Debes tener 25 años para alquilar este condominio. Este impresionante tres dormitorios y dos baños condominio tiene una cama king en el dormitorio principal que tiene una vista del golfo. Esta habitación tiene una decoración tropical donde el tema de la palmera empieza y un televisor de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio muy bien. El tema de la palmera continúa en esta sala, que también incluye un televisor de pantalla plana, un armario, y el baño de la suite que se comparte con la habitación doble. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales en una habitación que está decorado con palmeras nobles. Esta sala también incluye un armario y un televisor de pantalla plana.

La cocina está justo antes de la zona de estar con una gran vista de la puerta corredera de cristal. La cocina tiene todos los grandes y pequeños aparatos que se necesitan para hacer una comida fant��stica. El tema de la palma tropical continúa en la sala de estar. Fantastic Property with Amazing View

My family and I stayed for a week and hated to leave! We watched dolphins from condo most days. In addition, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, close proximity to the beach (a super short walk), the view of the bay upon entering the property, a short walk to local restaurant Tacky Jack’s, and the well stocked kitchen for eating in. Such a fantastic condo!

Perfect vacation destination

The Indies 603 was a perfect vacation destination for our family. Plenty of room. The condo was beautiful, clean, everything worked as it should, and the complex itself is beautiful. Great view. Perfect location for Ft. Morgan for those who prefer a less crowded beach vs Orange. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was perfect, although it could stay open a little later. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo, plenty of space for our family. Beautiful view! Kids enjoyed the pool. Had a few little problems but things got handled fairly quickly. Love the less crowded area of Fort Morgan!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed this time. Our experience this year was way different than last year. There was a mix up in reservations which led to a late night hotel grab for 6 people plus groceries. The elevator was out every day including move in and move out days and we were on the 6th floor. Electricity went out and refrigerator seemed to be going out. Not much empathy from management. As much as we love this area, we will not stay here again. Not impressed with Sunset Properties. Things are in disrepair every wear we looked.

We do need somewhere to put our groceries. The tv is old in a large cabinet. Takes up lots of space. Nice furniture. Great view. It’s a comfortable place. Internet is slow but good. Becky of sunset is great to work with.

Relaxation on The Indies 603

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week was very relaxing despite the windy weather and some rain. The view from Indies 603 is spectacular. We enjoy the laid-back atmosphere which is why we vacationed there again this year. My wife and I would recommend that the carpeting be replaced with ceramic tile. The carpeting showed some stains, and it is a magnet for sand from the beach. We have already booked another stay for next year.

We have not had any big problems for the last few years we have been stayin there. The only thing is we would like a pantry to hold our grocery. Has a good internet and tv, sitting on deck in mornings and afternoons is always great. Sunset properties and Becky are the best. We have already booked for next year.

Alabama's Best Kept Secret

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been taking summer vacation trips to Gulf Shores since I was in elementary school (now 30 years old) and I have never been to Ft. Morgan, just a short drive of Gulf Shores proper. The beaches are pristine and uncrowded with easy access from various locations. Close proximity to a ferry ride over to Dauphin Island offers another great locale to enjoy during your stay and a very unique experience for any young travelers.As for the condo itself: perfection. Everything was 10x better than the pictures would have you believe. Gorgeous aesthetics with a wonderful view of the water and plenty of space for the three families we had traveling together. Everyone had comfortable accommodations and a ton of common space to enjoy as a group. We were celebrating my wife's 30th birthday and everyone had a blast! We will absolutely be looking for this same property for our future visits to the area, as the experience cannot be overstated.

Nice Condo for our Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We initially were set up to stay at the Dunes. Unfortunately, the owners of the condo dropped out of the program. We were upgraded to this place instead. I was a bit skeptical. Our family loved this condo. It’s extremely clean and had all the amenities: cookware, bottle openers, coffee maker. The master bedroom view is beautiful. The pool area wasn’t too crowded. The walk to the beach is a bit of a hike but we already knew that from last year. We bought a wagon for the walk. My boys (14 and 2) both loved the stay. We will be back next year. The only down fall was our upstairs neighbors. They are a bit loud at 6 am. Sounded like they were dragging furniture. We are optimistic that they will be quieter next year. :)

