Hermosa recién amueblada y renovada, 3er piso Unidad en Casa Colonial. Recién pintado con pisos nuevos en dormitorio principal. A poca distancia a pie de la playa, Manatee Park, rampas para botes y excelentes restaurantes. Condo piscina, bonitas vistas, facil aparcamiento. A solo 30 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Orlando. A 40 minutos de los parques temáticos y de diversiones (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World y más). Ideal para alojamiento corporativo / de negocios, vacaciones o relajación en invierno. No se permite fumar dentro o alrededor del edificio, o en el Condominio, lugares designados para fumar disponibles afuera. Sillas de playa y toallas de playa están disponibles.

what a great property. The communication with the owner was perfect. Well maintained and well stocked. Cute decor and very spacious. Would be great for 2 couples to stay for a vacation. I really appreciated the quick response from the owner with any question I had.

vacation stay

Great place for price. Loved the location very close to everything. We loved the beach, space center, Wizard of Oz museum and the great food choices on the beach. Cocoa beach and Cape Canaveral is an great area to visit. Condo was perfect for us one complaint was the pool was not heated so very cold. Kids didn't mind.

Amazing Property, Location, and Host

Donna is the nicest, most accommodating, and most communicative host I’ve ever had. I stayed here for 11 weeks and the property has everything you’ll ever need to cook, clean, relax, and go to the beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Do not hesitate—book this property! :D

Cape Canaveral Condo

I enjoyed my stay very much! The owner, Donna was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I loved the swimming pool. However, I wish it was open until dusk as I was told. Several times, it was closed earlier. The cost of the condo was very reasonable, considering it has 2 bedrooms. The decor was wonderful and Donna provided many extras such as a blender, crock pot, toaster oven and beach towels, beach chairs and a cart. I highly recommend staying here!

Cape Canaveral stay

The condo was decorated by the owner Donna with pictures and artwork of Pelicans, palm trees and ocean themes. The bed was very comfortable. I am glad she added a table and chairs which we moved to the kitchen area. (Donna said it was fine to do so). The pool was not heated, but as the weather got warmer, it felt very refreshing. Hardly anyone used it while I was here (February-May). I had it to myself, most of the time. Since I enjoy doing water aerobics and laps, this was great! The location was great! It is near Manatee Park, the Banana River, NASA, the ocean, and many local stores restaurants, and gas stations. The ice cream shop is within walking distance and very tempting! The only drawbacks were the number of cockroaches I saw in the kitchen. The condo was treated inside and outside for "critters," but I still saw many. I guess this is part of Florida life. I am from Michigan so not used to them. Also, the ROKU tv station did not work well in the living room. I was unable to watch current news, programs or sports. The channels were streaming and many were unavailable or delayed. The daily rate was reasonable when renting it for a month or longer. With the taxes, cleaning fees and other fees, it was more than I planned to pay, but still fairly reasonable. After buying groceries, I did not like it having to carry themup to the third floor. But, Donna did provide a cart, which was handy. And she also provides towels, several additional small appliances (blender, toaster oven, crock pot) etc. which is great! She also provides beach towels and chairs for her guests to use. Anytime I had a ? or issue, she was quick to respond and helpful. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. I would rent it again!

Easiest check in/check out ever!

Donna is so sweet. I stayed at this property for 4 months for work and she was always very helpful and kind when I needed anything. I will say that a lot of the kitchenware is rusted and the dishes were not clean - that could definitely use an upgrade, but I just bought a couple of my own things at Target and made it work. They have someone come spray once a month for bugs, but we experienced having a lot of little bugs and a couple roaches during our 4 month stay… but I think you’ll get that anywhere around the coast. Overall a great experience and a really great deal for the long term stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Donna was very communicative and helpful. The condo was cutely decorated and furnished with pretty much everything you’d need for an extended stay.

Perfect while visiting Kennedy Space Center

It’s a lovely property with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, laundry room conveniently located in the hallway and such a wonderful host!! The host greeted us with an already cooled off apartment, which was really nice as it was very hot and humid. We had no problem staying cool and comfortable during our stay. It was close to beaches, grocery stores and many restaurant options. We would love to be able to come back and stay another visit!

Vacation

The pool area wasn't very clean. There were 5 bees nest around the pool. Which made it unusable. The hallways were dirty. The condo was average. The outside around the building was dirty. And had trash around it.

Cute and quiet

When I was shopping for a rental, I considered our proximity to Kennedy Space Center first. Our oldest granddaughter was attending space camp. 2 roundtrips daily. 15-20 minutes with weather conditions. Younger one wanted pool and beach. We did have to drive to beach as main road is dangerous to cross. Price is very reasonable and condo is comfortably furnished. Appreciated how easy Donna is to communicate with. The new windows being installed soon will make a huge difference.

Was misled.

I expected it to be people vacationing to an apartment building. Therefore I met no one either coming or going. Also the many condos I have rented have had laundry in each unit. The water was shut off 4 times in one month. The owners were very nice and had supplied the essentials very well and I hope they can find places to purchase for their investments that are geared more for people who are temporarily looking for meeting new people from other parts of the country. Seems to be no activities near by for the older generation.

Great Place to stay for business and fun

I have stayed at this property numerous times over the last few months and I kept returning back to this place over and over because it is quiet, clean and has all the amenities of home. With many rentals, the furniture is not that great, but this furniture is comfortable and homey making it very relaxing atmosphere. This Property met all of the needs for stays and I would definitely make this part of my next trip to the space coast. Donna is very responsive and courteous owner who ensured my stays were perfect!

The Condo has a homey feel, and is Great for business travel and vacation travelers as it is close to the Airport and Kennedy Space Center. I am able to offer short term lease, which is not always easy to find in this area. Guests are permitted to use onsite parking with provided parking sticker.
