Hermosa casa frente al mar perfecta para familias

Una combinación perfecta de diversión y descanso en Lake Louise en Point Pleasant Beach. Restaurantes, playa y paseo marítimo están a solo una cuadra de distancia. Kayaks, paddle board y dos insignias de playa proporcionados. Profesionalmente renovado y decorado para que sea moderno y cómodo para satisfacer todas sus necesidades, como ropa de cama, estacionamiento en el lugar y lavadora / secadora. El lago es ideal para actividades acuáticas como kayak o rafting. El patio tiene una mesa para 6 personas, tumbonas, sombrillas LED y barbacoa. No hay grupos ni fiestas.

La casa está ubicada en un lago que tiene acceso al océano a través de un canal y el río Manasquan. Es ideal para actividades de navegación, kayak y remo, etc., y simplemente descansa en el patio trasero con una vista del lago con todas las comodidades de la casa. Realmente hay muy pocas razones para visitar la playa, aunque está a solo una cuadra de distancia. Tenga en cuenta que esto es parte de una casa más grande y que no hay espacios compartidos.

All around great experience

Property was perfect, back patio on the bay was great to hang out on. Frank was attentive and overall process was straightforward/easy. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing home on the lake

Great home for a vacation. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our first visit to Point Pleasant. We had a great time kayaking on the calm lake, barbecuing, walking on the boardwalk, playing mini golf and relaxing on the chaise lounges.

Hidden gem with outstanding view

The property did not disappoint. It is located in a charming neighborhood yet walking distance to the boardwalk and a sweet downtown. The space was extremely clean, well appointed (great fluffy towels and full kitchen amenities ) and decorated with style. Frank showed us around upon arrival and was responsive to communication before/during/after our stay. And the view was incredible. We found ourselves spending a good amount of time watching the birds and boats from out the back.

Home Away from Home in PP

Everything was great! A perfect home away from home. The patio and dock were perfect and now have no intent on renting anything other than on Lake Louise. After 40+ years of going to PP, that was the best house yet! Hoping to rent again in 2022! Thank you!!

AMAZING!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend and let me just say, wow. The property was spotless, great location and view, and has everything we needed and more. Towels, games, dishes, all sheets and bedding, even wine!! Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Great house, rainy weekend.

Unfortunately our Memorial Day weekend got rained out. Fortunately, we picked the right house to stay in. Had the house not been so nice and so comfortable, we might just have turned around and gone home. Instead, we enjoyed the wonderful accommodations and visited a number of indoor attractions in the area (bowling, movie theater, arcade, aquarium). While it wasn't what we had planned for a beach getaway, it was a great weekend with the family nonetheless. I really appreciate the in-person welcome that we got when we got there! Great personal touch. I also appreciate that the house had a lot of the essentials (e.g., sugar, ketchup,...). Those are often the little things that you forget to bring with you at a rental and have to run to the store. It was great not having to do that. We will definitely come back again, hopefully to enjoy the sunshine next time!

That VIEW!

This place exceeded our expectations. The view is so peaceful and calming - even when we were there during a winter storm! Frank’s home is clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a birthday weekend. Hope to be back when we can take full advantage of all the outdoor space has to offer!

Great house perfect location!

This house is perfectly located—beautiful views from the back deck, 5 minute walk to the beach and we walked to great restaurants every evening. Everything needed is in the house—linens/towels/kitchen accessories/washer/dryer—very clean and comfortable. Frank was a great host and we intend to return next year! Mike & Lyn

Amazing location

This rental is very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a nicely stocked kitchen and toiletries. Having coffee on the patio overlooking the water and being able to walk to the beach and arcade made this a perfect place for our family to enjoy. Overall a terrific stay.

Lakefront Serenity and Ocean Fun - best of both worlds!

A five star property and experience. We were greeted by our host, Frank, who gave a thorough overview of the house and amenities. He thought of everything to make our stay comfortable - key touches to make for a perfect vacation - coffee/tea/cooking essentials, cleaning supplies, toiletries, games, good selection of books and a point pleasant restaurant guide. He even filled the wine rack for us! The photos are representative of this beautifully decorated house and the view of the lake is breathtaking. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lake, afternoon kayaking and an evening glass of wine on the dock. The house has good wifi access which was important as my daughter was working remotely. The beach and boardwalk was less than a 5 minute walk and there were many great restaurant choices within a 5-15 minute walk or 2 -5 minute drive. I highly recommend and will book again. Thank you Frank & family for a wonderful stay!

Due to covid we wound up choosing something at the Jersey shore...

It was as if we weren't in NJ at all. After a very difficult 6 months..we wanted to just "shut off". This was by far, one of the most beautiful lake houses I have ever stayed at. The house was very clean, all new appliances and newly finished inside. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. We hope to come back again next year!

A hidden gem on the Jersey shore

The photos were quite accurate. Sitting out on the deck in very comfortable hairs overlooking the small lake was great . Five minute walk to the boardwalk and beach was perfect. They supplied everything you needed for the beach . A very quiet neighborhood. Even took out the Kyacks. We would definitely consider renting again.

Great place to get away from pressures of the city.

My family vacation at Point Pleasant Beach was highlighted by this beautifully decorated home. There was much attention to every detail in each of the rooms and we enjoyed its beautiful deck and the calmness of the bay. The owner who welcomed us as we arrived gave us a tour around the house explaining to us where we could find everything. The area has a lot of restaurants and the beach is just two blocks away. We parked two cars on the premises. Our stay was too short and enjoyable. Looking forward to returning in the future

Beautiful property

This is a very well-maintained property in an excellent location. The owners have thought of every detail and truly aspire to make it a wonderful experience for all of their guests. The kids had fun kayaking and swimming in the bay. My favorite part of the property was the view of the waterfront and I could have spent the entire time just sitting on the patio relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. We will definitely return!

Quiet, peaceful getaway

Frank and his family are great hosts. The house was clean and in a great location. Patio is perfect for morning coffee and evening cookouts. Look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful getaway!

This property is even nicer in person than the pictures. Super clean ( very important to us) Beautifully decorated. The owners obviously take pride in this rental. The patio and dock is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting in the living room you have a complete view of the bay. When you have children, location is everything. . Super short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We were very nervous about going away with all that is going on but we were really at ease in this town. The boardwalk and every store took social distancing very seriously. Every few feet there was a hand sanitizer station. We felt comfortable and safe and it felt good to go somewhere out of quarantine. The owners were very helpful with information and we thought it was really nice that the owner met us to give us a tour. Showed us everything so we knew exactly how everything worked and even gave us tips on where to get good food. We will definitely return. For the patio alone... we will return ❤️ Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with our family.

Perfection!

A beautiful place with everything you need and more. Stayed for our nephew’s wedding and it was perfect for our family. Loved being on the water. Frank took time to stop by and welcome us and walk us through the property. A perfect host!!

The property is approximately an hour from NYC and Northern New Jersey. It is a block and a half from the ocean, boardwalk, entertainment and restaurants, yet when in the backyard is very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful waterfront location. The lake is on an ocean access lake and just a block or two from the Manasquan Inlet and River. The downtown is vibrant and constantly improving with amazing restaurants.
