¡Tuscan Villa es tu hogar lejos de casa! Venga a disfrutar de la belleza de la playa desde su puerta trasera y déjese mimar por las comodidades de la casa. ¡La espaciosa casa de 4 dormitorios tiene un amplio espacio para usted y su familia y amigos!

El primer piso tiene 3 dormitorios, una sala grande y una sala de lavandería con fregadero industrial. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño con ducha / bañera, así como mucho espacio en el armario, televisión por cable y reproductor de DVD. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y hermosas vistas a la playa. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y una vista de la laguna al otro lado de la calle. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y vistas a la laguna y la playa (vista lateral). Esta habitación queen tiene un amplio espacio para acomodar paladares en el piso de los niños y una cuna / cama para bebé (disponible bajo petición). El estudio está equipado con un gran televisor, reproductor de DVD, hermosas vistas a la playa y un sofá cama.

¡El piso superior tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con fabulosas vistas a la playa! La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, así como casi cualquier herramienta de cocina que pueda necesitar. La despensa adjunta le permite almacenar su comida fuera de la vista. El comedor adjunto tiene capacidad para 14 personas cómodamente con espacio para más en la terraza adjunta. La terraza es un lugar maravilloso para relajarse y ver y escuchar la playa. La sala del tercer piso tiene TV de sonido envolvente, DVD y reproductor de CD, y vistas a la playa. El dormitorio principal del tercer piso tiene una cama king size, vista a la laguna y un baño encantador con bañera y ducha separadas. Esta habitación también tiene mucho espacio para camas adicionales (cuna, niños en paladares).

Las lujosas comodidades de Tuscan Villa también incluyen una ducha al aire libre fría / caliente, parrilla de carbón, barra húmeda y muchos más que descubrirá durante su estadía.

Best Vacation!

This house was amazing!! It had everything you could need, great space, it was clean, and there were great spaces to sit outside. It was right on the beach, super easy to get down to each day. This house is a treasure, we will be booking it again! The owners were wonderful and so was the property manager. Great experience booking this house!

Awesome Stay

We had an amazing stay here, the location was great, the house was spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable vacation. The beach access and view was perfect, especially for the sunrises and sunsets. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!

loved this beach house, roomy, clean and well equipped. The elevator was especially useful as one in our party required oxygen. Hope to stay there again next year.

Check in was the easiest I have experienced. You have anything and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The elevator was a blessing for getting luggage, groceries, and coolers up to second and third floors. Beds are firm. If you are used to a softer bed at home, I suggest bringing a matress topper. The views are the best and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on top deck looking for shooting stars each night. And I wont forget Angel who was so personable in texting us before and during our stay.

Beyond expectations!!!

The home was the most pleasant, clean, and accommodating home we have rented in all our years of going to Gulf Shores! The ice maker and elevator were, of course, our favorite amenities! Angel, the property manager was most pleasant and welcoming. We are definitely planning to return to this home, hopefully, next year.

Perfection at the Tuscan Villa

The home was just beautiful. We just loved it. Everything was clean and ready for us to have a great week. Everything that you could need, was available. There is even a great grill available. The balconies are everything that you could ask for. The views are just spectacular. The communication was great. The owner and the property manager, Angel, made sure that we were well informed and quick to answer any questions. We have vacationed in this area the last few years, and this home is by far, my favorite place that we have stayed. We can not wait to come back!!

Best Vacation Ever!

This was the third time my husband and I stayed at the Tuscan Villa but the first time for our children and grandchildren. This house is perfect! plenty of room, great location and the friendliest of owners and property managers. I can't wait to book again for next year.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful beach house. It is well suited to a family and had everything we needed. We loved the location. It’s away from town and no big condos near by. There was no issue accessing the beach from the house and the beach was not crowded which is always nice.

Absolutely perfect location. We had the beach almost to ourselves. It was great having each person in their own room with their own bathroom.It’s a little tired and dated but we didn’t spend enough time inside to matter. We were there for the beach. Really only issue with housekeeping was The grout/tile in kitchen was in need of a deep clean. Maybe soak in bleach. But the appliances and the counters were clean.Same in some bathrooms like powder room. Just a deep grout clean. Showers were clean.Otherwise it was a perfect location and as far as a beach rental 5 stars. People have left beach chairs over the years and there were enough chairs in the storage closet by the carport for our entire group.

The Gulf Shores area is a perfect location for a family wanting to drive to a beach destination in just a few hours! The beaches are beautiful! There are endless beach activities to keep yourself busy, or just sit back and relax! There are numerous divine restaurants to choose from when wanting to eat out. And fabulous shopping is only minutes away! The addition of the OWA amusement park means no one is ever without something to do!
