Situado en las arenas azucaradas de las playas más bellas del mundo, Regency Towers cuenta con dos piscinas y una piscina para niños, pistas de tenis, un gimnasio de última generación, y una sala de juegos. Nunca se quedará sin cosas que hacer aquí!
El apartamento en sí es actualizado recientemente, muy bien decorado y estaba impecable. En más de 1200 pies cuadrados de espacio de vida brillante, aireado, tendrá un montón de espacio para todo el grupo. La gran cocina y comedor son perfectas para la hora de comer, y te esperamos para relajarse delante de la enorme televisión de pantalla plana en la habitación familiar en la nueva marca de sofás después de un largo día en la playa. Además, ahora tiene TV Y CABLE EN EL DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL. Con dos baños completos, no habrá suficiente espacio para que cada uno consiga la arena al final del día. Este condominio duerme cómodamente 8-10 personas en camas nuevas y un sofá NUEVO litera - aunque con tanto que hacer en el PCB, es posible que no dormir mucho!
No se olvide de visitar los restaurantes super cerca y de entretenimiento, y planificar una visita o dos a la famosa embarcadero del parque! Reserva con nosotros hoy y venir hacer algunos recuerdos!

The property was great except there was construction going on the entire time we were there. A few days were “normal” hammering, moving, noisy things but two days were so loud it felt like the roof was going to fall in. We could not even carry on a conversation due to the noise level. I still don’t know what they were doing but it sound like we were inside a jet engine from 7:30am-4:30pm both days. I know this is not the fault of the owner but we had no idea there was going to be construction going in at all. I really wouldn’t have been frustrated if it had just been typical construction noise but the two days where it was unbearable was pretty frustrating. Having said all that, I would stay here again IF I was guaranteed the construction wouldn’t be an issue.

Very nice condo. Great view. Well equipped. I'm sure this is the norm in all of the units, but the AC is extremely loud in the bedroom that houses it in the closet. It's not noticeable in the rest of the condo and doesn't seem to bother kids, but if you're a light sleeper, pick another bedroom. Elevators are fast, but not enough of them for this size complex. All in all, we had a great time.

Great condo

Everything was nice. The condo has great amenities and has a fun atmosphere with events throughout the week. The room was clean and had a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was easy. They had umbrellas and some beach chairs available on the deck. Had a nice blender and had a coffee maker. Dollar store and liquor store across the street. There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 3 teens and 4 adults). Could use some updating in the kitchen utensils (mixing bowls, can opener, pots and pans had scratches) but other than that everything was excellent. Would stay here again :)

Perfect Birthday

This property was very well stocked and in a perfect location - we loved the corner view! Quiet at night, and family friendly during the day. Oh, did I mention the beds?! They were amazing, so so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and super family friendly

The location is fantastic. Condo is as described. Lots of kitchen stuff, beach toys, towels, blankets. Kenny was a fantastic host and easy to reach. Had some maintenance and cleanliness issues but overall it was a great week.

Fall Break Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and as promised. We appreciated the little things like toilet paper and soap. We loved the view, and we loved the ability to close off the deck as Hurrican Ian approached. The air worked great. All and all, it was really nice.

Very nice condo, good location. Floors could have used a better mopping but other than that it was pretty clean. Needs more cereal size bowls and more spoons. Kitchen sink faucet needs replaced because it was hard to turn off

Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The complex had plenty of fun activities, especially enjoyed karaoke by the pool and bikini bobs for drinks and lunch. Buy the souvenir cup for $9 and get free tea refills and discounted mixed drinks during your stay😊 The kids in our group really enjoyed playing volleyball with other kids from the property. The unit was nice and had pretty much everything we needed for the week. I will mention though, it seems the cleaners do not sweep and mop the floors, but we know they are crunched for time so it was no biggie. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot

I liked the property being on the beach and it had a bar/food by the pools. The only thing was the place we booked was not very clean and a lot of things in the condo were broke. The cleanliness is my thing when you pay for that when you book these places through Vrbo, which charges a lot of fees and a cleaning fee is one of them (we paid a lot to stay here for one week). The room I slept in had water bottles, hair ties and dust under the bed. Overall the place was ok (it needs some updates to it) and the beach was beautiful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay in PCB last week! Our unit had plenty of room for our large family of 8, plus 2 of our daughters’ friends. We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach, although my younger kids loved hitting the pool and hot tub every day before we went up for dinner. We also enjoyed Bikini Bob’s onsite tiki bar for frozen drinks and snacks (the fried pickles were our favorite!) Kenny responded within minutes when we had a minor issue with the dryer in our unit, and he had a service tech there to fix it within 2 hours (it was just a lint buildup). He also sent our checkin/checkout instructions in advance, along with recommendations of things to do in the area and places to eat! We definitely enjoyed our stay, and we will be back next year!

Very nice place.

Very nice. Only real problem with the place is that the water heater isn't sufficient to accommodate the number of occupants. We had 7 and couldn't get a hot shower the entire week. Maintenance came and checked water heater and said it was fine. Shower heads would blow you out of shower. Actually hurts your face the water comes out so hard. Other than that the place is great. View from balcony is great, beds are super comfy and it was great that no one had to sleep on couch. Kitchen was great, I was surprised to find a crockpot, which I put to use. Would recommend to anyone. Would definitely come back.

The security staff was rude. Condo is nice.

The condo itself was overall nice. There were no tv's in any of the bedrooms and no curtains that kept light out which made it really hard to sleep past 5am. The condo looked to have been updated it could just use a couple of other things. The staff at the regency was rude about parking. We paid for a 3 bedroom and was only allowed to park one vehicle inside the gate. Our other truck had to be parked across the street. Our vehicle had a warning sticker on it to be towed when we were unloading inside the gate. However will all the negatives from the staff, the condo was priced great and I would prob stay again.

not an ideal vacation rental

The condo was not cleaned at all. There was sand and dirt all in the floor and there was hair in both showers. The fire alarms went off 3 or 4 times causing the kids to panic and after the 2nd time they were scared to even go to sleep. The pool rules are ridiculous........no floats, or toys in the water. There is a bar between the two pools and you can not have drinks (even plastic or cans) around the pool. No vaping in the pool area. The pool closed when it was just cloudy or raining, there was not any lightning or thunder around. The whole week we were there I could smell marijuana constantly.

The condo was disgusting. Comforter and pillow shams had stains on them in multiple spots. Dust, along with tags from clothing and other small things, was under beds, couches, etc. The toilet has brown stains just under the rim. Silverware and dishes were dirty. Obviously the cleaning crew ONLY CLEANS the areas that are easily visible, not the spots that require bending, squatting down, that sort of thing. Highly disappointed considering the amount spent. Would not recommend simply based on cleanliness, or lack thereof.

Not cleaned well but decent

We got there to check in and we couldn't tell if it had been cleaned or not. The beds were made about as well as my 7 year old would do it. There were chip crumbs and wrappers all over the floor. We messaged the property and they told us the cleaners had come but they would give us a small credit. Probably should have just sent someone to vacuum. I even asked if they had a vacuum somewhere in the unit to do it ourselves. The elevators were ridiculously slow. Bikini Bobs Tiki bar was reasonably priced and had good food as well. The karaoke guy was a jerk. Time to find someone that isn't 100 years old and has current music. Cha Cha Slide over and over again ... I thought it was karaoke night ?!?! Overall it was definitely worth the money but the dirty floors were enough to make me not stay with this particular owner again.
