Clean and spacious home in great location. Close to beach, grocery, bars, restaurants and shopping. There were a couple small items (a couple windows that would not close and the loose shower faucet) that need attention. Street noise was loud, probably made worse by windows that wold not fully close, but being close too everything made up for that. Would stay again.

Excellent location

The condo is spacious, clean & has everything you need. ( beach chairs,beach towels,cooler) kitchen necessities,very comfortable there & very safe. Would definitely stay there again & recommend it to others.

The property does not have a generator and we lost power for almost 2 days of our 7 day trip. With that, we also did not have water for the same amount of time. The owner did not offer any options and didn't seem concerned and was a terrible experience.

Great location!

The condo is close to everything including beach, shops, and restaurants. It is very spacious and clean (important to me!). It is equipped with everything you may need for the beach or to cook a meal. It is modern however, it needs a lot of TLC. The windows are all in terrible shape, the master bedroom has one that doesn't even lock (latch missing) which is very hard to stop the outdoor sounds from being heard loudly. The A/C in master bedroom goes in and out randomly. The other 2 A/Cs were good and cold. All of the closet doors and drawers barely open. The one bathroom was probably the worst. 3 shower heads with only one with hot water which is the one on the wall 4 feet off the ground. No handles on any showerheads either. Toilet seat was hanging by a thread. I think with a fresh coat of paint and a few fixes could be a great choice!!

We enjoyed the location very much, if you like to go to the casino this is a perfect stay because it was so easy and close to walk too. We also enjoyed all the restaurants that you could walk too and the VRBO had coolers and bag chairs you could use to take to the beach! The windows could use some tender loving care as some wouldn’t stay completely closed and so it didn’t help keep the noise level down. (A rooster crowing, beeping and loud music by cars driving around thru out the night) we enjoyed the security of how you needed a key to get into the building and also into the staircase and elevator! Having our own gated parking garage was really nice also! The king bed was comfortable to sleep in but the queen bed wasn’t as comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in our room too!

Close to everything just real noisy

The location of how to get the keys was a little tricky being our first time here. Also the elevator inspection sticker has been out for 2 years and in the freezer there was a broken part the tray divider. Also the microwave needs to be changed out due to on the inside it is rusty. The signal of the back room was very weak and couldn’t watch tv all the time. It was a nice place but does need rugs in the place it is to much white and empty filling.

Not what I expected…

First I had to call the day before to confirm reservation and get code for the keys, I spoke with two humans and neither one one of they told me that the parking wasn’t available for use during my stay. Liz asked me to tell the employees of the valet parking next door that I was a tenant and that she would be communicating with me to give me the payment code. She didn’t communicate with me nor the valet parking for the first two or three days. The location of this apartment is bad, the noise coming from the stores downstairs every night is intolerable as well as the smell of food. We couldn’t open closet doors to access cleaning instruments or supplies. The living room was missing a window shade. The elevator didn’t work for a day, I tried calling and got no answer. I mean I was extremely disappointed with all of it, I will never stay in that VRBO again. Oh and the AC in the first bedroom leaks.

Only place I’ll stay from now on in Puerto Rico!

Location was perfect! Right in front of casino. There are 100’s of restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t need a car but we took tours so we rented one. Parking spot in back of the condo included. Saved money and worries. Owner remained in communication with me about everything I needed to know. She was very professional. One of the best times in PR. We hated to leave.

Great location. Easy access to the beach

Great location and easy access to the beach and restaurants. Close by to the old San Juan area and the highways. The unit itself is very comfortable and well described by the listing. Our stay was great the only little thing was the parking for the building, make sure you go around the building to find it. Overall, we recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in San Juan.

Relaxed

I liked the place alot it was nice 👍🏼 and the location was amazing the only down side was the check in in process. It was not ready when it was supposed to be. Besides that it was good.
