Maravilloso aireado, espacioso de 2 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños a solo 5 cuadras de la calle principal de Frisco. Bañera de hidromasaje privada al aire libre con vistas a la montaña. Cama Queen en Master con TV, queen en 2do dormitorio y baño completo en planta alta. Concepto abierto empapado de luz cocina totalmente equipada / sala de estar / comedor. Televisor de 55 pulgadas para ver el juego y sacar el sofá. Habitación adicional en el primer nivel con sección y espacio para un colchón de aire con medio baño. Enorme garaje para 2 autos más 2 lugares de estacionamiento en la calle. Gran patio en el frente con barbacoa. 15 minutos a Breckenridge, 30 minutos a Vail y 10 minutos a Copper Mountain, y 5 cuadras de Main St. hacen de este un lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones en el condado de Summit.

My two adult children and I had a delightful stay at this home. The property was just as described, the host was very communicative (generally responding within hours) and the location was convenient to town as well as nearby ski resorts. The three of us and our pooch will gladly stay here again should we have the chance.

Perfect family getaway!

We had the perfect family trip to Frisco this summer! Colleen and Brad are wonderful hosts, the condo was super comfortable, stocked with everything we needed (and more), and the location can't be beat. We are already looking forward to coming back next summer.

Wonderful home

The location is excellent. The townhome was wonderful and the place made us feel like home. The hosts were very friendly and answered any question I had. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Convenient to town and spacious property

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 plus our dog. The owner was very responsive to a small issue that came up. Their book of instructions and recommendations was very helpful as well. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Christmas ski holiday

Wonderful, dog friendly home that is blocks away from two great walking trails, Main St shopping and of course several world class ski resorts that have great parking availability. Would stay again for sure and live that fact that they have two stall garages to keep the cars warm and away from the snow!

A little piece of paradise in Frisco

Our stay was awesome! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, extremely well stocked with dishes, glasses, spices, condiments, paper products and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the hot tub. Frisco is a great town… close to skiing, excellent restaurants, charming downtown. Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

The place was fantastic. Ample space for two couples to stay. Everything was clean and modern. Colleen was a great host. The location was fantastic too. Lots of breweries and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

My son and I stayed three days on a tour of the surrounding ski areas. Colleen was wonderful to deal with. The property is excellent - clean, thoughtfully provisioned, and comfortable. Unlike many properties, which are clearly just investment properties, this serves as a second home for the owners. That makes a difference! Well done!

Great hub for outdoor adventure

Colleen’s property has many positive attributes! It’s beautifully remodeled with upgraded materials and nice, clean furnishings. It’s like a home-away-from-home to quickly access Summit Co. Colorado skiing, mountain biking, hiking, etc. For my small family, it was perfect!! Colleen as an owner

Great location and Attentative Owner

Very nice and comfortable space that has been recently updated and with new furniture. Colleen was a great host as she was in constant communication and the unit is very well stocked (including humidifiers in both bedrooms which is key to the dry winter nights). Very good location in Frisco - walking distance to the shops on Main Street and easy access to 70 and Hwy 9. Nice unit for family.

Amazing home and location

We absolutely loved staying in this meticulous home with the added bonus of a hot tub. The house was so spacious with 2 gathering areas and all the amenities we needed. It was incredible to be able to bring our Labrador and to relax after being out hiking and visiting our favorite area of Summmit county. Colleen was great at communicating. I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was!

Clean, cozy and convenient

Communication with Colleen was excellent. My husband and I stayed with our son and his wife. Worked well for 2 couples. We mostly ate in and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Garage was tight fit but so nice to have as it snowed a lot while we were there (drove a Toyota 4Runner). Didn’t use the hot tub. Nice washer and dryer. Comfy beds and nice hot shower. Would stay here again.

Above and Beyond Home Away From Home!

This location is amazing for so many reasons. This property is a short walk away from downtown and beautiful hiking/biking trails with fantastic views. We enjoyed a very short drive to great paddle boarding/kayak locations. There is so much to do in the surrounding area! We loved the layout and organization of this property. This is the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed at! There are so many great little touches in this fantastic property that helped us feel comfortable and at home! The communication from Colleen and Brad was great! We look forward to coming back to this above and beyond home away from home soon!

Should keep it a secret

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Location is excellent, the place itself is incredible, and the host is simply the best I’ve ever rented from. Traveling with dogs, we typically get locations that show some wear, maybe have seen better days. Not this condo. It’s very nice, comfy, and very well appointed. I hate giving this review as I’m worried this place will be harder to rent in the future. But seriously, if I could give more stars, I would.

Wonderful getaway, easy access to Epic resorts!

We had such a wonderful time in Frisco at their townhome. It was the perfect getaway, with easy walks to restaurants with our kids and dog around town, fun hikes walking distance away, as well as short drives to the Epic resorts nearby. The townhome had all of the luxuries of home and the beds were so amazing after active days!

Perfect Frisco Home!

Colleen & Brad's home was absolutely perfect! Great location, comfortable beds and furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub had incredible views and really hit the spot after a long day on the slopes. Colleen was also extremely helpful throughout the entire trip. We will be back!

Brad has been in Colorado 20 years while Colleen has called CO home since 2006. We are both from the Midwest but have always had an affinity for the mountains and strong desire to live here. This is not just a rental to us, its our second home, we are full time Denver residents but get to Frisco and the mountains as often as we can.

Because of the excellent location and our love of the mountain town of Frisco - where we met for the first time in January 2008. Frisco is a place near and dear to our heart.
