Disappointing

Disappointed in multiple sagging mattresses, not true King size beds, rather two twins pushed together and labeled as a king. Difficult when your family members are TALL.Property needs attention and updating.Small shower heads, uncomfortable seating, wobbly fans, ceiling register vents/air returns loosely hanging...Would not recommend for the money

Awesome place

This place was so spacious, we had 12 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. Place was very clean upon arrival. Location was perfect. Plenty of options near for groceries or drug stores. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening. We are thinking of staying again next year.

Beach in a hurricane!

The location is great. The unit needs some attention. The door on one of the refrigerators would not close and subsequently didn’t cool properly. Two of the four sliding doors had a way to prevent entry. The others did not. None locked. The main level sliding door was not installed properly. Wind whistled through it and rain came through causing the area to smell wet and musty. There was condensation on the AC vents that dropped onto the floor and furniture. The upper deck ceiling was not properly attached. It banged in the wind and eventually blew off. The property managers were notified but never came out. I can understand that since there was a hurricane happening. We love the size of the unit. Six bedrooms fits our family. We wished the weather had been better but we can’t control that and still enjoyed our time together. Also, the pictures on the VRB website for the living room are not current. The furniture is brown not blue.

Perfect family vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this huge condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 children under 5 years old. Having 2 floors was great for privacy and nap time. Balconies were large with great furniture. We will be staying there again!

Enjoyable

The location was tremendous, easy access to the beach and pool. The property was dirty, mold on the stairway ceiling, toilet seat was broken, shower door was broken, The kitchen floor was salty and slippery. Kitchen island was greasy.

This place was great. We were there for a retreat. It is very spacious and the view of the water was very relaxing. I recommend this place if you have a large group. We were all able to sit at one table for discussions.

Weekend Getaway

We booked this condo as a last minute getaway and it was not worth the price. They get you with a decent price and then tack on a $900 host fee plus a $217 service fee and let me tell you, ot was not worth it. The only commendation things were the view, the space, and the pool table. If your looking for comfort, you will not find it here. We weren't even sure of they washed the bedding becaise it smelled musty, but the comforter is scratchy and very cheap. The beds are good for one night before the springs start killing your back. You can feel them when youre laying down. There are no blow dryers or complimentary toiletries. The kitchen was ok. The dish rags and potholders are so old, dirty looking and stained, you really dont even want to touch it. The dish racks provided are old and dirty. Inside the freezer was brown ice. Amd the condo furniture looks nothing like the pic. The sofas there now are so old they are sagging and uncomfortable to sit on. The balcony, dont lean on the rails because they dont feel sturdy and the balcony ceilings are water bloated. But the view is beautiful. The keypad to the door doesnt work. It worked twice during our 3 day stay. We ended up using the emergency key because we got tired of having to message management just to get in. Although they do respond pretty quick. When we booked, we were unaware of the $900 hosting fee that they charged. It is very old and runned down and not worth the price they charge.

WONDERFUL space

The stay was absoululy wonderful. There were a few issues that were dealt with via text messages and photos which made things so much easer. OVERALLL wonderful space and WONDERFUL time.

Myrtle beach vacation 2023 great location with possible potential

the lay out of the condo is perfect enough rooms/bathrooms. A place for kids to hang out without being around the adults in the pool room. The house needs updating and a good deep cleaning. The one slider door to deck outside handle was broken had to use zip ties to open/close door, the outdoor couch was broken and only got worse as the week went on. The front door key pad did not work always and you could tell how people were pushing on the door to force open the door jam was loose. The kitchen faucet leaked and the refrigerator door you could not store anything because it was missing the bar to hold in place. The living room furniture needs updating looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time and beat up. It is a shame because the location was great the set up of the condo was good could be a place you want to return to if fixed.

Very dissatisfied with this unit!

Let’s just start with the door code to get in, sometimes it worked and sometimes we had to enter it multiple times till it worked. The cleaning crew just did enough to get by. Even the kitchen countertops has slop stains still on it. The sliding door to balcony was broken and they fixed it with zip ties. The bench chair was broken on one side and one of my guests nearly fell down on the floor and hurt himself. The oven did not work and we cook a lot of meals thru the week. The ice maker did not work right. There is a tile in kitchens floor that was loose and my daughter caught her toe on it and hurt herself. The sofas were wet when we got there. The vents were black and discolored and it smelled mildew and kinda like sewage sometimes. One of the dining chairs was broken. Even when I messaged the rental company they just said they will let the manager know. Nobody came out to fix or look at anything. For the amount of money we paid for this unit it should not have looked the way it did or been in this condition.

Perfect for large family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Atlantis 205! The place was spacious, well stocked, and a great place to host out Thanksgiving beach trip. Communication with management was fantastic, and they were quick to address our needs.

Nice clean property but needs maintenance

Property was clean and in perfect location but needs some maintenance/upkeep. Our family enjoyed the beach and pool all week and we chose this place because of its location and close proximity to everything else Myrtle Beach has to offer!

The kitchen was well stocked. It was spacious enough for 11 of us. The unit is in need of repair. There are cracked tiles in front of the refrigerator and freezer. The pool was rather dirty.

I did not get the Villa that I was suppose to. I reserved 205 in December but ended up with 201.

Overall layout was good. The view was amazing. Some beds were uncomfortable. It definitely could use an update and a good cleaning. Pool sticks did not have the tips on them. Baseboards and vents were filthy. Splatters on the walls. The hot tub did not work. The pool ladders bottom step was broken. The dryer came in handy but it took forever to dry, it needs to be looked at. It was a great size for my family and we had a great time.

Ocean Getaway

The ocean view and sounds from the balcony were sooo relaxing! Elevator access and arrangement of living space were convenient and helpful. Better lighting would have been appreciated in master bedroom (one lamp and very dim overhead ceiling fan). The upstairs pool table was a source of great enjoyment for some of our party.

Golf Trip

We had 10 men on a golf trip and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room inside and out. Great location to play multiple golf courses. The room was clean and check in was very easy.

Family Vacation at Beach

Property was perfect for group with plenty of beds and bathrooms, Tables and seating were adequate for our group of 11. The main downside was appliances, furnishings were very dated. The fridge was leaking at one point and dryer went out for 2 days. Management were responsive and had dryer fixed..
