Everything was pretty clean and in a great location for things to do. Very comfy beds. Had a great time!

Nice place but a few problems

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I made the reservation, the people were very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly with check in and arrival. We arrived and would have liked a warning about how steep the roads were getting to the place. Lucky thing we got there before dark. Very good parking and easy to unload everything , nice and level. First off we had no ice, the ice maker was not working. After an 8 hour ride, not good. I called and a very nice man brought us a bag within 30 minutes. He also helped us to figure out the tv, streaming only, very difficult to figure out. The wifi was spotty and the tv went out and rebooted so often you really could not watch it.Cabin was clean but had a few things that could be improved. It was very dark because of low wattage bulbs everywhere. Both bathrooms were very dark, as we were there to attend a nearby wedding, it was hard to try and get ready putting on makeup. The one bathroom has a decorative socket plate that does not allow use of plugging in a blow dryer, we had to go to the back hallway and plug it in and dry hair there. Both porches were great and the back yard was so nice for our little dog.We were sitting out there first morning with him outside in our robes when 2 men opened the big gates and proceeded to come in and do lawn work. We had to scurry inside with him before he could get out. No warning just came right in. One of the back porch table chairs has a blown out seat that was just covered with a cushion, not a safe fix.All in all it was a nice place it just needs some improvements on some things.

Perfect Cabin to Celebrate my 40th birthday

Nice for a short trip

When we arrived the key code sent in the email did not work, so I called the rental company and they very promptly gave me a new code. Once we entered my son was excited to get in the hot tub, unfortunately it was not filled enough to run it. I will say the rental company was very sweet and prompt and had it fixed a few hours after we check in. The game room was nice, the air hockey table has definitely gotten lots of use. The backyard was fenced in and a good size , some of the fence boards so need to be repaired .The location is nice if you plan to visit Helen, or check out some of the wineries.overall the cabin was nice but could use some updating.

Nice location

Plenty of room, small kitchen, nice game room. Place was a tad dusty and dirty. Management was very professional and responsive. Disappointing to pay a cleaning fee for a place that needed somw cleaning onnthe ceiling fans ans floors

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Pawsibilities! Everything was as described and GMR was so good to us!! The cabin was clean, cozy, and fun! It’s only a 15 minute drive to Helen and Clarkesville (which has everything). The only thing I was disappointed with was the fireplace. We would have liked a real, wood-burning fireplace, as originally described, but since it didn’t pass inspection, GMR fixed it by adding a pretty electric fixture. Just wasn’t the same. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Weekend Getaway

Overall it was a good experience. Property was cozy and spacious enough for my family and I to stretch out and explore the Georgia Mountains. It was conveniently located within a 15-20 min drive of most of the activities we wanted to do. The only issue was the jacuzzi did not work the whole time we stayed. Turning the jets on to heat up the jacuzzi would cause the breaker to trip. We tried resetting the breaker but it would happen each time. I called the PM company to advise them and they were quick to reply and say that someone would come out and check on it. Long story short, it was never working the whole time we were there, which was a bummer. Outside of that 1 issue there were no complaints.

Nice house and setting

Disappointed that the pots and pans were dirty, the coffee maker didn’t work, there weren’t any sharp knives for cooking, and the dishwasher was awkward

Fun Vacation

My husband and I along with our 4 grandchildren stayed here during our summer vacation. The property was as described. We were very comfortable during our stay and had so much fun! Pawsibilities is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. There is so much to do in Helen and the surrounding area! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars overall because the hot tub was not full or turned on, so we were not able to enjoy a soak. The game room is perfect for families!

A beautiful location and cottage. Couldn't get over the great flooring throughout.... except for the threshold entering the gameroom was a trip hazard.

So nice and relaxing

We stayed for a few days prior to Christmas for my husband to unwind. It’s a precious place to stay. The cutes kitchen. Screened in front porch. I loved playing ski ball, air hockey. So many fun games. Huge comfy couch. So so clean . Great communication with the lovely lady that was helping me. The hot tub , We just melted. Fenced yard. Just a lovely visit. We will go back.
