Considering that it is summer time, as usualy there are many guests around, and the house is at the top of a hill and the acoustics are very pronounced, but following house rules, it is the city's decision to be calm and quiet after 9 p.m. Herceg Novi is a city with a similar location to Monte Carlo, with a few narrow roads and a lot of stairs, which is why they call it the city of stairs. The house/apartment itself is located 120 meters above sea level and is close to the sea, which has a wonderful panoramic view and a quiet area.For all my guest I suggest that taxi use for transport which is very convenient, 1.3 euro per kilometer and no start price, so to the beach or town price is app. 3 euros, much more wil he paid for parking use, plus avoiding traffic jam. During the guest's stay, there were no other guests, which is not a coincidence, the booking was already planned, which I confirmed to the guest. The pool and yard area is for a guest pleasure use and never overlook by anybidy ,respecting intime of my dear guest despite felt of somebody.The beds are not spongy but equipped with quality mattresses with "Dormeo" memory foam, what makes a pleasant sleep for the sleeper, what is not necessarily to the liking of every guest. The interier decor of the bathroom is similar as any bathroom in any hotel "B" category ,adding new washing machine with powder for use. As for the prices, I exchanged a few messages with the guest before arrival, considering that it is a finished and clear matter. I stand by all my guests available at any time, for any complaints, information during their stay, which I regard with the greatest respect. Martin and his family are nice people, neat, clean, which is what I put in the review, and we will be happy to host them at any time, they are always welcome My desire is to host the guest as befits a good host, which can be seen in the reviews of my dear past guests, and I accept complaints with respect and take corrective actions so that my future guests have a pleasant stay and proper treatment.
