Casa Vista Colorado es de 15 minutos a Winter Park, Mary Jane, y las estaciones de esquí Granby Ranch. Este VRBO recientemente renovado ofrece vistas de 360 grados de las montañas, 9 habitaciones, 9. 5 baños que duermen 34 cómodamente (excepto 2 sofás extraíbles, 1 sofá que se configura para una cama, 1 futón, 1 cuna, 2 paquetes y juegos) , y 2 cunas infantiles). Esta es la propiedad perfecta para bodas, reuniones familiares, fiestas de caza y pesca, y reuniones de las empresas. We hosted an out of state family christmas here and it was a wonderful time. The location and surrounding mountains are absolutely beautiful and there is plenty of space for kids to wander explore and play. And plenty of TVs for those who dont. We had a few occasions where we needed to contact the hosts for questions or help and they were responsive immediately. Even sent someone to the property twice to help remedy something missing or broken. Overall had a wonderful time and would love to come back again

We had a group of 23, age range 1 to 75. We enjoyed all the space with plenty of room for all, with an extra bedroom to boot. We enjoyed exploring the grounds. It’s pretty rustic so we weren’t stressed about breaking anything. Response time for questions was good. Everyone agreed that it was the perfect place for our celebration. For the first time in a long time that the entire family could attend.

Great facility for large groups

We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation

Great Time with Large Church Group

This property was the perfect spot for our youth ski trip to stay. Plenty of space and entertainment for all. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

40th Wedding Anniversary Reunion

My husband and I invited all our immediate family to join us in this beautiful setting. We had our adult children, their spouses and a fiancé as well as, 6 grandchildren. The house was surprisingly cozy, even for people from Mississippi! The views all around were gorgeous. The property was safe and fun for the littles to tromp around in the snow. We also took advantage of the local ski resorts.

October Micro-Wedding

We loved this place! It was just the right amount of outdoor and indoor fun! The communication with the host was very quick which was helpful for planning our special day! They even let us drop by and see the place before so we could get an idea of how things would work. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something more intimate and fun for your special day!

What an amazing place for a family gathering to celebrate our elopement! It had EVERYTHING we needed. The huge outdoor table, fire pit, cozy place with beds for every body.

Huge Disappointment

Upon arrival a bathroom that supported two bedrooms was being re-tiled. Host claimed "just hanging new curtain rod" this repair job lasted until 8:00pm tile and sheetrock dust covered the bathroom and bedrooms. Host said it would be okay to use the shower even though the tile had just been laid and not grouted. This property is so overrated by the host and their posting on VRBO. The maintenance is unbelievable poor. multiple washers and dryers didn't work two dryers had socks and sheets left in them. Utility room looks like a fire hazard. Two toilets had urine left behind from either previous guest or maintenance workers. This property is not suitable for families.

Huge house

We were a multi generational family gathering. It was nice to all be together. Parents with napping children could play volleyball while children napped. Kitchen was big to accommodate all of us. It wasn’t fancy at all, but it accommodated all of us.

Good spot for a family reunion

House was good for a family reunion of ages 4-79. Lots of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed beautiful views and close proximity to Fraser, Granby, Snow Mountain Y Resort, Winter Park. Rural area provides quiet outside of busy resort areas. House is a bit rustic and quirky, but we enjoyed TVs in every room, pool table/shuffleboard, volleyball net, and massage chair! Kitchen could use some updating-as a bit awkward when preparing meals for our big bunch.

Staycation getaway

Casa Vista was the perfect staycation for my group. We loved the kitchen & grill! It was spacious and very well stocked which allowed us no limits to cook for every meal during our stay. All the amenities were wonderful. The massage chair was a favorite, the sauna and jacuzzi were relaxing, but hands down what made our stay was every night we’d end at the billiards table and singing karaoke. This was our first group staycation and definitely won’t be our last. Thanks to our set environment, it enhanced our experience.

1ST TIME IN COLORADO

Found this property for my family. Plenty of space for everyone. It snowed so we didn't get to enjoy outside of the house much. The indoor hot tub didn't work which would have been awesome but we utilized the one outdoors. Plenty of pots, pans, crickpots, utensils etc. There were some patching issues we saw that seemed like diy projects. The bathrooms in the 1st floor hallway was not the friendliest idea lol. Plenty of parking and everything was about 10 minutes from the house!Nothing really too bad except some of the furniture seened dated abd rustic.The highlight was the massage chair. IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!

