Very convenient to Steamboat springs skiing and the town.We had a great stay. It would be great to have the parking last for the day of check out so that we could have avoided paying the 50 Steamboat day parking

Beautiful Mountain Condo!

This condo was perfect for myself and daughter to stay for our trip to Steamboat. Wonderful location, clean, great amenities (especially the pool!) The parking rules of only one car seemed pretty harsh, as my daughter drove up from Golden, CO and I had flown in and had a rental car. Being forced to park and hike quite a ways seemed silly as the parking lot in our area was only ¼ full at anytime during our 4 night stay.

Perfect Ski-in/Ski-Out property

Fantastic Apartment right on the slopes. A little older and not fancy but nice and big and very well equipped. Great location with easy access. Nice and quiet building too. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in many condos, and this was the best location we have ever had for ski and ski out. The condo itself was a little bit sparse, but that was OK because we are outside most of the time. It did leave a little bit to be desired. With some of the kitchen amenities. It did not have a toaster. But we made it work.

The ski in ski out was amazing. Perfect location for that. Kitchen was missing drawer front, kitchen was a bit dated. There was a smell that we had to air out for a while when we got there. Pretty loud clicking noise from the Heater while trying to sleep. But, if looking for a good ski in ski out it’s a good room. Little pricey for what it is. Great hot tub and pool across the parking lot.

Nice condo for two and not so good for four adults

There is a light problem, a mattress problem in the pullout...Like worn out.....I had to sleep on it for 3 nights...Not for anyone but maybe a kid or very light person...No blankets, NONE, had to strip the main cover to the bed to keep from freezing...We had 3 adults in the unit and only 4 towels...Really never seen this for this price unit....Kitchen has poor pots, pans....Not enough dishes...Location is very good....Parking also sucks...We had two cars on and one parking pass....Watch out for this one....Spent 60 dollars to park the other car....We had not the view of the slopes, but of the parking lot....So you would think for this price a s few of these issues could be fixed....T.V. no news channels...local andjunk stations only...Wifi did work well....It was clean ….Work better for a couple...

Awesome condo, awful service, misleading info

First, the condo is lovely and is as described in the write-up. We had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. The little patio overlooks the parking lot but is very pleasant. The bed is king-sized and very comfortable. The internet was even fast enough to stream movies which is a nice surprise in vacation properties. However, know that the pool, gym, and hot tub (spa) referenced in the listing has limited hours. When we stayed, mid-September, it closed at 6PM. An owner told us that for part of the year (October-November-ish) the spa is closed all together. I was working on this trip so the early closure was a real disappointment. Why the 1-star rating? The Vacasa management company. While we were there, the parking lot was under construction. Heavy equipment started working at 6AM sharp and blocked the only entrance to the condo much of the day. While this was a work trip for me, my family was hoping to use the pool during the day but my wife was uncomfortable in her swimsuit in front of the construction crew right outside the pool. I contacted Vacasa and asked to be moved to another property, to which they replied "we will call you back" which never happened. Another call went unanswered. Surprisingly unprofessional behavior for a company that seems so nice when you speak with them on the phone, and if I can help it I will avoid their business in the future.

We sincerely apologize that we missed getting back to you regarding your request to change properties; this is something that we are rarely able to do as we do not wish to 'punish' our owners by taking away their revenue when their properties are in great condition and ready for our guests. We really enjoyed our stay! The space had good storage, was clean with a comfortable bed! And the kitchen well appointed. The amenities were perfect for us with a weight room and pool long enough to swim short laps!

Location was superb, w good ski in. Missing drawer front panel and unsafe pans w poor handles was not good. What was terrible was I was given the wrong door code for the building. That is unforgiveable

Solid place, zero responsiveness from property management

Outside of the property management company’s lack of response to any of my few inquiries, they provided us with last weeks building code which proved challenging from an entry standpoint.

Had a blast but don't recommend this unit without having your own car

I read a bunch of reviews before booking this place. There is a shuttle to the base available in the morning and then in the later afternoon. However, if you book through Vacasa you are not eligible to use the resorts VIP on demand shuttle. We actually made the best of it by hiking back from the base in the evening using the actual ski trail. It was a good .6 mile workout after spending the evening in town and a good meal. The public bus in Steamboat is a wonderful plus.

Couples ski vacay

Great place to stay. Convenient shuttle to and from the slopes. It was also ski in/out with a trail located behind the unit. Check in was a little troublesome. The code to get into the building did not work but the manager quickly responded. Hot tub and pool were great. Would recommend bar stools, firewood, and a portable fan since the master doesn't have a ceiling fan. Would definitely stay again.
