Es una antigua villa restaurada con pasión y respeto, que tiene sus cimientos en 1600, y está amueblada con atención al detalle para crear un ambiente cálido. Excelente ubicación, a 400 metros de dos accesos diferentes al mar (con escaleras para hacer), y a 300 metros de buenos restaurantes o del mercado, pero lejos del ruido y la confusión. Está muy cerca de Amalfi (4 km), Ravello (7 km), Positano (14 km) o una hora de Ercolano, Pompeya, Paestum o Sorrento, pero cuando desea leer un libro o mirar las estrellas o sentir el lapeado del Mar, o cocinar y comer envueltos en una situación mágica, este es el único lugar correcto. Un gran solárium domina el único promontorio de la costa de Amalfi. Un rincón del paraíso comparable solo a las pilas de Capri. Grandes terrazas, un jardín con hamacas y espacio para una segunda cocina con barbacoa, además de una pequeña piscina y un jacuzzi invitan a no salir de la casa.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located home. The views are spectacular and the home is comfortable with all you need for an extended stay. Edoardo (the owner) was easy to communicate with when we had questions and his wife, Carlotta provided a welcome basket and some great restaurant recommendations.

A room with a view

The property was extremely comfortable with probably the best views and terraces I have ever seen. The decor and interior design was also really exquisite. The little beach and the lovely village were also great places to visit and the local people very helpful. Much nicer than the busier resorts nearby.

Beautiful Seaside Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our staying in this charming villa on the Amalfi Coast. The home was as advertised and had everything we needed. The area was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every evening after traveling around the coast. The villa was conveniently located near Amalfi, Ravello and Positano. The weather was also suprisingly warm for February and we were blessed every day with sun gleaming off of the blue waters.

Beautiful

Our vacation home could Not have been any better. From the beautiful terraces, the View, The View, beds, linens, towels, to our sweet Nunzia (not sure I spelled her name correctly), she helped us each day with transportation, information about the area and beyond, to welcoming us in such a inviting manner. Perfect! Loved how this home is in an area tucked away, and not far from many other attractions. Mother and Daughter felt like Queens! Thank You, Laurel Nashville TN. USA

Beautiful quieter getaway near Amalfi

The property is exactly as pictured. It was a great location away from the busy cities in Amalfi, but with some great views. It is very close to the port of Amalfi where you can easily catch the ferry to most of the coastal cities. The gift package on arrival was a pleasant surprise and worked out grest for us because we were tired after the drive there and didn't feel like shopping. Nunzia greeted us, and helped us get there because we got a little lost. She was quick to respond when we asked a question. There is about 72 steps to get there, but Ricardo took our luggage so we didnt have to take it up or down. This place is amazing and we really enjoyed the outdoor space in the mornings and evenings. It was a grest place to spend our time on the coast

Pretty good

This was a bit of an over promise, under deliver. We love Italy and visit often. This house was our splurge and a bit disappointing. The rooms are small. Lots of clutter not shown. We came in April/May, pool was shut, had rain and place was chilly. The House is only about 5 miles from Imalfi but can take an hour to get there because of traffic. We did love the hot tub upper deck looking over the sea. Fireplaces were nice. Loved Nino who makes a great pizza near by. The area is gorgeous, great challenging hikes. Must love stairs. Restaurants fantastic! Positsno is a cool town, driving/parking.a pain walking or biking is dangerous, the few roads are narrow and high traffic and we were there in the off season.

Beautiful views and outdoor space

The apartment was the perfect spot to spend our first time visiting the Amalfi coast area. Conca dei Marini is a quiet spot between Amalfi and Positano, so we didn't have to deal with the crowds in either spot. The apartment was exactly as pictured and well equipped with plenty of towels, robes and even slippers! The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy for the chef in our group to make us a delicious meal with the food the hosts provided in our welcome gift bag. The best part of the place was easily the outside spaces! The hot tub was incredible combined with the spectacular views. We could have spent our whole time outdoors. Edoardo, Carlotta and Nunzia were very helpful while we were there, especially Nunzia who helped set up a boat tour last minute when our previously booked one was cancelled due to weather. Just an FYI, be prepared for many stairs when visiting. This is going to be true for many places in this area, but it can be a bit of challenge :) Also, Edoardo and Carlotta obviously care about the house so it pays to be very respectful of the property. They will do a thorough inspection after you've left.

Fantastic property in an amazing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the property is amazingly well equipped with fantastic outside space. The views are incredible and the pool and garden areas are a delight. We had a few issues that the owners and property manager worked hard to address and communicated very well with us.

When 5 year ago I have seen this villa from the stairs outside, I immediately decided to buy it even before to enter inside. It catched my eyes. But when I went to the terrace I remained without words and it was hard to avoid to show to the Architect selling it my excitement to still be able to negotiate the price.
Then me and my wife have started to restoired this villa with almost 4 years works using only our sensibility and entusiasm , no Architects only the Engineer for technical issues and for the documents.
4 difficult years as we leave at 500kms from this place and quite often we have had to ask to remake something different from our design, but with crazy love for this house.

The pleasure and serenity to which the harmony of the place leads in its great spectacularity, has led us to desire to offer these sensations to those who appreciate these emotions. To insert ourselves in this harmony without altering the perfect balances, we have taken care of all the details but without eliminating the "imperfections" that make the place authentic. We hope to leave to our Guests a space where to rediscover the pleasure of precious moments, and to keep eternal pleasant memories.

Just very few places can give such feeling of serenity , peace, and true sense of life, and very few other exceptional places like this can let you enjoy the silences around you even in high season. ìì
The best place for reading, relaxing, detox, in a simple life style.
Walking in the stairs (there are many) instead to be a limit became an health way to burn fats and make muscles, but also walking in the numerous paths, in the whole Amalfi Coast, all with increadible view, it is also an exciting experience.
But if one day you wish something different, you always have the possibility to go easily with few kms to places like Amalfi 4kms, Ravello 8kms, Positano 14kms, Sorrento 30kms, or Pompei 35kms, Ercolano 40kms and Paestum 50kms, where to meet thousands people.
At the end of the day, when you would like to enjoy night life, L'Africana,
is a famous club celebrated from dozens of years from Celebrities and jet set, it is just at 8kms.
