Hermoso y recientemente renovado condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con impresionantes vistas desde una gran terraza privada. Complejo cerrado con seguridad las 24 horas que incluye estacionamiento seguro y protegido. Dormitorio principal con baño privado y cama King Size. Segundo dormitorio con cama Queen Size. Sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Servicios incluidos: piscina (no climatizada), hermosos jardines, a poca distancia y acceso a piscinas de marea oceánica (se recomiendan zapatos de agua) y si camina 20 yardas a través de rocas de la playa, acceda a una pequeña playa agradable. Incluye Internet (es México cerca de la playa, Internet NO es el mejor), teléfono de EE. UU., TV de 50 pulgadas con reproductor Blue Ray / DVD, área de comedor al aire libre, parrilla de gas para barbacoa y cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora, así como un relajante interior fuente de agua. Se incluyen toallas de playa / piscina. Los destinos cercanos incluyen Puerto Nuevo (famosa ciudad de langosta), Calafia, Rosarito y un poco más lejos se encuentra el Valle del Vino de Baja California. Rosarito vacation

I stay in the condo was extremely relaxing and we had a great time. The children got to see the tide pools and walk along the beach looking for rocks. Our whole week was more than we expected and we really enjoyed it. A special thank you and shout out to our hostess

Great location and amenities

This condo was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids and had an amazing view! Getting to the location was easy and straightforward, no issues with check in, and check out. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and having access to the beach. Even though the beach right outside the property was rocky, a short walk to the right had a sandy beach area with no rocks. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!

Place is falling apart

I almost fell down the cascade in living room water was on floor if it wasn't for mom who grab me I would of hurt myself pretty bad. Things around place are damaged and very filty

Dear guest, We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our property as it did not meet your personal expectations. We immediately respond to requests as we did with you and agreed to prepared the property ahead of time for your requested early check in at no additional charge. I know it was your first stay at a short term rental and you had many questions which I gladly answered with every phone call I received before and throughout your stay. The water fountain mentioned as cascade is off and has an on and off switch. It can remain off if you prefer by not turning on the electric switch. I was onsite on one of your phone calls I received and advised you I could assist you immediately when you Did not know how to turn off the electric switch to turn off the water fountain that had been turned on by your group. You declined my help to turn off the electric switch. All electric switches for lights and fans are standard. Glad to hear you did not fall down during your stay with us. We take pride on offering a spotless and clutter free property as described by the many reviews of others. We regret we did not receive any reports from you of any damage Items during your stay or after so that they could be addressed. Its important to report any items you feel are damaged so they can be repaired if needed immediately. We do inspect the property after every stay to fix /replace any issues that may arise between guest.

Amazing view!

This was such a relaxing trip from the beginning I don't even know where to start! Elizabeth the owner kept great communication with me from the beginning. When we got to the location there was a security guard that watches over who goes in and out. After checking in with security we headed into the home, amazing place! Beautiful view once you walk in through the door you can see the balcony and that gorgeous view! Rooms had fresh linen, towels and hot running water. The kitchen was well stocked. Best part was waking up with a hot coffee and sitting in the balcony watching the waves. Will be back here again

Awesome condo with fantastic views.

Loved the comfortable set up with an eating area in kitchen plus outside where you can barbecue. We couldn’t of asked for a more perfect place with the grounds outside also being well maintained & all part of the view.

Perfect family getaway

My husband and I spent 2 nights in this condo with our two young children (3 and 1) over the Thanksgiving holiday. The view from the balcony was wonderful, the neighbors friendly, and the condo was equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The unit was also very nicely maintained and appears just as in photos. Although the pool was too cold for the kids to enjoy at this time of year, it looks well maintained and we would love to return in the summertime. As for the owner, Elizabeth was very responsive and so gracious and understanding when we somehow couldn't find the key before leaving (tip: leave the key in lockbox!) We would definitely recommend this property

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. Had everything I needed. Plenty of extra towel, linen, and blankets. For the most part it's quite but I suggest closing the windows facing the highway. But I would open the two glass doors to the lanai facing the ocean and could not hear anything except the ocean waves. Overall I enjoyed my stay and hope to return
