Welcome to the Steamboat Gondola Getaway, where the exhilaration of Steamboat Resort is at your doorstep! Situated in the epicenter of mountain activities, this condo is your ideal launchpad for both winter escapades and summer explorations.
One of the prime features of this residence is its ski access trail. Strap on your skis or snowboard, and within moments, you're navigating the powdery slopes of Steamboat! And when the sun sets on your alpine adventures, a world of après-ski delights awaits. Restaurants, bars, shops, and year-round resort festivities are a mere 5-minute stroll away, making dining out or indulging in some retail therapy a breeze.
The condo itself is a sanctuary of comfort. Step in, and you'll be welcomed by a generously spaced entryway that leads to the secondary bedroom and adjoining bathroom. Progress further to discover a bright and airy dining space, complete with a six-seater dining table, ensuring meals are shared in convivial ambiance.
Adjacent lies the inviting living room, where an array of seating options beckon you to relax. And for those unexpected guests or larger families, the sofa conveniently transforms into a sleeper bed.
Food enthusiasts will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, promising culinary delights with every meal. On the other end of the condo, a haven awaits in the form of the primary bedroom, boasting a plush king-sized bed, guaranteeing restful nights after adventure-filled days.
Your private balcony offers mesmerizing Valley Views, providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffees or evening toasts. As day turns to dusk, the fiery hues of the sunset over the South Valley are a sight to behold. The Neighborhood:
Right off the slopes of the Steamboat Springs ski mountain, practically under the Gondola, and approximately a 7 minute drive to Downtown, you will find the best of all adventures Steamboat has to offer!
Getting Around:
The shuttle service provided by the complex is available to all guests! This shuttle picks up right from your parking lot during ski season, approximately every 15 minutes during ski season. Shuttle schedule is subject to changes seasonally per the HOA, the front desk will provide you the most current shuttle hours.
Steamboat's free bus system can get you anywhere in and around Steamboat.
**There is only 1 parking space available with this condo, and the HOA charges $20. per day for the vehicle- Permit is required and provided by the front desk at check-in. The HOA does not allow more than 1 vehicle, and there are not parking alternatives for additional vehicles.
You will want to ensure you are not driving an over-sized vehicle as the available spaces are standard-sized. Because of the prime location a permit/registration is required.
Uber and Lyft are available and there are shuttles directly to Strawberry Park Hot Springs.
Other Things to Note:
The amenities are managed by an HOA and are completely outside of our control. The fireplace is only available during the ski season months.

Distance to the free bus stop: 3 minutes walking to nearest bus stop
Distance to Downtown: 8 minutes, 3.1 miles
