Great price. We were happy with the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths which gave our family plenty of space to spread out. The clubhouse pool was heated and the water felt warm. Great views of the lake from the back of the unit. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Location was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was not overly cleaned, there were marks on the mirrors and the floors were dirty. However, the space itself was very nice, clubhouse/pool was awesome and the location was perfect for us.

Perfect for our Family

We are so happy we found this place for my family. This place had enough room for everyone to relax, and is suited all of our needs. Everyone can lounge around and they own space after a long day at the parks. We definitely will be trying to use his place again.

Awesome place with fun amenities for the whole group!

Very nice! The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool amenities were super fun! Only request would be to provide extra toilet paper and trash bags (we had to go out and buy some). But overall, we loved our stay here!!

New place so its clean and new. 15 minutes drive to the parks. Fantastic clubhouse on the property (8 min walk). Could have used some beach towels. And more house supplies.

Very Nice

Other then the hard time I had getting in touch with property company a few months before our stay everything was perfect. The only thing we struggled with was the lack of pool towels, which they did tell us ahead of time and the banister on the stairs was extremely sticky all the was down the stair case. Other then this the house was beautiful, pool was clean and we found check in to be very easy. Would definatly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and spacious

Really enjoyed our stay, great property and location. Kitchen was huge, great for families. Just a couple things to note, the property management company doesn't communicate over VRBO and uses their own platform which they'll send you a link to. They are very responsive so this isn't really a problem. Also the kitchen is pretty bare, for instance there wasn't a cutting board. So just keep this in mind if you plan on cooking. Would absolutely rent from here again.

Okay place to stay

This condo was okay. Cons: Lots of noise on the weekends, thin walls, discovered a broken TV, then told it was coming out of our security deposit, any problem in kitchen, only 1 dishwasher soap pod, trash bag, roll of paper towels etc. Pros: really pretty, TV in every room, big bedrooms, gated, really convenient to everything, nice washer and dryer. Also, make sure you let them know before your stay that you want the pool heated. The weather changed during our stay and we couldn’t get the heater turned on. A

Minor Issues but Overall Property was Decent

The house was very nice. There was an issues with the plumbing in the master bedroom’s shower/tub. When you take a shower the water fills up in the tub. I tried to contact someone several time prior to our stay or add an extra day but received no response. It also appeared that someone was in the property while me and my family were out. We did not turn on the alarm when we left but when we came back the alarm was on. This was something I did not like. Overall I did enjoy my time here.

Overall satisfied could use some upgrades

Short 3 day stay with theme parks and football. Good location but with traffic everything is 30 minutes away, clean with a couple of cockroaches, nice water park but very crowded. Instructions were good and communication was thorough. Water pressure in shower was great. Could improve; towels were small and old. No towels for water park area and none at the water park.this would’ve been a bigger deal if we spent more time there. Minimal kitchen necessities. No salt and pepper, only one pod for washing dishes, very minimal items. Pool at home is tiny, we didn’t end up using it at all. Beds are older and make noise and are older mattresses.

Not Bad, Could Be Better

The pictures of this place in this listing probably were taken when the place was brand new. Since now staying here the place needs some up keep as you can tell they just rent it week after week. 1.) The furniture in the living room could be improved, if you wanted to take a rest there it was not comfortable or even possible to do if you are over 5 feet tall 2.) I know most homes in Florida don't put much carpet in, but this place has it going up the stairs and threw the bedrooms. It seems as if there is no carpet pad at all, you pretty much are just walking on the subfloor. 3.) Almost every door in the place squeaks when you go to shut or open them. 4.) Showers had mold in the caulking all over the place. 5.) Probably the biggest downfall of this place is the beds, I have stayed in many places and this place had the worst beds I have ever slept on. If you like hard beds then this is the place for you. Every time you switched positions in the bed the bed squeaked. This by far was the biggest disappointment as I could not wait to leave this place. 6.) The idea of this community is neat with all the amenities, but it seems like it has gotten way to big. The main pool area was way to crowded most of the time. If you want to get a drink or food at the bar then you are going to be waiting for 30 - 60 minutes as the lines are really long. Also a weird thing with the whole community as you go through out it you can tell the whole area is pretty much short term rental properties where the trash people put out to be picked up just gets thrown to the curb in a huge pile waiting to be picked up. This just made the whole area not look very clean and took away from the experience of being here. I would say the only good thing about staying here was the main living area and having the patio with the little pool. I most likely would never stay at this property or area ever again.

Since you booked on the busiest long weekend on America - July 4th weekend, crowd is the first thing to expect especially in Florida where after Covid the travel restrictions had just eased up and people are all trying to enjoy a vacation.
