Como dice Jimmy Buffett, “Cambios en las latitudes, cambios en las actitudes”. Nunca se ha dicho algo más cierto. Si es el momento de alejarse del estrés de la ciudad o la familia solo necesita unas vacaciones, ¡entonces planee su curso a la playa!

¿Cuándo fue la última vez que tomaste un vaso de vino mientras escuchabas el choque de las olas? ¿Recuerdas cómo es tener los dedos de los pies en la arena? ¿Cuánto tiempo ha pasado desde que la familia se reunió para jugar mientras observaba a las criaturas marinas? ¿Es hora de una nueva tradición familiar o el fin de semana de un amigo? ¡Parece que es hora de un peque��o ajuste de latitud!

Nuestro condominio duerme 4 cómodamente con 2 camas queen y tiene 2 baños completos para compartir. Para esos momentos en los que simplemente no tienes ganas de salir a comer, tenemos una cocina completamente equipada con horno, estufa, microondas y refrigerador. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con cable gratuito y conexión inalámbrica a internet. También durante su estadía, tendrá acceso ilimitado y gratuito a la piscina cubierta climatizada y a la sauna.

Con las magníficas vistas del 3er piso del Océano Pacífico y las millas de playa de arena para pasear, comienza un nuevo viaje al reservar hoy. ¡Bienvenido a tu Latitude Adjustment!

Always a good day to be at the beach.

We had stayed in one of Troy's Condos last year and were again pleased to find a thoughtfully updated space with great bed and all necessary amenities. We love the unobstructed ocean view and the sound rolling in the slightly open windows. Another great stay! Thanks!

Glorious adventure

The condo felt like home...very comfortable..the views were spectacular. Couldn't find or think of a better way to spend our 50th wedding anniversary.. mother nature didn't disappoint.. seals,whales, beautiful sunrises and sunsets.sand and shells. So sad we have to leave.. We will be back.. 🙂

Love the view

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The bed was vert comfortable . Luckily it didn’t get very cold because the heater and electric fireplace were not working. The view was Awesome and would have been enjoyed even more with maybe 2 swivel glider chairs to relax in.

Sea Gypsy - 320 Latitude

This is a popular destination for stays in a beach-front condo in a central Lincoln City location. There are many units in this three-story complex. My condo was on the top floor. Great view of the beach and the ocean. The descriptions and photos are accurate. The furnishings, kitchen and two baths were very clean.

Wonderful Condo

Had a wonderful stay at Latitude Adjustment! The condo was just as advertised and had an amazing view of the ocean. I really enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The staff at Sea Gypsy was also very helpful with any questions I had. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Perfect beachfront location

This was the perfect location. Right on the beach and the condo is just as the pictures show with all the basics to be able to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was an added bonus on rainy days. Wish it was heated though. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

Short Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness, and accommodations of the condo! The couch was amazingly comfortable and the location could not be beat - right on the beach with an amazing restaurant right next door, easily walkable. The only difficulty we had was the latch on the door would get stuck so we thought we were locked out for a minute. Otherwise, could not have asked for better for the price!

Great clean place to stay.

We totally loved our stay but feel really quilty about the wet spot of the coffee table from a sweaty cup. We are so hoping it went away when it dried properly.

Perfect Weekend

We loved our stay in Latitude Adjustment. We had a great view of the ocean and the kite festival. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and hanging out. The kids loved swimming in the pool and flying kites on the beach. We'll definitely come stay again!

Great location!

It was great. We did have issues with the heat in the living room. It didn’t work. The fireplace also didn’t work, but we loved it besides those 2 issues.

Needs some Adjustments

The heat didn't work in the beach side of the condo. The wall thermostat would click on, but the vent never blew air. Even the little fireplace had no heat - it would blow cool air even on the two heat settings. The recliners in the sofa are both broken; the one nearest the window opened, but it was nearly impossible to close it again due to a bent frame. Finally, and probably easiest to fix, are the bedroom issues. The pillows were awful; they were very lumpy, but somehow still too soft to provide support. Also, the top sheet was way too short. Once I got into bed it didn't even come up to my shoulder! It felt like someone put a queen sized top sheet on the king sized bed sideways, so it reached across the bed okay but didn't make it anywhere near the pillows. The best thing I can say about our stay in Latitude Adjustment is that it adjusted our perspective on our own latitude: I'm not sure it has ever felt so good to get home.
