Excellent stay. Loved the property and the beach access. If you're wanting all of the tourism amenities in Destin and Sandestin this is a great resort. If your main goal is to hang around Seaside, probably not your place. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. (Just as a side note for those who are picky about having access to a smart tv in the master bedroom, currently this unit does not have that feature. All of the other rooms do have smart tv's but the master bedroom for some reason only works off of a cox cable box. It does have access to paid channels like Max and HBO, but still, not a smart tv. I've gone to sleep for the 3 years watching Brooklyn 99 and wasn't able to do that. Still slept fine though haha.) Host was very responsive and accommodating. We met several guests who have been coming to this resort for 5 years. There truly is something to say about having an umbrella and chairs set up and ready for you each day. We never did make it to the front row, not sure why, but it was still fine. Every beach day here was unique. One day there were literally no waves. Crystal clear water, perfect. Other days we he nice little waves. Plenty of sand crabs on the beach. Woke up one morning to the amazing sand art of Christ on the cross. It was cool that they made sure to set up the chairs all around it to preserve it. Really put things into perspective when we saw it and were grateful for whoever it was that did it.
