Kona Pacific B-409 es un condominio del piso superior recién remodelado con impresionantes vistas al mar.
¡Los propietarios han realizado cambios que todos los invitados les ENCANTARÁN! Todo terminado en abril de 2017! Todo el condominio se ha pintado recientemente, hay muebles nuevos, la cocina y los baños se han actualizado de manera exhaustiva.

Este condominio tiene un lanai extremadamente espacioso que permite el acceso desde todas las habitaciones: sala de estar, dormitorio principal y segundo dormitorio.

El propietario ha equipado a todo lo que necesite para sus vacaciones. Wifi, sillas y toallas de playa, TV en las dos habitaciones y muy grande de televisión en la sala de estar! ¡Aire acondicionado a estrenar en todos los dormitorios y sala de estar!

Really nice place for a family stay. We loved hanging out on the lanai. It’s a great spot for birdwatching, bring binoculars! It got pretty hot even with the AC units. I feel like the AC units need some updating. But we stayed comfortable enough. The pool is more geared towards adults lounging. There was an attendant that made sure kids weren’t disruptive (loud, splashing, and specifically no Marco Polo) and they didn’t allow balls or floaties, which I thought took a bit of the fun out of the pool. Great for relaxing though. Overall I loved the building, it was nice and quiet and a great location for walking into town. The parking was nice too and easy to access elevator. I would definitely stay again.
Watch for birds and geckos in the palms.
Beautiful spot for a sunset.

We wanted a location where we could walk to town for dinner or to grab coffee in the morning and this was exactly what we needed. I used the washer and dryer everyday and it was so nice to have when you are packing light for Hawaii. The furniture on the patio could use an update and the air conditioners leaked onto the patio because the trays that collect the water overflowed. We were happy we had air conditioning though it was a trade off.

Perfection!

This property was ideal for our group which included myself, and my (3) neighbors. This trip included, myself, neighbor and mom to 15 year old twins. The kids were in Kona for an invitational competitive swim meet. The 3 bathrooms were so perfect for us. The unit had everything you could need, the kitchen was amazing and having a washer/dryer was ideal. Everything was clean and had nice amenities. There was so much room for us all to have our own space and let me tell you, the sunsets were incredible. It was so awesome having your own parking space, close to the elevator. I plan on renting this unit again. Thank you so much.

Great location, lovely lanai

Access to Kona/Kailua was great. Overall well equipped unit - a few tips that I will include for prospective renters- there are a few basic kitchen supplies - coffee filters (always nice not to have to buy 200 of those!), salt, a few spices. There's a coffee grinder which is nice being in Kona. 2 blenders so no worries there :)-theres a soft side rolling cooler, 3 functional beach chairs, and some sand toys/snorkel gear. No beach umbrella which would have been nice but those are easy to rent- the AC units are nice to have; effective, but a bit loud; they were NOT absolutely necessary (despite what our teens thought), you could run one to cool the bedroom before bedtime and then just switch to fans-the complex was clean, and really well maintained in the public areas and pool; there are 3 gas grills in the pool area for common use, they put 2 brand new grills in while we were there; the pool area is not huge like a resort but very nice and if the rest of the island wasn't so great to explore we would've gladly spent more time poolside, there were only ever a few guests/residents using the area-the underground parking was really nice, kept the car secure and cool, great access from car right to the elevator and on to the condo; we are not mobility challenged but this might be a good unit for people who need help with that-as noted in the title the lanai is fully the length of the unit and great to hang out on and catch the breezes

Excellent stay

The condo worked perfectly for us. We were a party of 4. The large lanai was our gathering place at night. Quiet and clean. Good pool area. Easy access to places in and around Kona. Kitchen was clean with nice appliances. Underground parking a plus.

Great location but a bit tired

The location was perfect walking distance to town, shops, restaurants and beaches. The views from the balcony were great. The condo is a bit tired as in furniture, bedding and basic upkeep of property. For the price it was good and gave it a 4-star only because of location but can’t give it a 5 star due to its need for updating. Outdoor furniture is falling apart, bedding is old and worn, whole place is in need of fresh paint, tubs are peeling and you are unable to use jetted tunb or garbage disposal.

Great location!

Stay here!! Everything was extremely clean and a lot of things updated. The beds were comfortable and lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. We spent every morning with our coffee on the deck with an ocean view. There were some beach supplies and even a little cooler. Even some frozen ice packs in the freezer that made our beach trips perfect. AC and fans in every room but the elevator and the room proximity to elevator and the designated parking spot made everything so convenient. Even though it's not right on the beach, it's a quick walk. A quick walk to downtown as well. The elevator and parking spot definitely make up for not being right on the beach especially lugging all your stuff back after a long day. Would definitely stay here every trip to Kona.

Amazing sunsets and sunrises

Beautiful condo within walking distance of town. We didn’t rent a car and it was ideal. Balcony had mountain and bay views and bird watching opportunities. Enjoyed lounging on balcony from bedrooms and living room with wine and snacks. View of 4th of July fireworks was amazing. Definitely recommend the complex. Pool was immaculate and we often had it to ourselves. Visited Maui often and this was a better view!

Time at Kona Pacific

We were part of a group of 13 ( 3 condos rented ) all family members. Our plan was to spread my Mother's and my Sister's ashes in Kona which was my Mother's favorite island. My immediate family of 3 were lucky enough to have stayed at this condo the property was amazing. Within walking distance of town, restaurants, and most important the ocean. Our view was fantastic. We appreciated all of the beach goodies available at the condo including ice chest, beach towels, sun screen, beach chairs, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated. Carpets looked brand new. The condo included everything that you would need at a vacation rental making our stay very comfortable. Thank You so much.
