Beautiful beach vacation

We stayed here for a few days to visit the beach and the Kennedy Space Center. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and well stocked.It was a block away from the beach, an easy walk for our young kids. The on-site coin laundry was convenient, but we should have gotten quarters from the bank before it closed for the weekend!10/10 would stay again

Quaint, clean and quiet

What impressed me the most was all of the small things that the owners have thoughtfully placed on the property. Items such as nightlights, magnified makeup mirror, chip clips and many more. It is clean and nicely decorated.

Picture Perfect

My husband and I traveled to Cocoa Beach to visit family and were delighted with our stay. This place is a gem—a great location with easy access to the beach and local attractions. Nestled in a quiet complex, it feels very homey and is just as it appears in the listing. We walked to the beach to watch a rocket launch which was very cool. Though we didn’t take advantage because our weather was a bit cooler, the rental has many beach accessories available which would have made a day at the beach easy to enjoy. Also, the communication with property managers was easy as they were super responsive. Highly recommend!

Great / perfect vacation

The property was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The only downfall wasthe AC was broken, when we arrived. They had room ac units. They fixed the issue and took the room units. It did not disrupte us at all, but no communication on the issue or when they entered the unit
