Beach y Racquet B311 es un tercer condominio frente al mar (arriba) piso en la playa de sabana y Racquet Club en el tranquilo extremo norte de la isla de Tybee. Disfrutar de una vista panorámica de la bahía, barcos, barcos camaroneros y delfines desde su balcón privado amueblado. El condominio se sometió a cambios en abril de 2015 y ofrecerá a sus huéspedes una experiencia maravillosa en general para su estancia. Nuevo piso laminado de madera, pintura en todas partes, con mobiliario, así ha actualizado y decoración. Este es un gran lugar a sólo un corto paseo a la piscina comunitaria y acceso a la playa! Aparcamiento para piso no está reservado sólo para 1 vehículo. Usted recibirá un pase de estacionamiento en los registros.

Esta propiedad tiene una cocina parcial actualizada y una barra de desayuno con capacidad dos. La cocina cuenta con una nevera debajo del mostrador, horno tostador de convección, sartén eléctrica cubierta, hervidor de agua caliente, Keurig y cafetera estándar. No hay horno, anafe o lavavajillas, sin embargo, hemos tenido mucho cuidado de que todo esté preparado para acomodar a los invitados. Hay una cama matrimonial y TV en el dormitorio, 1 armarios literas pasillo para un niño y un sofá cama en el salón. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas en la sala de estar. Situado en el tranquilo extremo norte de la isla de Tybee, directamente en la bahía donde el río Savannah se encuentra con el océano Atlántico. Hay una playa, pero sin la acción del oleaje real. Beautiful spot

We truly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. This place was amazing. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony with our morning coffee and watch the birds. Highly recommend.

Fourth of July Weekend Getaway

This unit is sweet. The view from the balcony is super nice! It stays shaded and a little more cool for most of the day. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a range and full refrigerator. The pro and con is that you are actually located on the bay and not the beach. This provides much opportunity to watch dolphins and less crowds. Overall a sweet place to stay if you dont want to be in the heart of Tybee. I do think it would be helpful if the parking pass and information was left in the room and you didn't have to stop by an office. Also, the door to the deck and the entrance door need to be sealed so the unit doesn't feel damp all the time.

Great view, comfortable stay

Apartment although small, worked out fine. There were few extras just a salt and pepper shaker, dishsoap, papertowels No napkins, no coffee filters, etc. Great views from porch of the water.

Highly Recommend!!

Property was clean and well prepared for our arrival! The room was nice and cool and ready for guests. The balcony view was incredible and the amount of dolphins you see in a day was amazing. We will definitely be returning and plan to make this a yearly trip! Thank you so much for the hospitality and recyclable bag, it came in extremely handy on the beach!

Perfect little spot!

We wanted something outside of Savannah and beachfront and this fit the bill. There were dolphins daily that you could watch from the balcony. Had some good meals at local restaurants and enjoyed the quiet this place offered. The only negative was the bathroom needs to be updated. It was clean but definitely past its prime. The condo had everything we could need.

1970s revisited

This rental is outdated something terrible, the shower is a reminder of my shower growing up in the 70s. The views were great, north beach is quiet, and location is good especially if you intend to go to Savannah.

Very cute and cozy!!

Really nice place to stay! Everything was nicely decorated and updated. 3rd floor room with complete privacy. No elevator so prepare to get a workout going up and down the stairs, especially with your luggage. The pool was nice and stocked with plenty of chairs & tables. They also have pool accessories and toys for guest to use in case you didn’t bring any. Definitely recommend this facility!

Great location

This condo was in a great location, and clean. Owners definitely need to invest in a better mattress and couch. When you sit on the couch you feel as though you sink to the floor. The mattress squeaks horribly on one side, and is very uncomfortable. It left my husband and myself with a sore back, and me with a sore hip for the entire trip. I would rent again in a heartbeat if it weren't for these 2 things.

Somewhat decent

All the pictures and details listed about the property made the property appear a lot nicer than was actually the case. The condo/room is more older and fragile. The shower/bathroom door kept falling off, walls and doors were all scratched and the overall appearance of the place was below expectation.

