The bungalow - with Tourist Licence VV-35-3-0011144 - is located on a small, quiet, but spacious complex conveniently situated near the heart of Playa Blanca and its Punta Limones centre within easy walking distance of the harbour as well as local beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The modernised bungalow - with its own garden and patio providing views of the communal pool - sleeps 2 people.

Accommodation consists of a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. There is a private patio and garden.

WiFi is included in the rental.

Playa Flamingo beach is a short stroll, whilst the beaches of Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada are between 300 to 800 metres away.

There is a supermarket around 100 metres from the complex.

Ample car parking is available in the cul-de-sac next to the bungalow.


The weekly cleaning service consists of a full clean, with a supply of fresh bed linen and double allocation of bathroom, hand and kitchen towels. In addition, there is a replacement supply of fresh bed linen as well as bathroom, hand and kitchen towels weekly for longer stays.

A Safety Deposit Box is provided.


The property is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival, and it should be vacated by 10.00 at the latest on the departure date.

Lovely bungalow in a great location

Our first visit to Playa Blanca and we had a very enjoyable week. The bungalow was in immaculate condition and we were pleasantly surprised to have all the Irish TV channels. It was comfortable, well equipped and very private in a very secure, central location. We like to walk and proximity to the promenade made this very easy. There was a well stocked supermarket close by as well as several nice restaurants within an easy walk. The weather was great which always helps. Hopefully we will return in the future.

What a wonderful wee development so peaceful great pool for the kids and bonus no sun bed hogging !! we had a great week at Steve and Jennys bungalow the position for the pool was ideal as didnt have far to carry the umbrella :) very clean development lively garden patio area, ideal location for the spar and walk along the front we love PB and are back in 3 weeks only negative would be the lack of a stand fan the ceiling fans didnt do much for cooling the room at night it was exceptionally hot to be fair but a wee stand fan would be ideal as directed at you i intend booking again next year we had a great time thank u again

Erholung pur in wundervoller Umgebung

Sehr gepflegter, gut ausgestatteter Bungalow in kleiner Anlage. Schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Alle Fragen werden umgehend per E-mail beantwortet. Kurze Distanzen zum Strand und zur Einkaufsstraße an der schönen Playa Blanca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times, our first time here. Great location, very quiet, lovely garden/terrace. Bungalow well equipped and very comfortable. We loved it and would book again.

Outstanding

This property is ideal ,clean fabulous location on a relaxing quiet complex. Everything as described as we were there for longer than 10 days linen and towels changed with no fuss . Excellent bbq and loads of utensils. Really comfy beds. I could go on and on but this is an excellent choice for an holiday.and would recommend to anyone.We did try to book for next year but our dates not available ☹️ Thanks Steve & Jenny

Ideal location

We have just returned from a week in the bungalow, the location was ideal for us , within easy walking distance into Playa Blanca and walks to the Marina Rubicon. Very quite and relaxing site and the property amenities were wonderful. We will be returning in September and hopefully will get the same bungalow.

Likes -Lovely and quiet nice little welcome pack and comfy beds Dislikes - Cluttered and no toiletries which is always nice to have when travelling light. Cupboard door missing on kitchen units and a broken kitchen light.

Lovely Peaceful Setting.

Lovely setting. So close to a beautiful beach. Near supermarkets. By a bus stop though would recommend if its your first visit to the island to hire a car. it was my first time driving abroad and it was fine. We took towels but as they didn't change the bathroom ones you may like to take extra. The only minus point was no oven but you can manage with the microwave and the Spar has plenty of choice.

Man kann den Bungalow weiter empfehlen!

Netter Empfang (Wein, Oliven, Chips ...). schöne Ferienanlage mit Pool, das Badezimmer ist etwas älter, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auf den Matratzen liegt man sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Very nice bungalow in well located complex. Beds really comfortable, unusual for holiday rentals. TV only available through sky box with limited channels, but good wifi with adequate download speeds for streaming. Kitchen reasonabley fitted out with fridge and washing machine(no instructions). Good garden out front with sunbeds and BBQ; plenty of sun in the afternoon. Generally a nice place to stay!

Logement agréable

Le logement est conforme à la description. Population de la résidence exclusivement anglaise. Très calme (même pour le réveillon du 31 !!) Un supermarché juste à côté. Pas de problème de stationnement. Je reviendrais sans état d'âme si l'occasion de représentait.

Steve und Jenny sind liebenswerte Gastgeber,die jede Frage per Email umgehend beantwortet haben.Da wir nur blauen Himmel und gutes Wetter hatten,haben wir ausschließlich die gut ausgestattete Terrasse in einem gepflegten kleinen Garten genutzt.Im Innenwohnbereich fehlte es an nichts.Das Sofa könnte mal erneuert werden...