Casa Vista Stay

My family and I recently stayed as part of a family reunion in CO. Our group was 24 people; half adults and half children. We were looking forward to our visit, but there were some issues with the house. The outdoor playground was held together by ratcheting straps, had gaps in the slide with exposed bolts and screws and swayed quite a bit with only 2 small children on it. We had to tell most of the kids they weren't allowed to play on it. Some of our kids also got splinters as the playground is fairly weathered. There is an upstairs game room with an arcade, a pool table and shuffleboard. Several pool table pockets are mostly detached, so all weekend long we heard pool balls clunking to the floor. The shuffleboard table also had holes in it, so when the kids played, sand would fall thru to the floor. For a house that says it can accommodate 30 people, we anticipated a large living room and a dining table to accommodate our group. Only 18 people could sit at the table, and that was with some rearranging. So for most meals, we were scattered between inside, outside and the living room.There were plenty of beds and sleeping space for all our guests and most rooms either had their own bathrooms, or one close by. I would not recommend this house to groups with young children. There was a large kitchen that we made work. Not a lot of prep space or food storage space. I think this house would be better suited for groups under 20 people.

Winter Wonderland

We stayed at the property for a family Thanksgiving getaway. We are all from Florida with one family member who lives in Colorado, and chose to all travel to Colorado to do Thanksgiving. Most of the family who attended have never seen snow, and we were fortunate enough to get roughly 2 feet of snow while we were there. We built a snowman and snow angels, snowball fights, etc. The check-in process was very simple. We were given a code to the keypad and we easily gained entry to the home. We did have a couple of issues with the heating at the home. The maintenance and homeowners came just about every day to fix that. The kitchen was equipped pretty well, and what they didn’t have we got from the store easily as it was only 10 minutes away. Location of the home was perfect. It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere yet, only a few minutes from everything you needed. The property was private with a lot of space, tables/seating, grills, and a fabulous fire pit. The property amenities were perfect to keep everyone entertained. I would say my biggest complaint is the beds were very hard, and the home was not very clean. When I arrived, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dishes that were put away were not properly cleaned either. The floors and counters were not clean, and some of the bedding had reddish, brownish stains on them. Overall, if I had a large party, like I did this time, 15 in total, I would absolutely stay here again. Great price, location & amenities.

Frankenstein's Cabin

It took me some time to recover from this stay, which is why I waited to review. Our team of 15 people booked this space for a company retreat. The troubles started right at the beginning. Shortly before our planned stay, we were notified that the space was free the day before our booking and if we wanted to come early we would get a discount. We were not able to do this, but upon arrival we were greeted by a maintenance person who stated he had to make some repairs to the space, while we were there. Why not take care of this prior to our stay, since the space was free? The repairs were extensive. He had to fix two hot tubs, the boiler and a bed that was completely torn down to the floor. He was there for hours, to which we finally asked him to leave and we would not use the broken bed. The rest of the house was just as disheveled. There was not one ice machine in the many refrigerators. The stand alone ice machine was also broken. The maintenance man had to come back again to deliver two more ice machines. Two of the 3 dishwashers did not work. There was no wood for the fireplace. We were told to purchase our own. The kitchen lacked any type of cooking gear fit for a crowd larger than 4. This place slept 26 people, but we didnt have a pan that fit more than 4 pieces of meat. The double oven stopped working mid cooking on the second night. All in all, this house needs major updates. I cannot see how it has received any positive reviews.

Our home sleeps 34 comfortably as well as a few extra between pull-out sofas and additional sofas located in our meditation & reading rooms. We have an indoor sauna and hot tub for relaxing after a day at the mountain. There is an ensuite bedroom with a full kitchen and separate entrance. Additionally, there are 9.5 bathrooms 8 of which are located in many of the bedrooms. We offer an array of amenities including, volleyball, horseshoes, bonfires, and childcare accessories. Our home offers laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen that would please any chef.
