We are always grateful when a guest takes this much time to write a detailed review of their stay. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the amazing furnishings, beautiful views, layout, and complex amenities like the pool, storage, and nearby reefs. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. We have already dispatched our check on a few of these items and found all balcony doors have handles and the dryer works great. We also take your feedback regarding the kitchen details and linen quality seriously and are addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure our standards are consistently met. Regarding the starter amenities, we explain in advance that we provide a standard initial set to get guests settled, and we send a suggested shopping list. Regarding the beach chair service, we completely understand how frustrating to not get the exact placement you want. As we noted before your arrival, the chair service contract is managed entirely by the Beach Colony Resort and La Dolce Vita, which dictates that deeded property owners receive priority placement. There are fewer than 10% of owners on site at any time using chairs, so this is generally not a problem. We are very clear, front row seating is not promised or guaranteed.
