El complejo de apartamentos Saint Francis Lakeside se encuentra en la costa norte del lago Tahoe, con magníficas vistas al lago desde la playa privada y paisajes de exuberante hierba verde durante la primavera, el verano y el otoño. Los servicios de temporada de HOA incluyen playa y muelle privados, piscina y bañera de hidromasaje, cancha de voleibol de arena, herraduras, parrillas de piedra y canchas de tenis, lo que lo convierte en un alquiler de vacaciones ideal. Acceso en invierno a la bañera de hidromasaje cubierta de la comunidad (la bañera de hidromasaje cubierta es solo para ADULTOS) y muy cerca de las áreas de esquí. A solo 1. 5 millas del centro de la ciudad de Tahoe, con fácil acceso a lo largo de un sendero para bicicletas pavimentado. ¡Un excelente lugar ideal para familias o una escapada para usted y sus amigos!
Esta casa adosada alegre y luminosa ha renovado la cocina y los baños con encimeras de granito en todas partes. Los dormitorios y sala de estar / comedor no son lujosas, pero son cómodas y limpias.
Nivel de entrada de abajo tiene dos dormitorios; suite principal con una cama Queen y un baño 3/4 (ducha grande pero sin bañera) y un segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Cuarto de baño completo y sala de lavandería también están en el nivel de entrada.
En el piso de arriba, la sala de estar está configurada con dos sillones reclinables, un cómodo sofá y una estufa de leña clásica. Fuera de la sala de estar es una cubierta con vistas al Lake Forest Boat Launch. El comedor para 4-6 está situado junto a la cocina totalmente equipada. El tercer dormitorio con cama Queen, balcón privado y baño compartido de 3/4 (ducha grande pero sin bañera) también se encuentran en este nivel.

Clean and Nice

My family enjoyed its stay. The condo was clean, tidy and well managed. Beds were all very comfortable. Very little to complain about, great location and complex is nice. Cons: bring shampoo, and it can get warm in afternoon.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the 3bd/3ba format we needed for four adults, in a great location just outside of Tahoe City near the shoreline. But there was not enough space for the too-large TV and other giant-sized furniture. The loft was completely useless with a scary vertical ladder that had all kinds of warnings on it. Wasted space that could have been useful. Bedroom TVs did not work. Clean and well-maintained with unexpectedly well-stocked kitchen although a kettle to boil water would have been nice. Overall layout of unit poorly designed from outset. Not that comfortable or relaxing to be honest.

Reviewer Comments: Great location and nicely appointed unit ... my only concern was the floors appeared to be quite dirty ... getting out of the shower and walking to the bedroom, the bottom of our feet were black with dirt ... had to wash them off before going to bed. The lock and lock boxes were a challenge ... they had to send a maintenance person to assist us ... minor inconveniences, and yes I would recommend this unit.

Even after multiple calls and agreements with the property management company, the access code was not sent to the person arriving first. When they called the management a quick and clear solution was not provided immediately. The family with a young child had to wait at the doorstep for a long time after a tiring travel day.

Great Stay

Very comfy & nicely equipped condo just north of Tahoe City. Had everything we needed & easy to get in & out. Not many people around, so very quiet. Pool area was nice!!

Perfect location. Beautiful condo.

Totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Best feature for us is its proximity to the boat ramp (we brought our jet ski). Newish kitchen appliances and good quality dishes, silvers, knives. Negatives: pls have electric fan in each room (we had to ask the 2nd day — promptly delivered) Have TV instruction on how to make it work. Oldies had to rely on our teen’s you tube air play app so we can watch the Olympics. Overall: great, great stay!!! 4.5 stars!!! Yes, we would like to rent this unit again in the future if available.

Wonderful Three Nights in Upgraded Condo

The property is well-situated, with a short walk to the beach, albeit a rocky beach. The pool and spa are delightful and centrally located. A kitchen, which is well equipped, shares the upstairs with mountain themed decor, cozy furniture, a picnic-style table and a fireplace. My 8-year-old grandson loved climbing the ladder to the loft, which was stocked with games. The deck affords a peek at the lake and was pleasant in the morning, before it was flooded with sun. The five of us enjoyed all the amenities during our short visit. Oh, and the bed in the master was very comfy, which made for a restful night. Nice, roomy, tile shower too!

Cozy little hideaway

It's a cozy little hideaway, conveniently located a short driving distance away from Tahoe City. The place have a rustic feel (old furniture?) but appliances and dishes in the kitchen as well as bathrooms are all updated. It's true, there's no AC - We stayed there on a hot weekend but opening the window and turning on the fan cooled the place quickly.

Nice stay

3 bedrooms plus loft, 3 bathrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely remodeled. Everything was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Adequate living space, re-done kitchen & baths. No A/C. Nice property amenities

Stayed during super hot weekend, so temps exceeded 90 degrees in the main living area. 90% of the time a/c is not needed in Tahoe. Everyone enjoyed the property & close to downtown Tahoe City for shops & restaurants.
