Hermosa cabaña frente al mar a orillas del pintoresco lago Elk. Esta cabaña de 2200 pies cuadrados tiene mucho espacio para toda la familia. Nuestra cabaña cuenta con 4 dormitorios y dos baños personalizados, un baño cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada. Hay un gran comedor con una cafetería. Nuestra casa tiene dos salas de estar separadas, ambas con grandes televisores de pantalla plana, ideal para los niños y varias familias.
Elk Lake es uno de los lagos más bellos de Michigan. Traiga su propio bote o juguete acuático, o alquile uno de un puerto deportivo cercano. Elk Lake es perfecto para nadar, esquiar, hacer tubing, pescar o dar un paseo inolvidable en barco por la Cadena de los Lagos, viajar por el pintoresco río Torch, nadar en el popular banco de arena de Torch Lake, detenerse en Alden para tomar su helado favorito, o Continúa por el lado este de la antorcha hasta el muelle para comer o beber algo. Cottage está directamente en Elk Lake sin caminos para cruzar. ¡Solo sal por las puertas correderas y disfruta de la vida en el lago!

This house was fantastic! My family made terrific memories here this summer. The house was the perfect size with a great dock that we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was well stocked, clean and well cared for. The water was as clear as glass and the house was near so many cute towns and destinations. We loved it all!

Independence Day celebration

A great place for our multigenerational crowd (ages 7 - 70). Wonderful swimming on the property and easy drives to other beaches. Good access to multilple golf courses for the golfers among us.Markets and restaurants close by. The kitchen is one of the most well-equipped we've seen. Lots of games and toys for everyone and plenty of room to spread out - both outside and inside.

Cozy lake house in Kewadin

We loved our time in this little house! It was very well stocked with kitchen items, games and puzzles for rainy days, and the lakeside fire pit was perfect for our s’more nights. We were happy to use the available kayaks, also. Our one disappointment was with all the debris that was continually washing up at the shoreline, making swimming undesirable. Instead we spent a lot of time at the beach in Elk Rapids. But the house was clean and comfortable stars 😊

Elk lake getaway

The house was perfect for mine and another family that stayed at the property. Kitchen was fully furnished. The outside space was great. Loved the fire pit. The water was perfect with a nice sand bottom. Highly recommended!

Outstanding location

Outstanding location. Host thoughtfulness and care to details show how considerate you are and your intention to provide an enjoyable experience for your guests. Multiple coffee makers, great linens, plenty of seating, incredible views of the lake, a sandy shore, dock for outstanding sunsets and water access. The location couldn't be better for access to Elk Rapids, but private seclusion and space for our family to vacation together.

Good and bad

I would say that the best part about staying here would be that it is on the lake. However, we were disappointed that even though the beach and lake are very sandy, lots of black debris ended up where we were swimming so we had to rake it every day. The worst part for me was that it needed a deep cleaning. There was mold and chunks of things molding in the bottom of all the trash cans. The freezer had debris in the bottom of the drawer under the basket and the utensil drawers had debris in them. Upon arrival the dishwasher had not been emptied and there was laundry in the washer, still needing to be dried. There were many upgrades throughout. The bathrooms were really nice. We did have an issue with the plumbing and somebody had to come fix that. It was resolved. Both the stove and refrigerator need to be replaced, the oven does not work and the icemaker and the doors don’t work correctly on the refrigerator. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we will not be returning. We got used to the building over the week, but we’re not in love with it.

Beautiful views and the water is amazing!!

We had a great time. The only issue is our week went by to fast. The kitchen had everything that we needed, The table was great for the whole group to sit and eat at. Overall we had a great time and would come back in a minute.

Yearly gathering with family!

Wonderful week on a wonderful lake! The property was an excellent location on Elk lake. There was plenty to do on the property from boating to playing games on the vast lawn! My family all agreed that this was a great find! We would definitely return!

Lake front living

Great place with awesome sandy bottom lake and small beach area. Nice dock. Showers work great and have good water pressure. Very clean. Oven was broken but owner let us know it was down but new one wouldn’t not be in by the time of our stay. Grill works great. Parking can be a challenge if the house next door has a large group so keep that in mind

First trip up north

We had a wonderful time on our trip and stay. House was just as presented, used kayaks, rented/docked a boat and had a few fires with s’mores! Wonderful trip and thinking about next year already!

So much fun!

The pictures do not do this property justice! It perfectly housed my in-laws, my parents, my brother, my husband and two kids! Right on elk lake with a gorgeous view. We rented a boat and took a stroll on the beautiful lake and we all really enjoyed sitting on the patio! The living room was huge and my toddler loved running all over the place. There were so many places to sit and hangout I would definitely go back!

Stunning views, great yard, Michigan weather

The weather kept us inside the majority of our stay, so we were glad that we packed lots of boardgames! The extra large dining table fit both families, and the toys/books in the bunk room kept the kids from getting too stir crazy with the rain. We cooked all our meals for the duration of our stay, and the giant pantry was useful for storing all our dry goods! When we were able to go outside, the lake access was just what we needed. Onsite kayaks were a hit, as was the fire pit and small beach area. Make sure to bring life jackets/puddle jumpers if you have lots of little ones! We had a great time, and were happy to have Tom’s cottage to stay in during the rainy early June weather.

Beautiful lake

Enjoyed the location, elk lake and torch lake are beautiful! Had indoor/outdoor toys for kids to play with and a crib in one room. We had a great time with family and loved the yard, fire pit and little beach area.

Beautiful View!

This was our first time staying on Elk Lake. The lake and view were beautiful! House was big enough to accommodate us all and very comfortable. My grandkids loved the “toy room” and sandy area by the lake. Thanks Parker’s , for a wonderful vacation!

Great place! We will be back!

Great week! Great location in the lake with beautiful yard up to the lake. Beds were very comfortable and nice assortment of dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Washer and dryer worked great as did the dishwasher. Showers very nice. It was hard to figure out some of the TVs and we never did get the basement living room one to work or find the remote for the first floor king bedroom or the one in the dining area.

Great location with easy access to lots of fun!

The cottage was not as clean as expected, and there were a few things not working, however the property manager was prompt and responsible in addressing any concerns. The previous tenants were harder on the property than they should have been. It’s too bad renters can’t all be responsible and respectful. We wished we had better weather during our visit, but we were undeterred and all had a fun vacation!

We LOVE this property. We fell in love with the large family room where our entire family can spend time together. The lake is amazingly clean and has some of the best Caribbean blue waters in Michigan and it has one on the best views on the lake. The area has so much to offer from Wineries, Shopping, Skiing, Mackinaw Island, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and So much more. It is truly a family paradise, or a great escape away from the kids.