Very noisy and water had an odor

Every morning people were running up and down the halls. Very noisy! Bed was not comfortable, springs hurts my disabled veterans husband’s back. Over 700.00! From 405 sat until 10am Sunday. Too pricey for what we got. After all extra cost just too much. Needs updates . The space was very narrow.. it looks larger online. Very disappointed

On the morning of our 2nd day, our neighbors asked if we heard scratching during the night, we had heard something but were unsure what it was. Well it turned out that it was RATS in the condo just next to us! They had seen several and had to trap one/killed one even after having told Management group, who according to the neighbors said there wasn't anything they could do!!! We left a few hours later and did not complete our vacation there. I am still awaiting a refund of our last night! Our shower door was also unsafe as it took 2 hands to move it to keep on track and not have it fall into the tub! It took 2 separate calls to get that remedied! Will not return to this condo area!

Great View, Good location, Issues at check in

Better directions to the office for the check-in packet and a phone number would have cured our issues. When we arrived the GPS took us to three different places for the same address as was in the confirmation email. There was no phone number to call on the email or in the web site. Luckily we had the entry code for the unit and there was a sign in the window with a phone number but by that time it was just barely after 5pm and the office was closed so I left a message. Then I called back and made the phone selection for "owners" and connected to a person in the emergency after hours system. She gave us good directions with Google Earth photos to the office to get our check-in packet that included the gate pass and parking pass. The next morning I received a text message checking on our progress. After that, the communication was good. The view from the balcony (3rd floor) was great and we were able to watch the dolphins, fishing boats and ships going and coming from the Savannah Port. Kitchen was well equipped but the range shows signs of abuse and we did not have an opportunity to try it. Nice bathroom with a relatively new shower (bathroom floor could use a better scrubbing). The location for us was perfect - away from the hubbub of the party area of town. A 3 mile long and flat island is no problem getting anywhere on bicycles. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this one again.

Great place!

Views as promised on the website. Property manager was very responsive to text messages and check in went smoothly , even though we got there past 9pm. Condo was as expected from the pictures, clean and everything functioned as advertised except Xfinity... The property manager did help out by installing a loaner wireless internet box, (took a minute to figure out we were supposed to use it vice the Xfiniti setup) Definitely would have made watching TV dicey, but we didnt go to the beach to watch TV anyway, no loss. No issues with the couch as others noted, but one side of the bed has a very creaky box spring - wouldn't hurt to change that thing out for a more comfortable and quiet stay. Creaky bed is why i put 4 stars overall. Very clean, especially for an older beach front condo. Well done and modern kitchen and bath remodel. We tried to find a way to take the shower home with us, but figured we might get charged extra : ) Linens were clean and plentiful as were other necessities (didnt have to make a late night run to CVS for TP like our last BnB in downtown Savannah a few years ago) Nighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors seemed pleasent and parking was adequate. The condo itself is well insulated from the adjoining units, so we didnt notice any noise from the two adjoining walls. We were in building B and the elevator did work, wish we had found it sooner than our last day. To all concerned. We had a geat Thanksgiving vacation on the beach!

Pictures lie. This place is a disaster.

This place is a dump. The unit looked so pretty in the pictures, but it’s super old and junky. The bathroom is HORRIBLE! We are two young, athletic adults and had a terrible time getting in and out of the shower. My husband even cut his toe on the door of it. The electric outlets almost push right in to the wall when you try to plug something in. The bed is 2 feet from the door to the unit. On departure day housekeeping walked in to our unit while I was dressing by the bed so right next to the door. Even though we hadn’t checked out and still had an hour left to do so!! The freezer part of the tiny fridge is so iced over I could barely get the ice trays out. We never were able to have enough ice in there for drinks during our stay. No please to keep a bag of ice at all. The sofa is disgusting, smells bad, squeaks and groans when you sit down AND has a sharp spot that cuts your arm on the arm rest closest to the sliding door. The sliding door is super hard to open from outside. The railing on the patio is scary - tilted out and has clearly been repaired multiple times. We hated having to pick up the gate key when there are boxes on the property that it could have been left in. There is one bike rack per building which stayed over full our entire stay. Seriously - when I say this place is bad I mean it is legit awful!!!

Loved the porch where we watched so many dolphins! Lots of steps however, made use of the elevator as we brought up luggage. Kitchen needs outlets more accessible for toaster oven, coffee maker etc. Pool was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
