The house was great and clean. The pool is so nice and our childreen love the gameroom. The beach is only a 5 min drive away and there is an awesome icecream shop at the end of the street in walking distance.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house was very clean and thoughtfully well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the fabulous heated, screened-in pool. Swimming was a delight—perfectly warm, completely free of insects and debris, and such a relaxing spot to spend our days and nights. The game room was lots of fun as well. The property manager was responsive and a delight to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our time. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

We booked for 7 days and ended up staying an extra night because we just didn’t want to leave! This is the first vacation rental in a long time where there wasnt some sort of issue but everything was absolutely perfect. Communication was fast and friendly from before we even booked to the time we checked out. I was hesitant to book somewhere that wasn’t on the beach like we usually do but ended up loving this location even more and it’s only a few minutes to the sand. Close to so many restaurants and beach access points. We enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop at night and TC’s for dinner a couple of times. The home is bigger than it looks in the photos and was spotless. The mattresses are incredible and every member of our party is looking into buying them. The highlight of the trip was the pool with the lights, TV and speakers. They even have some fun pool toys. We did leave more for others to enjoy! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need, including Tupperware which was very nice to have. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

What a wonderful home away from home! This house was its own little paradise for us. It is 100% handicap accessible for a wheel chair first off, which we were t sure it would be since our unfortunate turn of 4th of July events prior to coming left me wheelchair bound. Everything has been so well maintained in the house it was refreshing to see that. The host is the most amazing host I’ve encountered using Vrbo. She made accommodations where she could to help us make this vacay possible. Always available and always pleasant whenever we needed to reach out. The beds, hands down were soo comfortable and everything highlighted in features, works! Yummy mcfrapés at their in house coffee bar, Bluetooth speakers outside at the pool had us all singing along with our favorite songs, and everything in the game room, minus the hockey table, kept all the kids entertained and outta the parents hair so we could kick back and enjoy too! ( the air hockey puck was damaged before our stay). Everything we could’ve needed kitchen and utensil wise, was all there which made cooking a dream! The pool enclosure made outdoors ideal not having to worry about unwanted insects and critters Wont be our last time we stay at Toes in the Sand! Thank you

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

The property was even better than pics can show The beach was just over the bridge and only took a short drive. We were there on the 4th of July so one day traffic was BAD…took 2 hours or more to drive 5 miles EVEN WITH THAT OUR STAY WAS PERFECT!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOME!!!

Comfortable Stay Close To The Beach

My family and I have stayed twice at this location. The location relative to the beach is great, just a few minutes drive. The pool and game room are great additions to the house to allow everyone something to do. The large couch is especially comfortable for family movie night.

Trust me - BOOK this home!

Cannot express enough how much we loved this home for our vacation! We opted to no condo this year, but wanted to find something close to the beach. Not only was this home in a quiet location and a simple 5 minute drive to the beach, but also a short drive to restaurants, ice cream shops, gas station, grocery store, etc. We absolutely LOVED the patio area with pool! This home will definitely be our go to for our next vacation!

Words can't do it justice, we can't wait to go back!

Toes in the Sand was so much better than we could have imagined. From booking onward the hosts were helpful and great at communicating to make our stay easy and comfortable. Upon arrival, the house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. The hosts also provided snacks and a coffee bar to greet us after the long drive. The house was ideal for allowing us to hang out, play games, share meals, and make memories, while also providing enough space for people to get alone time whenever needed. Everyone enjoyed the game room too. The outdoor seating, pool deck, and yard were lovely to hang out in any time of day. It was also a great place to watch area fireworks from.The location is convenient to so many fun things. We walked to eat, shop, and explore. Our family loved The Twist ice cream shop especially. My husband and I walked to the parks by the bay a couple times too. Navarre Beach is a quick drive over the bay, and even with cooler temps, it was perfect. We went beach exploring every day (except check out and check in ones) and were awestruck every time. We also had the dreamy deep bath tub and relaxing river rock big shower waiting for us when we got back :)Toes in the Sand is truly a blessing. You can tell the owners care about the space and their guests, while also respecting our privacy. I will recommend it to friends and family, and visit again!

Wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying here and it was a great trip once again. The house has everything you would need. The pool is wonderful! It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. The host is quick to reply if you have a question. We will be staying here again soon!

Relaxing place to Get Away

My mom and I had such an amazing stay! This is our second time staying in Anna’s property and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! It’s close to the beach, shopping, and the more touristy things but still in a nice, peaceful area. It was so nice to go out and enjoy the beach but have somewhere relaxing to return to. The house has everything you could need! We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside on the patio. The house is clean,well kept, and nicely decorated. Anna is an excellent host and responds quickly to any and all concerns.

An awesome stay at Toes in the sand! ❤️🤗

Me and my family spent the weekend at this Gorgeous property and let me tell ya the pictures didn’t do it any justice! This house was beyond our expectations to say the least. The community was nice and peaceful and was in walking distance to beautiful Navarre beach! This property is very spacious and was clean from top to bottom and equipped with all the amenities my family needed for an awesome vacation! Our lovely host Anna was very accommodating to our questions and needs and put the icing on the cake of a wonderful weekend at the beach! Me and my family will definitely be coming back to toes in the sand! ❤️

Awesome Vacation Rental

Summer family trip

The house was just what we needed for our family of five. It “ checked all the boxes”. The pool was great after spending a few hours at Navarre beach, or even Pensacola Beach. The game room gave us enjoyable family time in the evenings. The house was nicely decorated, it had all of the essentials for making yourself “ feel at home”. ( BBQ grill, cooking utensils, pans, etc..) There were plenty of food options close by: especially the almost daily trip to the local ice cream shop. 🍦🍦 The proximity to Navarre beach was great. Easy access and we had beautiful weather. Thank you Anna and Larry!

Great Place!

The host is great with communication. She let me know everything I needed to know. Anytime I messaged and asked a question she answered right away! The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was beautiful and felt great. We would love to stay again in the future!

Great pool property near the beach

Our group had a fantastic stay at this property. When we arrived, the house was prestine and well stocked with useful appliances and cookware. The pool and amenities outside were a delight. Multiple of our group enjoyed the pool table in the gaming room. The couch and beds were comfortable. The beach was just a few minutes drive away, and we were able to go everyday. The host was very communicative and respectful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book it again.

My husband and I currently live full time in the Blue Ridge Mountains but hope to make Navarre our permanent home in the next few months. Our kids are grown, our son is retired USCG and our daughter enjoys her career as a licensed insurance agent. We found Navarre about 7 years ago and fell in love with it. Hosting just seemed to be the next step so that others could enjoy what we do.

"Toes in the Sand" is the perfect location for everything. With a short hop to the beach, The Twist Ice Cream and TC's Front Porch at the corner and less than a mile from Winn Dixie Grocery/Liquor Store plaza....it's VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED. Only 30 minutes to Destin or Pensacola. While laying in the pool, keep an eye on the sky...you'll see Americas finest flying overhead in Apache helicopters, fighter jets and AC130 bombers. You may even get a glimpse of the Blue Angels buzzing the house.
