instructions in advance, along with recommendations of things to do in the area and places to eat! We definitely enjoyed our stay, and we will be back next year!

WORST place to stay at in the entire resort

We booked this apartment for 1 week during the summer. We stayed at this resort multiple times before, but this specific unit was horrible, and the worst part was that management did very little about fixing the situation. When we entered the room we noticed right away that I has not been cleaned properly. There was sand all throughout the apartment on the floor, as well as hair from the previous guests. The bedrooms were the worst. The blankets had VOMIT on it with chunks of vomited food still on the blanket. The beds had sand in them, as well as on the floor. The bathrooms were dirty. Especially the toilets that still had urine stains on them as well as pubic hair. The kitchen was not prepared very well either. The utensils were outdated and dirty. The forks had teeth pulled in opposite direction and I had to bend the spoons back to their regular position. The living room has very, very outdated furniture that was very uncomfortable to sit on, especially for the kids. They had a VCR and video tapes as entertainment. The outside furniture on the patio does not match the description in the pictures. They are missing chairs and the ones that are there are in very poor quality. I do not recommend staying at this location.

Family's big Vacation

Nice condo

Very nice condo, good location. Floors could have used a better mopping but other than that it was pretty clean. Needs more cereal size bowls and more spoons. Kitchen sink faucet needs replaced because it was hard to turn off

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The only request would be to have a kuerig coffee maker, and the fridge could be replaced. However, I understand it is a rental. Bluewave Vacation is a great management company. Kenny does get back to you promptly and definitely would book again. This is beyond Bluewave Vacation Properties scope of things they could fix. But Regency Towers could use more elevators and more on-site parking. The Tiki bar was amazing! The towers could also get rid of some of the blue chair rentals and clear some room on the beach.

Needs some maintenance

Location was good, issues with elevators but that seem the norm in the area. Bar and pool area were great but very busy since the we were double red all week. Loved the storm doors for safety with small children on the patio. Great feature! The condo needs some attention though- master is good and comfortable, though the mirror needs hung before it falls on someone. Bed in room with bunk beds sunk in the middle..my guess is that it's broken. The other bed did not feel like a queen.. Very small queen if so. They say brand new couches... We pulled the sofa bed out and my granddaughter and daughter in law fell through... Not sure how brand new it was. Tv also needs mounted before it falls and breaks. Basic how to on the TV's would have been nice. Kitchen.. Pretty well stocked though they need a knife sharpener and a couple bigger bowls for mixing. Biggest issue was that the dead bolt gets stuck... We were stuck in the room one morning but able to get it open and never used again. Huge fire hazard!!

Perfect Birthday

This property was very well stocked and in a perfect location - we loved the corner view! Quiet at night, and family friendly during the day. Oh, did I mention the beds?! They were amazing, so so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and as promised. We appreciated the little things like toilet paper and soap. We loved the view, and we loved the ability to close off the deck as Hurrican Ian approached. The air worked great. All and all, it was really nice.
