La Unidad 111, que llamamos "Breakers Dozen", es una de las propiedades de primera línea de playa en la costa de Oregon

La suite oceanside contiene una cama Queen Murphy con un colchón Tempur-Pedic que se pliega para darle más espacio. Un televisor grande de 42 pulgadas está montado contra la pared, conectado a un reproductor de Blu-ray. Debajo de la televisión hay una acogedora chimenea eléctrica, que le da a su área de estar un brillo cálido al anochecer, justo cuando está viendo la puesta de sol desde sus grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio de 8 pies.

La cocina de Breakers Dozen cuenta con encimeras remodeladas y electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay un lavaplatos, horno de gama, refrigerador mejorado y microondas. La nevera cuenta con una máquina de hielo y agua filtrada. Los propietarios brindan más utensilios de cocina de lo normal, y le brindan al artista culinario de su grupo herramientas más que suficientes para una fiesta elegante.

Fuera de las puertas corredizas de vidrio hay una escalera corta que se encuentra a 12 pasos de la arena. Tome seis sillas de playa de cortesía en el patio cubierto de hierba, donde puede ver a sus hijos construir castillos de arena a continuación, y busque las cabezas flotantes de las focas del puerto en las olas poco profundas más allá. Camine hacia el norte 10 minutos a algunas piscinas naturales de marea. Camina hacia el sur y vadea en el río D, el río más corto del mundo.

Un piso similar a la madera dura lo lleva desde la suite del océano hasta un dormitorio principal, donde encontrará una cama King con un colchón Tempur-Pedic, además de otro televisor de 40 pulgadas y un segundo baño completo. Un conjunto de puertas entre el dormitorio y la suite frente al mar se cierra y se cierra por ambos lados, ofreciendo privacidad a cada ��rea para dormir.

Breakers Dozen se encuentra en uno de los lugares más convenientes del Sea Gypsy. No hay ESCALERAS a este condominio en la planta baja, que está a unos 30 pies de la entrada de la piscina cubierta climatizada y sauna del Sea Gypsy. Una parrilla de gas al aire libre y una máquina expendedora están justo afuera de la puerta trasera de la 111, también.

Good location

Beautiful view and location however should be added spatula and a sharper knife for cooking breakfast foods. Appreciate housekeeping team for maintaining the property.

Easy access to the beach

We got a first floor room and the beach access was right on our back yard. No need to walk 5-10 mins to the beach. Plenty of room for family of 6. Two bathrooms was a plus. The place was clean and plenty of kitchen appliances.

Met all our needs, great location

Could have been cleaned better, bedding could use some improvements, the screen door doesn’t lock which was a safety issue for our little ones. But the location is unbeatable, great beach access and the kids loved the pool.

Great Location

The location is perfect and ocean front with a patio was lovely. The unit however was not clean - upon arrival I took my shoes off at the door and walked barefoot into the property to put my things on the kitchen counter - the floors throughout the unit were covered in a thin layer of sand. Under the pull out sofa bed the floors visibly hadn't been cleaned in some time (build up of sand/dirt and wrappers), the coffee pot and stove were not clean. The units maintenance and finish work are very poor, it is a Motel 6 quality with new flooring. The paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) are Dollar Tree quality (paper thin). The walls are paper thin too, you can hear everything all neighbors around you are doing and every coming and going outside. The price was nice, the location again was great, oceanfront is a huge plus, the finer details and finishes are not their strong suit.

Ocean Beach in Winter !

First , OVERALL WE ENJOYED OURSELVES !!! The facility could use a little upgrading , but nothing too outstanding. We 3 are senoir citizens that wanted to have a little private beach entertaining , watching the waves , people walking on the sands , dogs having a great time , ordering take out, still having some control of who and where we interacted ( the virus , you know ) , anyway it was a good visit and give this a 2 thumbs up ! Oh yeah , re-oil the cast iron skillet after use , for the next guest too use , with out sticking !!!! Thanks bye-bye

I enjoyed my stay there. Great location,lots of extras in room. There seamed to be a lot of wall hangings and figurines in the cupboards in various places. I only have one complaint and it's the fact that I chose that room specifically for the beach access right in front of the door like the description says and shows with the pictures but upon arrival it was disappointing to find out it was blocked off due to damage. Maybe you could change or update the room description for future guests. Thanks

Only two dinette chairs, we had four people so two had to sit on taller stools..the table needs attention as we put up the two wings for dinner and they were not level We swept two or three times a day, but would have likes wet swifter sheets as the floor got dirty and our feet were dirty and then our sheets were messy. Love the view and sounds. We are sad there were no chairs on the property for outside wave watching.

