Ocean Breeze Villas - WOB0100- bien reformado, a un corto paseo de la playa y de los restaurantes

Bienvenido a Ocean Breeze # 100 !! Esta villa es nueva en nuestro programa de alquiler y es una de las que estamos seguros de que disfrutará

Esta casa es una villa de dos pisos con un plan de piso abierto, completa con todos los muebles nuevos. La planta baja contiene el espacio habitable con un rincón de comedor junto a una ventana grande y una cocina que separa el área de comedor de la sala de estar. Hay espacio de comedor adicional en la barra de la cocina. El salón cuenta con un nuevo y hermoso mobiliario, un sofá cama completo. Una puerta corrediza de vidrio de la sala de estar conduce a una cubierta posterior privada que da a una zona boscosa. También abajo es un medio baño conveniente. La cocina ha sido completamente remodelada con hermosos gabinetes y encimeras de granito. Los dos dormitorios, cada uno con baño privado completo, están arriba, así como el armario de servicios públicos que contiene la lavadora / secadora. Ambas habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de tamaño completo, así como una cama doble.

La piscina comunitaria está justo al otro lado del estacionamiento de la unidad. La piscina en Ocean Breeze ahora tiene WIFI.
El Ocean Breeze se encuentra a pocos pasos del acceso a la playa pública y al Coligny Plaza, que ofrece tiendas y restaurantes.

Disappointing

The unit was spacious but that was about it. Many stains on the carpet but generally clean but worn. The short walk to the beach was about a half mile. Tough to enjoy the beach with no beach chairs, umbrella or beach towels. Overall very disappointing.

Condo was nice other than it was so dirty, hairs in the bathroom floor,dusty, the blinds looked like they had never been cleaned,Cobb webs every where found spider in the bed. There was even crumbs in the toaster. Stove was awful I would have never cooked there. I will never stay in that one again.

Hilton Head get away No problems renting or checking into this property.

No problems renting and checking into this property. We appreciated having the extra space with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms for our family. The small deck really wasn’t functional and needed power washing. The chairs were very dirty. The sliding glass glass door did not lock, and the screen was completely off its track. We were able to use the barbecue. Inside everything worked except for the light over the cooktop. We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton head especially the biking and the beach

Unit 100

The space was adequate of the overview given, it will sleep 6. The grill outlets were taped off, the sliding back door was unable to open, found roaches in the kitchen, there were no beach accessories(chairs, umbrella, boards,etc) I had messaged the owner 3 different times with no reply. The pool hours are 9a-9p and for our family that was too early to close and too late to open. Walk to beach is about 25 min. I had a fun time in the area but will not rent this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful as always in Hilton Head. A very nice condo. The space is well laid out and easy to live in. There are a few items that definitely need improvement in the unit. The main TV is not a smart TV so no streaming and the cable service was awful. Generally not HD quality and CBS was regularly pixilated. Had to watch the NCAA finals and the Masters on an ipad. The deck needs a complete power wash. I was generally unusable. Had to have the screen repaired during our stay as well as the air conditioner. Kitchen faucet needed repair. The service from VTHH was very good but the unit needs attention. Again the space itself is great and we enjoyed it but needs work around the edges.

Great location, clean and friendly office.

Other than not having any extra towels, paper goods, and typical staples needed (salt, pepper, paper plates, coffee filters, etc.) we really enjoyed the location and the villa itself.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of many trips to stay in HH that we have taken over the years. This particular unit was much like others. Functional, close to everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived the back deck was horribly dirty. It clearly hadn't been tended to in weeks; it was black with dirt; there were a dozen cigarette butts apparently put out in the water sitting in one of the chairs. Although it looked like the place had been vacuumed, someone didn't attend to that well because we found clumps of hair in the corners of a number of the rooms. Also we did find a cockroach inside near the kitchen. So, nice unit--not as clean as we would have hoped.

Overall very pleased. Unit was clean and nice. Close to the pool. Beach could be walked in 13 minutes.

Condo was clean and well furnished. It was hard to find in the dark because the unit numbers are almost illegible. Back patio needed cleaned but other than that all was great