Fantastic 1 week holiday - Easter 2015

Date of stay- 30th March to 6th April 2015 My husband and I travel to the Canary Islands up to 3 times a year. We usually rent private apartments and had a lovely 1 week holiday at an apartment at the Jardin Del Sol complex in Playa Blanca Lanzarote. All the communication with the owner Steve was excellent. He answered our many questions promptly and was very helpful. All the instructions received were clear and accurate. These are the things we particularly liked about our holiday:- It was the first time we had stayed at a private apartment without the need to contact someone regarding minor or major problems. Indoor- There were both indoor ( glass ) and outdoor ( plastic ) sets of glasses and plates. There were also good size mugs for a decent cup of tea! So often both of these are not available and we often end up buying mugs while we are in the Canaries and end up leaving them in the apartment! The washing machine was great, with a really short wash cycle which was perfect for holidaymakers. The fridge was really cold and the first we’d had, when we’d been able to put milk in the fridge in the Canaries, without it going off within 24 hrs. There is a lovely alcove in the kitchen area and the tiled, open plan, walk in shower was welcomed.The TV had a Freeview package and a DVD player and a good selection of DVD’s Outdoors - There were sufficient sunbeds, chairs etc to sit outside ( we used these every day ) and a built in barbecue. The complex was exceptionally quiet while we were there, considering it was a school Easter holiday. We really liked this and often we were the only people around the pool! There was a spar close by – just 2-3 minutes walk and was reasonably priced and near the Spar supermarket was the Popeye sports bar, which offered good cheap pub meals and all the live Football games. This kept us happy as we both enjoy watching Football. There were plenty of other bars nearby that offered live sport and good food.It was only a 5-10 min walk ( depending on how fast you walk! ) to the main strip and shops etc. There is a lovely coastal walk which goes on for miles either way. One way will take you up to the market at Peurto Rubicon 2 days per week and further on takes you to the Papagayo beach area. The other way takes you up to the Lighthouse, which is always worth a visit. All in all we had a lovely time and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. Sandra and Meddon Turner

Vivamente consigliato

Ottima posizione,comodo alle spiagge e alla meravigliosa passeggiata a mare. Servito da locali,ristoranti e negozi, Situato in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamento è multifunzionale, non manca proprio nulla. Consigliamo a famiglie, coppie, anziani.

"A Place in the Sun"

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Lanzarote. We were thrilled to find, on arrival, that our bungalow at Jardin del Sol was spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated throughout. Its position on the complex was perfect, being close to the pool, yet private enough to sunbathe and eat in peace! We were able to sit in the sun on our patio, surrounded by luxuriant flowering plants, feasting our eyes on all the beautiful colours. The bungalow was only a short walk from the sea front with its pleasant promenade, and there were several supermarkets, restaurants and pubs close-by. Jardin del Sol provided the perfect base to explore Playa Blanca, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

"A Place in the Sun"

My husband and I have recently returned from a wonderful holiday in Lanzarote. Our stay at the bungalow in Jardin del Sol was a happy one.....it was spotless on arrival, and its position on the complex was perfect.The bed was extremely comfortable, and the furnishings very pleasant to the eye. Our private garden was a step away from the pool, which was supplied with ample sun beds. Lush flowering plants were growing in abundance all around the bungalow, and our garden was so private that we could sunbathe, or eat, in peace! We were only a short walk from several supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, and the sea front with its delightful promenade was even closer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

good appreciation of the property

Ideal for a lazy holiday for two pensioners, could have stayed longer. Facilities good, couild do with a conventional oven. The lack of this limited our meals in house. All facilities were adequate. Though unable to operate the dvd probably due to inadequate knowledge. Super mkt nearbye good, some restaurants along front not of the best but found one La Bocaina as you come into PB very good. Will certainly go back probably for longer. The pool was abit cold at this time of year, though the weather was excellant during our stay.

Great central base

My partner and I stayed here in 2008 for 1 week. Very clean, very good condition. Although only 1 bedroom the apartment is very roomy and outside area very private. Great view over the pool area. Jardin del Sol Complex very quiet and peaceful and literally a 2 min walk to shops, restuartants and bars - which you cannot hear in the bungalow. Village centre approx 10 mins walk. Stayed on this complex 5 times in all, and will do again!

jardin de sol

we stayed at these apartments in june 2009 found through this site. from the very beginning we had excellent service. steve the owner was extremely helpful and prompt to reply to any quieries we had. The apartment was in an excellent position near to many ammeneties and only 50 metres from the sea front, with bars and tavernas within waIking distance. All that we tried had good food and service. the apartment was clean and tidy on arrival with a welcome pack ,this was a nice touch. the apartment was well furnished with T.V Sky and and a C.D player. we would not hesitate to book again in fact we have already booked for November.

Great position,lovely bungalow

Really great position for pool,shops,harbour, absolutely every thing.Nice flat walk,no surprise hills.Bungalow clean and comfy,plenty of cups,crockery etc.Lovely powerful shower,plenty of hot water. Met all of our needs. Owner provided great directions,and advice on car hire companies!(good prices) Would recommend to family and friends for a quiet and relaxing holiday. A trip to the volcanoes is a must, very busy in the mornings though. A very enjoyable holiday,will return.
