Amenities are poorly maintained. Condo smells moldy & musty, carpets should have been ripped out a long time ago. Bar stools are so disgusting with stain we wouldn’t dare sit in them. The chair in the master is mildewed and stained. The couch is multi colored so I’m sure it’s just as dingy as everything else so we put a sheet on it just to sit down, and it smells. The coffee table was filthy from people putting their feet on it, I cleaned it and it came off. The cleaning staff is just barely doing enough to check a box. I spent the first two hours of arrival cleaning. Washed everything in the kitchen before I would dare to use it, there was food stuck on things and the bottom drawer of the oven was repulsive where the sheet pans are kept. The chairs and table legs are loose. There’s so much junk in the closets it’s a shame. , and old junk that I’m sure no one will ever use in the kitchen. Blankets and pillows are stained & pillows are flat. The dryer is so old & needs to be replaced….it takes 3 full cycles before your clothes even dry. There should be screens on the patio doors so the ocean can be enjoyed.The only positive is the views, the access to the beach, the parking and access to everything in the area. This place needs to be thoroughly looked at and cleaned out! I was extremely disappointed in this stay…especially since this was our Christmas gift to get away and thought we were “treating” ourselves to a nice place.
