Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Milorad sehr genossen. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für vier Personen. Das Beste ist die Terrasse mit einer atemberaubenden Sicht auf die Bucht und die Berge. Den Pool haben wir leider nur einmal genutzt, weil das Wasser doch schon etwas zu kalt war im Oktober. Milorad hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Am Ende gab es noch einen riesigen Beutel mit Kiwis aus dem Garten.

Tolle Unterkunft und Host

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt bei Milorad und Lydia! Das Haus ist toll, die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick in die Bucht. Das Beste: Es gibt einen neuen, großen Pool im Garten, den wir täglich ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber. Ausreichend Stauraum und alles notwendige Küchenequipment sind vorhanden. Milorad und Lydia sind super Gastgeber, haben immer einen Tipp parat und lassen den Gästen allen Freiraum. Auf dem Grundstück leben Schildkröten und Katzen, das war wirklich süß.Das Grundstück liegt super ruhig oberhalb von Herceg Novi am Berg, Die Straße hinauf ist sehr eng und insbesondere bei Gegenverkehr sehr herausfordernd, aber es lohnt sich! Wer nichts gegen Laufen hat, ist in 20 min zu Fuß unten in der Altstadt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a fantastic week with Milo and Lydija in their lovely appartment in the second floor. The apartment has a large terrasse, and because of the apartments position above the town (20min walk) there was a fantastic view over the bay of Kotor. The landlords are really hospitable and open-minded people, and we got very good advices what to visit and great support with our BBQ. Our kids loved the cats and turtles in the garden. In total, we felt extremely welcome, and recommend it to anyone.

It's a top floor flat with a great outdoor terrace

We had a pleasant stay here (family of three), but it was not as expected. Positives: 1. Sun-bathed terrace with stunning view across the bay. Generally extremely quiet after 9pm (lots of dog and children noise before). 2. Location close to old town with a small supermarket halfway down. 3. Kitchen has everything needed to self-cater (though no microwave). 4. Parking outside off main road. 5. Host friendly and responsive. Caveats: 1. Titled a “house”, you have only the top floor to yourself. Host lived on the ground floor with other residents in the middle. 2. You have access to ground floor terrace, garden area and small dipping pool. We were told there were no other guests during our stay. Not guaranteed, just lucky. Hosts kept inside, but the pool area felt overlooked by the rest of the house, and we did not feel comfortable to sunbathe. 3. The interior décor was very dated, with only in-bath shower. Some guests may not like walking on animal skin carpets throughout. Beds were spongy and creaky. 4. The map location is incorrect. #45 is marked correctly, with actual property next-door. 5. It is up a steep hill (1km), not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Road is narrow and requires an experienced driver. 6. Extra 50% was added at booking for one child with two adults (property sleeps 4). The host said pricing was set by the company. The company says pricing is set by the host…We accepted, but expecting a much higher standard of facilities in this price bracket.

We spent ten days in this beautiful place and we are delighted. Great family atmosphere and wonderful hospitable owners. Despite the heatwave and 40 degrees outside the flat was cool and you could go downstairs to the pool at any time. All was completes by a wonderful view from a large terrace on the bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. A place worth recommending and for sure we will return there again.

What a lovely place to be based to experience Montenegro

Milo and Lidija are perfect hosts, they have created a wonderful place for a holiday rental and the cleanliness and practicality is hard to fault. We enjoyed our first trip to Montenegro - the sun, the sea (what a gorgeous colour), the history. The apartment is the perfect launchpad to experience everything the country has to offer.

Traumhafte Aussicht - Wunderbare Vermieter

Ein ganz herrliches Domizil. Lydija und Milorad, die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein begegnet sich als Fremde und trennt sich als Freunde. Einfach nur empfehlenswert. Ganz großer Wert wird in dieser Wohnung auf Sauberkeit gelegt.

Wunderschön!!!!!

Schon im Vorfeld kontaktierte uns der Besitzer des Hauses und bat uns seine Hilfe an( Leihwagen, usw.) Das war auch gut, da wir krankheitsbedingt später anreisen mussten und wir durch den persönlichen Kontakt einfacher einige Sachen klären konnten. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen. Milorad zeigte uns den wunderschönen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzecken und Pool mit den Ruheliegen und sagte uns, daß wir alles jederzeit nutzen könnten. Wir hatten das große Apartment mit der herrlichen Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlte nichts, selbst Gewürze, Folie, Küchenrolle,usw. gab es Die Vermieter, Milorad und Lydia, sind besonders liebe und herzliche Menschen, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat unterstützten. Den letzten Abend waren wir bei ihnen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse zum Grillen eingeladen, es war ein besonderes schöner Abend mit super leckerem Essen, alles Gemüse und Obst aus eigenem Anbau und das Fleisch hervorragend! Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes super wohl gefühlt! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf dem Berg am Ende einer Strasse. Empfehlenswert ist es ein Auto zu haben( am besten ein kleines, da die Strasse zum Haus eher schmal ist), da der Weg aus der wunderschönen Altstadt zum Haus doch eher steil ist und sich zieht. Wir sind teilweise zu Fuß in die Stadt runter gegangen( ca.15Min), zurück sind wir kostengünstig mit dem Taxi gefahren. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

We had a wonderful stay in Herceg Novi in the upper apartment of the vacation house Podi. Nothing was missing. The two hosts were super friendly. The region is also perfect for hiking.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het appartement. Het is ruim en heeft een mooi aangrenzend dakterras. De kamers waren koel, ondanks het zonnige weer. Daarnaast waren Lidja en haar Milo erg behulpzaam en hadden leuke tips om in de omgeving te doen. Aanrader!

Fantastisches Apartment mit familiärer Atmosphäre bei herzlichen Gastgebern.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im Apartment im Haus von Milorad und Lidija. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Wir mochten die familiäre Atmosphäre, die interessanten Gespräche und das exzellente BBQ, welches Milorad uns organisiert hat. Das Ferienapartment liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel am Stadtrand von Herceg Novi. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Terrasse ist groß, gemütlich und bietet einen umwerfenden Blick auf die Bucht von Kotor. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge rund um die Bucht von Kotor, nach Dubrovnik, nach Trebinje und in das Orjen-Gebirge. Die Altstadt und die Strände von Herceg Novi sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Und wenn man keinen Ausflug machen möchte, kann man auch hervorragend im sauberen Pool baden oder im bunten Garten entspannen. Vielen Dank für alles!! Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bei Ihnen bedanken. Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Ihrem Haus und haben vor allem die täglichen Pool-Besuche sehr genossen. Wir wurden in diesem Urlaub absolut umsorgt, selbstgemachte Spezialitäten und Hilfe und Tipps aller Art ... so fühlt man sich fast wie zu Hause. Nochmals vielen Dank, große Empfehlung für alle, die eine schöne Unterkunft in Montenegro suchen.

Very nice place

We stayed for a week in this very nice house. Hospitality of hosts Lidija and Milo is overwhelming. The house is perfectly finished and everything is available in abundance. The walk to de beach takes about 25 min. For the way up we used very cheep taxi's. And than you are back in a small oasa of peace. Extra tip: ask Milo to organise your bbq. Only small point of feedback is that it concerns two apartments. The use of garden and swimming pool can be shared with other guests. Thank you very much for having us. Our holydays were perfect and we will recommend your accomodation to everyone who wants to visit Herceg Novi. Thank you and all the best. Ron Manon and Kids

Wonderful hosts. Loved every bit of our stay. Clean place with breathtaking views of the bay from the big terrace. Would come back again in a heartbeat. The hosts take great care of their house and their guests. They make you feel like a family.
