Thank you for being our guest, we are glad to hear that the home itself was nice for you. Good morning Jessica, thank you for staying at this property, the pool heater is $40 a day! The deep cleaning is done for all our properties frequently but we will review your suggestions and follow up on the paint and the cleaning as well. We are sorry that you were disappointed. Just like flights give you future credit, we only give future dates within a year to use your reservation, we are not rude, we are just following universal policies. If you need assistance, please reach out through your reservation, it would have been easier that way. As the review is watched by others and stays permanently on profile and half truth is not always true

Thank you for your review and to bring this to our attention, we are going to working on this for the futures rents. We hope to host you again soon.

Hello Marangel, Thank you for staying with Wonder Vacation Homes. Glad to hear about the details that you liked during your stay. Yes pool heater is a nice addition if you plan to swim and relax. We hope that your daughter enjoyed the performance as much as your son enjoyed the Mickey House. We look forward in hosting you again soon.

Hello Joyce, Thank you for choosing this property and for your feedback. Some owners choose basic cable, for the streaming services, the guest have options to add their own username and password to access the services. Had you informed us about the TV remote, we would have provided you with another one. I apologize about this, but we hope that you will not hold this against us and book with us next time.

Dear Danielle, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that overall, your stay was enjoyable. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding the linen charges. Regarding the linen policy, we use white linens because they are easier to sanitize and maintain hygiene standards for all our guests. We understand your concerns about stains, and we do assess each situation individually. We strive to balance guest comfort with sustainability practices by reusing linens where possible. However, we will review our policies to ensure they are clear and fair for all guests. Please accept our apologies for any misunderstanding regarding the comforter. We aim to provide high-quality amenities, and we regret any frustration this may have caused. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our services moving forward. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us directly at [phone number/email address]. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for a more seamless experience in the future. Warm regards,

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience and want to remind that initial supplies such as toilet paper and basic kitchen items are provided as a courtesy and outlined in the rental agreement. For longer stays or larger groups, additional provisions can be arranged by guests according to their needs. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the roof leak and are glad you reported it so it could be addressed promptly. Your comments help us improve the guest experience moving forward. — Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your stay at one of our Wonder Vacation Homes in Orlando. We sincerely appreciate the effort you've put into writing the review as it greatly helps us in improving our service. I'm truly sorry to hear about the inconveniences you experienced, starting with the delay in the property being ready for check-in. We strive to prepare our homes meticulously and timely for our guests, and I apologize that we fell short of this commitment in your case. We understand how important it is to arrive to a ready and welcoming home. Regarding the bedlinen, it was unacceptable for them to have been left wet and we are addressing this issue with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. Additionally, the presence of cigarette ends, a broken light shade, lack of adequate cutlery, and cleanliness concerns including rubbish under the drawers, an unfound baby's vest, and an unhoovered carpet do not meet our standards. Please accept our sincerest apologies for these oversights. We have scheduled a deep cleaning for the carpets and a thorough inspection of the property to rectify these issues. Also, we are reviewing our maintenance and housekeeping processes to prevent such lapses in the future. Regarding your emails, there seems to have been an unfortunate lapse in our communication process. We are usually known for our attentive and prompt guest service, and we regret that we missed your messages. Rest assured we are taking steps to ensure our response system is more efficient and responsive. Your patronage is very important to us, and we are committed to restoring your faith in Wonder Vacation Homes. We would like to have a chance to provide you with the high standard of service that we are known for and to demonstrate how valued you are as our guest. Looking ahead, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again, where we can showcase the necessary improvements and provide you with a stay that truly reflects the quality of our properties. Thank you once again for your review. Your feedback is essential in our ongoing efforts to improve and provide all our guests with an exceptional experience.
