Oktoberfest weekend

This is a perfect location on Main Street. Everything within walking distance. Condo was clean and extremely comfortable. We’d re-book in a heartbeat 💗

Beds were bad enough to stay away forever

Location is really all you pay for here, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the rooms are stuffy. We ended up ending our trip early because we could not sleep there, and worry about people coming off the mountain from skiing/boarding looking for a good spot to rest and being sorely disappointed. It was apparent that this was not set up with leisure or comfort in mind, but definitely an attempt to capitalize solely on location. If you are thinking of working up here as well, as I did, be wary of very spotty internet usage. We will not be coming back

Back on main st

Great location. Well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on ground floor. You hear and almost feel people stomping around above you but if you want a ground floor it comes with the territory. Also the garbage and recycling for the entire building is outside bedroom number 2 window so you hear that mess as well. Unit gets very hot at night for some reason. But we had a great time the condo was comfortable and the location within a walk of the quicksilver lift was excellent. Parking was easy and at least one of the hot tubs worked as advertised. Kitchen could have done with a baking pan or two but otherwise was fully equipped. I would rent there again

Breck winter weekend

The condo is great for a weekend getaway. Right on main, with EASY access to kiddie ski school and chair lift. Directly across the street from the infamous French bakery and easy access to many restaurants

Perfect location

Great property at the South end of Main St. Very convenient to all restaurants, bars and shopping. Slopes are very close as well.

Winter vacation

We so appreciated the communication of our hosts by calling in the morning; quick to see if everything went smoothly checking in and if there were any concerns. Great location, and so refreshing to find the place clean and fully stocked with all we needed to start the week.

Relaxing

Communication with the Property Manager and Staff was excellent. The unit overall wasn't that clean. There was a lot of hair in here when we first checked in. Pile of Pistachio shells under the couch. Other than that it was an excellent experience and we will be back.

Highly Dissapointing

Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place (unit 115), BUT... The neighbors spend a significant amount of time smoking marijuana. There is a door which joins the two units and the odor comes right under the door. Attempts to block the bottom of the door didn't stop the odor. The only time my wife and I did not experience a headache was when we were out walking around. 20 minutes after returning to the unit, our headache was back. We visit Breck frequently during ski-season/off-season and have stayed at Tannhauser many times. Very disappointing as we have complained about this in the past. My suggestion would be to do what hotels have done and ban the use of marijuana on the property or at least inside units. Manager responded on 5/5/2015: So Sorry to hear this Rick, Fortunately, those particular renters are leaving next week. Unfortunately, we cant control what people choose to do in their residence, but I had complained to the owner about her choice in renters and she has now made a change. I'm sorry that your stay was not comfortable for this reason. We do ban the use of Marijuana on the property but banning inside the units is really not within our legal right. We don't rent out that unit, so we don't have control over this. We do say in our rental policy that smoking of any kind inside the units is not allowed. You should have let us know, and we could have addressed it at the time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was fantastic, It looked as though it had been recently renovated, with a marble counter top and stainless steel appliances. It had a great homy feel to it. The location simply can't be beat. The only problem was the noise; wall and ceilings were paper thin. Besides that everything was wonderful.

Our unit on first floor was very convenient, well appointed, clean.and nicely renovated. There was some party noise from back building a coupe of nights and heating pipes in king bedroom were annoying with all night tapping but we got used to it. Everything else made up for these minor complaints. Aimee and Karla were very helpfully and friendly. Definitely will come back!

The renovated space was beautiful and plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, pillows and blankets. It's right on South Main Street so you don't have to drive anywhere! The place was extremely clean when we got there and was a great place for our vacation. Highly recommended!! Rental Managers were contactable, helpful, and made the process extremely easy.
