Fun times

Overall the unit is in a great location, the downside were the gnats they were heavy. The home really needs a deep clean to the floors and replace of molding some areas are really black and nasty. Great views.

Needs maintenance

This unit needs plumbing and maintenance repairs. Toilet runs, sink tap sprays everywhere, shower drips, fridge door doesn’t close properly so runs constantly dishwasher leaked on floor for 24 hrs before repair man came. Listening to running or dripping water all night for our entire stay was frustrating and extremely annoying. Jackhammer was being used in unit directly above us and management didn’t have a clue what was going on nor how long it would be. Living room curtains have never been laundered probably since installation. Disgusting and very dirty.

This condo stay was perfect for what we needed. Loved our views of the beach. A cross walk right in front of the building, made it a breeze to reach the beach.

Great location. Courteous staff. Superb parking. Close to all amenities. Nice view of ocean. Convenient for day trips to Orlando and elsewhere. Furniture dated and worn. Overall cleanliness adequate. Need to clean above refrigerator and utility closet. Would return again.

Perfect location to enjoy Madeira beach

The condo is done perfectly for you to enjoy and experience Madeira beach. The view off of the balcony is perfect for overlooking the beach and ocean views while being across the street or half the price! The property is located minutes from the boardwalk and directly across the street from the beach...win win in my book. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and hot tub daily in between the boardwalk and beach. The best supprise was in the closet in the master bedroom full of toys for kids to lounge chairs and umbrellas for the adults, big plus that I was expecting to purchase while I was there. We left the extra shovels and buckets that i purchased on the way in not knowing what was provided already. I'll have no question to book this location again next time I'm visiting the area.

Convenient location

Parking good and fast elevator. Good view - beach right across the street. Good price. Guest room bed sinks in the middle and needs replacement. Pool area is VERY small with no option for shade.

Beautiful view

The view from balcony was beautiful. The location of the condo to the beach is just a very short walk across the road. The condo is very nice. Some of the furniture was outdated but that’s not the reason we was there. The master bedroom has a king size bed not queen as stated. It was a little uncomfortable not to bad. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. The pool is small but was nice and the hot tube was amazing. Short walk to everything. Some reviews say the walls are thin very true. Neighbors played loud music half the night couldn’t get sleep. We could hear them talking kid crying and even hear them coughing. So beware walls are very thin. Other then that nice place to stay. Some of the units are pet friendly in case you want to bring along a pet.

Great location. The condo didn’t have soap for the dishes. Walls are so thin , I could hear my neighbors. Pool is tiny.

Room was filthy

The room was filthy. I called in right after we checked in and reported to maderia bay resort that the couch was filthy, doors filthy, walls dirty, both bedspreads were nasty with left over from last visitors. Blinds filthy, lover doors in kitchen filthy. Etc!!! I had my grandkids with me. There were five people. No one would sleep or set on the couch or loveseat. Too filthy. I am requesting a full refund. This room was not covid clean as promised. Very disappointed!!!! I have pictures for proof of you would like to see them. Maderia bay said they would call me the next day to figure out what to do. They never called me.

Girls weekend

The bedding had cigarette burns and it’s a non-smoking property. The location is great. Pool pics were not accurate as the pool is tiny. Easy walk to the beach. Easy walk to John’s Pass for food and fun. Decent place for sure. I would recommend but if you fly in it’s a drive from the airport and no grocery store near by really (walking) so you’d have a challenge with buying essentials.

Nice stay

Was overall happy with Condo and facility. Really liked location. Was just two blocks from John's Pass in one direction. Endless beach. This condo had a view of the Gulf. Rooms were a little dated, but exactly as reflected in pictures. Beds were comfortable and furniture was good. Price was good for what we got. Only minor issue was hearing neighbors thru the wall. Only heard this one night, so I don't know if they were especially loud that night or simply not there on other nights. Anyways, I liked it. Beach was just across the street. It was perfect.
