Esta hermosa propiedad de nueva construcción ha sido diseñada pensando en la reunión familiar, con fantásticas vistas panorámicas desde el Bluff hasta Granite Island y más allá.

Hay una gran área cubierta arriba con barbacoa y asientos que fluye desde el salón de planta abierta, cocina y comedor con aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, que son perfectos para el entretenimiento. La cocina moderna contiene todos los electrodomésticos que necesitará, con un gran horno y una estufa, perfectos para alimentar a toda la familia. El dormitorio principal también está arriba, que contiene una cama King y tiene un baño privado con ducha y bañera abiertas. También hay un baño adicional arriba y tocador.

En la planta baja hay otros 4 dormitorios, con cama 1x King, 1x cama Queen, 2x literas y 2x individuales, con baño adicional, todo en otra gran sala familiar con TV y DVD y consola de juegos. Hay un área pavimentada de gran nivel debajo de la plataforma en la parte delantera de la propiedad, y otra en la parte trasera de la propiedad, por lo que es perfecto para poner el bote fuera del camino si es necesario.

Yes the ocean view was great, it is not right at your doorstep but the photos made it clear! It was beautiful nevertheless. Rooms were good, downstairs has one bathroom toilet combo. The driveway is steep so be careful with elderly and kids. We didnt really use the bbq or backyard. Good size home for maybe 10-12. The views are pleasant

Amazing visit.

Fantastic location, plenty of room for sleeping, living areas and the outdoor area upstairs and downstairs had plenty of seating. We were a family of 10. It was safe for our 7 and 5 year olds.

Family getaway

We had a lovely time, the whole booking process was very smooth and easy. We wish there was some heating downstairs of the property as it was chilly for the little ones during the night. The property was fresh, inviting and cosy.

We enjoyed our stay the views were stunning and the weather great . We thought with the lovely view windows could have been clean and the dinner set was badly scratched and several chipped pieces but we all had a great time .

Amazing time, amazing view, amazing 40th

This place has it all if you have adults and children (pre-teens and teens). The adults stayed upstairs and socialised while the kids enjoyed their own space to have fun, dance and play together. The layout of the house and the bedrooms are perfect. The kitchen is a working kitchen and with the dinning table, lounge in the loungeroom plus the massive balcony deck, there's plenty of room for everyone.....you don't feel overcrowded (even with all 12 bods all upstairs). A wonderful rental

Beautiful views and lots of space, but could do with a proper clean

The good: - House was well equipped - The view was wonderful - Spacious enough, even with 10 people - Beds were comfy Opportunities for improvement: - Suggest adding screen doors on the front and deck sliding doors to allow air flow and take advantage of the sea breeze - Needs a split system down stairs - Could have been cleaner i.e.: the stairs needed cleaning, and the supplied bedding was old and tired. Stained pillows on the bed which were date stamped to be replaced in 2014 and the electric blanket was so badly stained I took it off the bed. The extractor fan in the en suite was thick with grey dust. - The bunk beds squeaked really bloody loudly - Need somewhere for food storage in the kitchen (for items not needing refridgerated)

Family friendly holiday house

The property is well maintained and has ample space for accommodating 10+ people. Lots of board games, wifi connection, smart tv and nice sea view from veranda. Few points for consideration: The bedrooms can be really hot during summer as the ceiling fans are very slow. There is no air conditioning in downstairs hall room or in any bed room downstairs. A small peddle bin in downstairs hall room could make life easier. The property doesn't have any garage or shed.

Wow, what a great place. We nicknamed this the "Encounter resort". A wonderful space that exceeded our expectations. We loved drinks and meals on the balcony with spectacular ocean views . Will definitely be back.

Great location and facilities

We stayed here with a large group and had a wonderful weekend. Location was great, the views from the deck were just lovely. Easy access to lots of lovely walks around the bluff and beyond and also to the riding trail into Victor Harbour. Plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining.

It is beautifully decorated and has quality furnishings and great provisions. We were pleasantly surprised that the size of the living areas and the view were even better than what the photos show. And the deck - HUGE - just terrific!! We are so glad that we chose this home as it helped to make a very special occasion just perfect!