What can you say other than the sea Gypsy is the best place to stay on the Oregon coast. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Sea Gypsy and love it.

Relaxing convenient

Great location for the beach, D river and tidal pools. I marked a 4/5 cleanliness because there was a bit of food on the stove top but everywhere else was super clean. Amazed that there was no sand in the apartment. From the pictures it looks like you can walk directly out from the condo on to the beach, but you can’t because those stairs are broken. You just have to walk down to the edges. Not a big deal but I had hoped that I could have let my kids go play while I watched from inside. Overall great location, good communication, comfy and everything worked well. In the future I might pick an upstairs unit as I didn’t take into consideration that you can’t keep your shades open since people walk by.

Best Place to Stay in Lincoln City

We love the Sea Gypsy! We come back every year. The location cannot be beat. Just a few steps to the beach and D river. Of all the units we have stayed in, I think 111 Breakers Dozen might just be our favorite. We love being on the bottom level. It is so close to the pool and laundry. It also has the steps to the beach right outside the sliding doors (although it was a bit of a letdown to see that they were broken and closed off so we had to walk a little further to get down to the beach). We also really loved all of the sleeping spaces and no carpet!! Having 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen for this family of 6 was perfect. The living room TV remote wasn't working so we were only able to watch the channel it was previously on. Luckily that was Shark Fest! We really got lucky with the weather. Perfect every day. During our trip we visited the Wildlife Safari in Winston, the West Coast Game Park in Bandon, Sea Lion Caves, Newport Aquarium, went Whale watching in Depoe Bay, visited a lighthouse and rock beach, Devils Punchbowl, tidepool exploring, and of course spent lots of time on the beach and swimming in the pool. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great place- some dishes put away dirty by others, not property’s fault! Loud whistle noise at pool

Nice property, good beds, will come again, please fix the loud whistle noise at the pool as it was irritating to hear it when leaving the property to go to the pool or to the beach. Did not disturb while in room though!

We had an amazing time at the Sea Gypsy! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. And the location can’t be better. We watched the sunset from outside the room. Gorgeous!

Great Stay!

Over all the stay was great. The condo had everything we needed. I will say there were a few things we missed. The hall bathroom didn't have a spot for a hand towel or a spot for the toilet paper besides the counter. The main door was a struggle to open and close along with the back door needed some grease to get it moving I think. There were a few items for my taste I would upgrade. 1) hall bathroom needs a round curtain rod. 2) smart tv so there was a little more that we could watch. Like I said overall it was a wonder place to stay for a few nights and the ocean view was really nice!

Love it here

I've been coming to the sea gyspy since the 80's. It's a great location and the improvements since the motel was sold as condos has made it a great place to continue to stay. We couldn't find our pool key but we were let it by somebody already in there. Can't beat it.

Thanksgiving Room 111

We had a great time. We appreciated not having to go up and down the stairs. Beds were very comfortable. We did leave a note. The can opener did not work. It seemed to be stripped. One light above counter burned out. Just FYI for you. Choice of drinkware was less then desireable. Two wine glasses and a large martini glass was all there was. Drinking wine out of a water glass was not to great. We ate at The Side Door Cafe. Highly recommended this place. Thank you Chris Wadsworth

Breakers Dozen

The place was very clean. Kids had space to run around, and we didn't receive any complaints for kids being kids so that was wonderful. Steps to the beach was also nice, tho our room advertised that there were stairs right outside the door but that is not the case. The patio door was EXTREMELY hard to open and shut and the screen door kept falling off. The master bed was absolutely horrible to sleep on as it felt like you were sleeping in the floor, the bed was that hard. If we stay again we'll be choosing a different unit.

Good times

Had a wonderful stay, the views are spectacular, the beach being steps away is great and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool being open! Will definitely come back again the only wish I have for Sea Gypsy is that they get a jacuzzi/hot tub. Like maybe they can build up that little corner in the swimming pool and put hotter water in there 😁

No. 111 "Breakers Dozen" is a deluxe ground-floor condo among our top renters. It includes an electric fireplace, Tempur-pedic mattresses on a queen Murphy bed and king bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen has completely been remodeled.