We spent a week at 603 and experienced pros and cons

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay and enjoyed the view and relaxed environment. The condo was clean and master bed was very comfortable. Shower was great as well. We stayed in April and had pool to ourselves on weekdays. The one day we did have storms with blowing rain we found that front door had significant leakage (enough water to reach bedrooms if we hadn't put a towel below door). Not fixing bottom door seal seems very foolish since it could result in property damage.My wife had hand surgery and found patio doors too difficult to open so I had to open for her. Definitely an inconvenience for us so that I would not rent again. We had seen that issue in reviews from others but I had hoped they overstated.Using TV lacked easy access to evening major network news. We are very familiar with Roku, but it has its limits. TV not well explained with details provided in room.Only disappointment with Sunset Properties was Explorie wasn't really worth much. Attractions were quite a way from condo and not that appealing to us.We did enjoy exploring the local attractions.

Kenneth, we do appreciate the detailed review, and I will try to address the cons. We will certainly have maintenance take a look at the door to see what needs to be done. I do apologize about the patio door. That building has hurricane doors to the balconies and they are hard to open, but that is intentional so that they are not easily opened by the wind. As for the TV's, maybe a detailed "how to" instruction sheet is in order. I'm sorry if you did not find an Explorie attraction that interested you. A lot of our guests take advantage of the free tickets offered, even with the short drive back into Gulf Shores. I am glad that you were able to explore the area and enjoy what nature has to offer! We would love to have you stay with us again! Maybe you would like to take a look at renting one of our houses. I would recommend them putting room darkening curtains in the two rooms by the hall. The lights from the corridor are so bright and the blinds don't cover the windows, so it is very bright when you are trying to sleep. We put two blankets over the windows to try to help with that. Also, one elevator was out of order almost the whole time. It would work one minute then be in need of service the next. That was very unsettling. Our last day, both elevators were actually out of service. We stayed on the 6th floor and my 16 year old daughter and I had to literally carry a weeks worth of beach stuff down 6 stories to our car. It was a lot of stuff and some pretty heavy (luggage and groceries). It took us 3 trips, completely loaded down like pack mules. That part kind of put a damper on the nice week that we did have, seeing that I had a 12 hour drive that day. Overall, the condo itself was nice, the property was basically ok. The sunset property staff was very very nice and helpful. I am not sure we would stay there again but it wasn't just horrible. It was a short drive around the corner to the beach and the pool and hot tub were nice. They stayed pretty crowded, but it was spring break so we expected that, so no big deal.

We do not manage the building, so that is completely out of our control. I know that was a major inconvenience for you and I wish there had been something we could have done. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all I want to say how much Sunset Properties ROCKS! They are by far the best Property Management company that I’ve ever worked with on our Gulf Coast. All of their staff are very friendly and helpful. I’d like to point out a couple of ladies who really treated me very well. Karen Davis and Miss Becky, the Property Manager at The indies, they are SUPERSTARS! They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my stay with them was perfect. They are a valuable asset to Sunset Properties and they both represent the company extremely well. I really appreciate Karen and Becky and I look forward to working with them on my future vacations.As far as my stay? Well, it was perfect. I stayed at 603 at the Indies. The owners have a very beautiful condo and you can tell that the condo and the property overall are very well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. I’ve been looking for a place like this for a long time and I finally found it. I’ll be staying there every year going forward.Sunset Properties has partnered with Exploria to provide an activity for you to do every day of your stay. That’s a nice perk of your into that kind of thing. I highly recommend either walking or driving out to Fort Morgan. It’s about a mile and a half from the condos and makes a nice half day or so trip. Especially if you are an amateur history buff like myself. Also, taking the ferry over to Dauphin Island and checking that out. It’s a really cool place. I like to find places to eat where the locals eat when I’m down there. So far, my two favorite spots are Fish River Grill in Gulf Shores and GT’s on the Bay in Orange Beach. They’re both really good. The kitchen at the condo is very well stocked with pretty much everything that you need so I bought groceries and stayed at the condo most of the time for meals. I hope that my review helps some. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pantry was locked and we had to store all of our food on the counter. Outside table leg was broke as well as one of the only 2 outside chairs.green Rug wadded up n left on patio as well as one wadded up under guest bed. The dishwasher didn't work very well had a hard time getting it to come on had to flip breaker on and off to do so. There were lots of nails in the bathroom wall but no pictures or wall decorations in the bathroom and very scarce throughout the unit as well. The elevator also was down for an entire day and climbing 7 flights of stairs with children and bags several times a day was awful.
