From every window, you'll enjoy sweeping views of the Pole Creek Golf Course, the Fraser Valley, and the Continental Divide. Whether it's summer rounds on the 27-hole course, or winter adventures at Winter Park Resort, this home is perfectly positioned for every season of the year.

Step inside to soaring vaulted timber ceilings, hardwood floors, and designer Western furnishings that combine rustic charm with modern luxury. The main living area features a stone fireplace, a flat screen TV, comfy seating options, and sweeping windows that frame the golf course and the mountaintops beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, large island with tons of counter space, and all the amenities. The dining table seats up to 10 with additional seating for six more in the breakfast nook. For some fresh air, step out onto the outdoor deck where you'll find the gas grill and seating options for dining al fresco. Head down the stairs and find the private bubbling hot tub and head just a few more steps down the pathway to the built-in secluded gas fire pit. When you're ready for some indoor fun, head to the lower level lounge and game room to play a round of pool, a competitive game of cards, or simply sink into the plush furnishings for a relaxing movie night.

Ready to rest easy? The main level Primary King Suite features a flat screen TV, hotel-style luxury linens, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a large stand up shower. Also on this level, find the Second King Suite boasting golf course views, a full walk-in closet, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a stand up shower. Head up the stairs and find the Queen Suite with a cozy reading nook and an attached ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Down the hall on the upper level find a dedicated office space for remote work across from the Third King Suite. The Third King Suite features impressive timber vaulted ceilings, hotel-style luxury linens, and a private balcony. The attached ensuite bathroom boasts luxe finishes, dual vanities, and a soaking tub. The lower level hosts a Queen Suite with two Queen beds and an attached ensuite bathroom.
