Dolphy Dunes West is half of a duplex with 3 bedrooms located in the beachside Dunes subdivision. There is no major road to cross to walk to the beach, and there is even parking available at the beach access. This Fort Morgan beach cottage sleeps 8 and offers views of the beach from its large porches. The neighborhood has 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and a small fitness center.

The Master bedroom is located on the main level along with 2 Guest bedrooms. The community pool is next door to the house so it is an easy walk and is great for keeping an eye on the little ones.

Beach Vacay 2025

The house was great and had easy access to the beach and pool. A couple of good restaurants close by and many others within a reasonable drive. We love Fort Morgan!!!

We really liked this property. It was clean and well-stocked with appliances and bedding. We loved being next to the pool and the beach was just a short walk away. All the neighbors and other guests were very friendly. We had a maintenance issue with a broken piece of furniture that was taken care of promptly and cheerfully, and with very friendly service providers. We would recommend this property to others for sure.

Dolphy Dunes

A nice duplex in Ft Morgan. The Beach was lovely. The unit is right next to the pool which was convenient but there were teenagers in it most nights until 11:30 p.m.There was really no check in. Prior to our arrival we were sent instructions with codes to gate and the duplex. The kitchen was well stocked. You are given 2 rolls of toilet paper, so you might want to bring some with you.Overall it was a pleasant stay.Kim

Enjoyed our stay

The house was nice and clean, just a minute or two from the beach. There’s a pool next door and that was perfect for the kids on the days that the waves were too big or unsafe for us to swim in at the ocean.

Great Experience!

The house was very clean and accessible,! In a great area within walking distance to the ocean and only a 3 minute drive to an amazingly fun restaurant. It was not too crowded and both pools and hot tubs were extremely nice as well! We will definitely be booking another a family vacation here!!

We’ve stayed here before. Love the location. The keypad took quite a bit of effort to lock anytime we left the duplex. You had to enter the code several times before it would lock.

We enjoyed this property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. That end of the neighborhood felt very quiet and private. It was wonderful being able to get both cars under cover. Having the pool right next-door was really awesome. The water was very clean and refreshing . It was a short walk to the beach, which was a beautiful beach. We recommend staying here.

Wonderful Thanksgiving beach trip

Great location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach. The beach is close and in walking distance. Shop before you arrive because it’s a trip down Morgan road. Property was fairly clean. I did have to clean the floors and the rugs and sofa pillows had dog hair on them. I will rent again.

Fall Break 2023

Really enjoyed our stay at Dolphy Dunes!! House is very spacious and suited our family well. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to cook a meal. Beach is just a short walk away and community pool is right next door. Only think more we could have asked for is maybe a couple more chairs on the deck, but besides that everything was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Our 7th Year in Fort Morgan

We had to stay in a different place than our usual house on PDL. Our booking was smooth. Reaching the property management company was not a problem. The listing needs to be updated. There’s no basketball hoop in the driveway. Boys brought balls and no hoop. We rented this particular “house” because it was right next to the neighborhood pool. Perfect for kids right? Until they close it for 4 days in the middle of summer. And NO ONE can tell you why. Talked to the PM company and they were supposed to call back. Never did. Two days go snd I call them. They still don’t know but will call back. They did and said it was being cleaned. We had to walk up the hill to use the Dunes Condos pool. Which wasn’t bad until everyone was piling into one pool. Was very frustrating. Don’t use the pool as an advertisement to lure potential renters if you have no control over maintenance of the pool. Check out went well. Place is clean. We will be back at our little piece of Heaven on PDL.

Family Vacation

We recently stayed at Dolphy Dunes West and it was perfect for our party of 8. Its a very short walking distance to the beach and there is drive up parking on a first come first serve basis. Even during the peak of summer we were able to get a parking spot right at the access bridge to the beach. We will definitely be back and recommend it!
