Great location to be just close enough to all the activities, yet far enough out of all the traffic to feel like a local. This property has spectacular views of the sunrises and sunsets! Quite neighbors and very easy access to anything you may possibly need while out of town.The property could definitely use a little bit more of TLC on cosmetic items, but the functionality of the entire play was above a 5 star!

We had a great first time in Pensacola. The beach was a short 10-15 min drive and the kids loved their own pool.

This house is amazing, everything I wanted and more. The view is incredible and our host Amber was absolutely lovely. Super easy check-in, everything was beautiful and the beds are super comfy. A fantastic place to stay! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation to Florida! This house was amazing!! We had a group of 5 and this was the perfect place. The fishing was great! The fishermen in our group caught an abundance of different fish. We loved the views of the water and the pool and spa. We hope to return again. Hickory, NC

Convenient location with stunning views. We really enjoyed the addition of televisions in the smaller bedrooms and the automatic lounge sofas. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking and serving. The pool is sparkling clean, as is the entire home. Wonderful laundry room with large washer, dryer, and a built in ironing board. Perfect for six adults. We are planning on returning very soon.

Beautiful home on the bay with pool and hot tub

Very quiet neighborhood. Most beautiful view I’ve seen ! Home is very spacious and provides everything you need to have a relaxing stay ! Food delivery is great and a grocery store very close by ! We had a great time fishing in the backyard! We caught red fish and catfish and blue crab !!! We even saw dolphins!! Very peaceful and friendly neighbors! Thank you !

Beautiful View

This house had an amazing view of the sound! We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset each day. The Blue Angels flew over one night also. My husband and son loved fishing on sea wall and caught several. We saw dolphins and a sea turtle. Only thing that would make property better would be a dock and way to get kayaks in water. My grandkids loved the pool! House was as advertised and Amber was great! She checked on us several times and we were able to check in early which really helped with two toddlers! Thanks for sharing paradise with us!

Things went wrong TV and hot in. We called Amber and she came right over and took care of TV. Amber is what made our stay she was always answering any questions that I had. The only thing that wasn’t fixed was the hot tub.

Beautiful home and AMAZING VIEW

Other than the issues with the locks on the sliding doors, everything was amazing! Lisa and Mr. Farry were quick to walk us through on how to maneuver the doors, but the locks definitely need to be updated. Pool tiles are cracking and it could use a handheld skimmer for the pool, but that’s minor. The House was wonderful!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook from pots and pans to spices!! The view....absolutely breathtaking! If we could have extended our stay, we would have!! We got to fish from the dock, watched dolphins and birds in the water, just an absolute dream vacation!! We will be booking again soon, that’s for sure!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Gorgeous views on the Bay

Pictures do not do the view justice!We loved staying in this spacious home with the most amazing views of sunsets and sunrises on Pensacola Bay. Dolphins came by everyday and you could literally spend all day looking at the water. The kids had their own "living room space" to hang out while the adults visited with each other in the kitchen/living room although there was space for all in the main living area. The house was clean and well equipped with cookware, spices, and well thought out information about the area. You can really tell that the owners love their home and love sharing it. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions I had.The house is located within a short drive to Pensacola and Pensacola Beach with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We would love to return and highly recommend this wonderful home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood

Bay front and beautiful!!

This property was amazing! The outdoor space makes it! Bay front, outdoor pool and spa gave us day and night entertainment. The kids loved all access to the pool, day or night. The sunrise and sunsets were both easily visible over the water and were stunning. The living area was nice and comfy. The kitchen was super well equipped with even a slow cooker and rice cooker. The outdoor grill was wonderful for easy burgers and even grilled seafood. The grill utensils could’ve been better, but the excellent grill made up for it. The formal living room was a great sitting area to read a book. The formal dining area wasn’t kid friendly with all the breakable decor things so we didn’t utilize it. The breakfast table was good to fit everyone together but the glass wasn’t attached to the base so it was a hazard. The guest rooms were good but a little cramped. Ohhhh but the master….. overlooking the pool with huge sliders, a great comfy bed, smart tv with easy sign on to our streaming services, the master bath was HUGE with a window in the zero entry shower overlooking the water. Just so relaxing. This was a great property! Other than a few cosmetic things and in need of updating a few things, this place was perfect!! We’ll definitely be back!! Thanks for having us!!

This is the vacation home of your dreams.

This house is the vacation home of your dreams. Starting with the stunning backyard setting, hot tub, and pool directly overlooking the water. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is spacious. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and television in all bedrooms. Every bed in this house is comfortable. My husband and I personally loved the master bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom were gigantic and stylish. We slept better than in our own bed. The air conditioning works excellent. This beautiful home has a spacious and elegant kitchen with a kitchen island, bar, and dining area. I need to say that the photos don't do this wonderful home enough justice. This house is more beautiful in person. The price for renting it is worth it and by far. I can not finish explaining with words how divine this house is, and how in love we are with this vacation home. We have visited different areas of Florida, but we had never visited Pensacola. The beaches there are beautiful and clean, and thanks to this rental house, we had wonderful family moments. My 3 children want to come back and rent this house again. Now I have to mention Amber. She is a very attentive, polite, and extremely careful person. Amber is aware of any need. She is the best host. A mention that I do not want to miss is if you like to fish. This is the best place to do it. My husband is an inveterate fisherman. He cast the rod and fished every day. His best catch was a 4lb red drum fish.

This is an amazing property. Perfect location to get away! You can easily spend your time sitting or swimming while soaking up the views . Amber is a really great communicator, and is prompt and fun to work with. Great ocation. Nice neighborhood. Amazing property.

Family Reunion

Great property! The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Pool was clean and enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful, loved the dolphins with our morning coffee! The nicest touch was the travel size toiletries left for us. Amber was wonderful and responded quickly to all the silly questions we had. (We found the hidden trash barrel after a few minutes!) A little piece of heaven!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The house is not only clean but had everything we needed. the view from the deck is breathtaking. Grocery and restaurants are nearby. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 4. Some difficulties with power to the hot tub and access to control the thermostat in the house but after making phone calls, all was made right for us.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful View, Wonderful Trip!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The home is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. We enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunrises and going to bed with beautiful sunsets.
