Nuestro condominio cuenta con un dormitorio principal queen con acceso al balcón y jacuzzi privado en la habitación. Baño principal privado incluye ducha grande y lavabos dobles. El dormitorio principal está equipado con TV de pantalla plana por cable y reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio también cuenta con una cama queen y está decorado con buen gusto con un tema de golf. También está equipado con TV de pantalla plana por cable y reproductor de DVD. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama doble con colchón nuevo de espuma viscoelástica en un cómodo sofá seccional, TV de pantalla plana por cable grande con reproductor de DVD y chimenea de gas para esas noches frías de invierno. El comedor está en una hermosa alcoba redonda con muchas ventanas. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar y una barra redonda con asientos adicionales. Lavadero cuenta con lavadora y secadora grandes.

Esta es una unidad para no fumadores y no mascotas.

We have stayed the Golf Vista before. Great location to get in and out of but it is very noisy there with all the traffic. A deep cleaning is advised.

Don't look too closely.

The unit needs extensive paint and a deep cleaning and minor structural attention. The building is in desperate need of a power wash, Detail cleaning, cobwebs the elevator is filthy. The dumpster area is being used as a dumping ground, old furniture and garbage are scattered around the dumpster. The fountain (golfer) is in terrible repair.

Great spot for a family vacation.

Our second time staying at the Golf Vista complex. It is a great location. Trolley stop is just across the street. The unit is very spacious. It could have been cleaner, and a little better stocked. Plan to take trash bags, tissues, paper products etc. Also, the kitchen worked out ok, but it is limited, so if you are planning to cook a lot, you may want to bring some of our own pans/utensils. Overall, it was a comfy place, great view of the golf course (and Dolleywood fireworks).

Fine vacation location

We loved every thing about the stay, however the outside was not lit up at all and should be improved, the use of motion sensors would help to save money.

Golf Vista 141

Overall pretty good. The condo is a little dated and could use a refresh. Due to being so close to the road, you could hear road noise pretty well but it usually slowed down around 10:00 PM. The biggest issue was the TV set up; especially in the living room. Very limited channels and no guide. Of the roughly 5 remotes in the living room none of them were labeled and only one worked. Made playing a DVD difficult due to having to get up to start, pause, and stop. Overall we had a good stay but just a few details could have gotten it 5 stars. Oh yeah almost forgot, get rid of the Alexa. Or at least keep it shutoff and let the guest decide if they want to turn it on. I don't want anything listening in unless I know it is trustworthy.

Jeep Weekend

This is a great place to stay for a family. I would’ve gave it five stars but the bed my son slept in he said was hard as a rock and hurt his back. Sorry. It’s in a perfect location to get in and out of town.

Great Stay Except for the Noise

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. No trouble getting in or making ourselves at home. The only thing we didn't like was the noise. The condo sits on a not-particularly-busy road, but holy cow was it loud. Every car driving by sounded like it was right next to you. Made for a rough time sleeping sometimes. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Our review of the unit

Very Nice unit, however, HOA needs to clean up the front view. The elevators were very dirty. The base boards in the unit were dirty, the doors need wiping down, especially bathrooms, dirty and old bathroom rugs. The bi-fold door came loose when we opened it...needs repairing, the rod for the master bedrm blind falls when touched. We loved the condo...it was very nice, but it does need a good cleaning and some minor repairs. We would stay again. We are a little OCD, so the little things we just noticed that could make for a better experience for future renters.

Awsome stay

This property is unique in its own way, the condo inside was great and updated. A great little pizza place a convenient store a walk way, trolley stop right in front to get you straight to dollywood. It over looks the golf course and great mountain view.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay over the Fourth of July. We were able to see fireworks from the dining area windows. We could also see the fireworks from Dollywood each night.

Nice place for family vacation

The location is great. Close to everything. Within 10-15 mins ride from all attractions. Best part is Xplorie. These folks are great. Excellent service and many freebies. Haven't had such good customer service in a while. The unit is a nice 2 bedroom condo with balcony. Can use a little better cleaning. The balcony is facing a golf course and mountains, but very busy road below. Can't sleep with windows open. Cemetery is next door for those of you who are superstitious. Overall, for the price and freebies that you get through Explorie, a good place to stay and enjoy pigeon forge.

Needs a good cleaning

This place is in a great location and this was our first time staying in these condos. First, there needs to be tons of updating and maintenance on the exterior of this building. Next, walked into the condo and all smoke detectors were chirping, finally had to take them off the walls to sleep. This condo was extremely dirty. Not sure if the cleaning people came between guests. Hair on bathroom floors and in tub, everything very dusty and toilets were not cleaned at all. Took out trash and there was a disgusting dried on mess in the bottom of the trash can. Sliding glass doors were covered in spider webs. You would think with the price of the cleaning fees that everything would be cleaned. Very disappointed.

Great location! Tired property

We enjoyed everything about our vacation except the cleanliness of this property. We’ve stayed in the pigeon forge/ gatlinburg area for around 20 years and this property was the dirtiest. I had to clean before we could put our things away. The bath rugs had not been cleaned and the doors, floor boards and counters were visibly dirty. There were extra bed pillows that were so yellow and disgusting they should have been thrown away long ago. The master closet had a half drank bottle or bourbon in it so they clearly don’t check everything or clean it. The complimentary hand soap was a milk based soft soap that was curdled. There was overflowing trash next to the outdoor gazebo. The grounds were old and unkept. Broken light fixture and broken plastic in the landscaping rock. The unit we were in had new light fixtures above the bar and dining table that were nice. The washer and dryer were great! They were repainting the outside stairwell so hopefully they are trying to fix this property up. They need to do a DEEP cleaning inside the units and definitely clean up the outside as well. There was a wheelchair laying on its side with paint on it under the stairwell the whole week we were there. We woke up the day of departure to a nice tin of candy with a card thanking us for our stay which was nice. They are just missing it on the care of the property and the cleanliness.
