2019 parece un gran año para estar en Rehoboth. Excelentes tarifas semanales en septiembre con piscina climatizada. Alquileres de 3 días disponibles a partir del 24 de septiembre. La piscina está abierta hasta el 15 de octubre. Esta nueva casa se completó en 2015. El espacioso primer piso cuenta con un concepto abierto de cocina / sala de estar / comedor con techos de 5. 5 ', pisos de madera maciza, chimenea de gas, gran cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito exótico, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen 2 lavaplatos. El primer piso principal cuenta con ducha redonda personalizada, tocadores dobles y bañera de hidromasaje. Lado de entrada lateral, tiene lavadora / secadora y baldosas de cerámica.

El patio trasero privado cuenta con una piscina en el suelo de 13 'x 24', un patio trasero de 12 'x 19' con parrilla a gas.

El segundo piso tiene 5 dormitorios principales, todos con baños privados. El principal principal del segundo piso cuenta con un balcón privado con vista al patio trasero. La barra húmeda del segundo piso tiene encimeras de granito, fregadero y mini refrigerador, por lo que no hay necesidad de bajar esa primera taza de café.

Will be coming back!

Loved the house! Plenty of space for hanging out and lounging. Nice big kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or anywhere in Rehoboth. We want to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the pool since the back yard also looked amazing!

A great place for a long weekend.

We picked this house for a long weekend with 3 other couples. The house was huge with plenty of space for meals. The most enjoyable part was sitting on the porch and watching people going by. Definitely, highly recommended!

Family vacation 2024

This house was great for our family and location was perfect. We all enjoyed the heated pool . It was our 5 time staying at this house and we love coming back . David is a great host he is there always for help with anything we needed .

Family fun week

The house is as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds in the back and the two living areas, both with big TVs. Some areas show signs of wear and some parts of the cleaning process could have been better.

Thanksgiving stay

The house was really nice and plenty of room for everyone. I was very surprised when we had to bring our own towels and paper products. This detail is not in the listing, after booking I received a contract which did state that towels and paper products are not included, which I missed. I was very surprised when we arrived at the house and there was not a roll of toilet paper and barely any hand soap in the bathrooms I have never seen this and we had to make our own beds, they did provide the linens. So just be aware that you have to bring all your own towels, paper products and cleaning supplies. .

The Pines at RB

Fantastic house which resulted in a fantastic vacation! I’ve been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over 35 years. We have stayed at many, many houses during this time. The Pines has been hands down the best! A beautiful house, clean and very comfortable for two families. The pool was terrific after a nice day at the beach. David, the property manager, checked in with us in person upon arrival and made sure everything was just right. I would love to stay at this house again in the future.

It's a Great House

This is a great house. It is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for a large group to gather together and yet to have separate space when desired. There are two big seating/living areas, two eating areas as well as the pool and back patio (with a dining table), and each bedroom has its own bath. The house was very clean and well-equipped. David was easy to deal with – he is very responsive and helpful, and is nearby if you need him to stop in. The house made for a great experience for our family beach vacation.

Just the perfect long weekend!

The house was beautiful and spotless. It was the perfect set up for four couples. The host seemed to anticipate anything we could possibly want. The kitchen was well set up. There was even a tool drawer that came in handy. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, hitting all the shops downtown, and tons of restaurants. We appreciated that the host David stopped in to tell us about a little glitch with the alarm. Because sure enough, it went off at 2 AM and we had the heads up and could fix it. We are looking forward to returning next year!

McCarthy Family Vacation

INCREDIBLE!!!! The house was immaculate and extremely well appointed. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing. The pool got a ton of use to soak and float with cocktails! The location to “downtown” was the perfect distance and the beach was an easy, healthy walking distance (half mile). We were initially concerned with one “neighbor” being a restaurant parking lot (my wife and I aren’t night owls:)) however there were zero issues with noise. The Neighbor to the other side is an owner and he was pleasant and welcoming. A PERFECT week!!!

BEAUTIFUL & Convenient

It's a beautiful property. We loved the space. Each room having it's own bath was wonderful for privacy. Gorgeous kitchen, well stocked with cookware and utensils. The huge dinner table was great for our family. The family rooms were quite comfortable. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. There weren't many things wrong with the space . However, the light switches were a bit of a pain. They weren't marked and some were installed upsidedown. I wasn't a fan of being jarred awake by the sound of the dumpster nextdoor being dumped. Had the lights been less of a pain and the home not right next to a restaurant parking lot it would have been perfection.

Beautiful house and great location

We are so happy that we have stayed here for our 5 days vacation. It is a beautiful house with heated pool. The property location is very convenience. The house is modern and great layout of 6 bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has a lot of tools and equipment. All the space are used in the house and good size for 15 of us to move around. The only thing that is not prefect is that on Saturday early morning(around 6am) the trash truck came by to pick up the trash. There is a restaurant right next to the house and the trash can is right near our fence. It was very noise. Anyways, this is a minor problem. Overall, great experience and fun vacation. My kids did not want to leave. We will be back next year. The owner David has stopped by twice to check if we are all good. He came when we arrived and when we checked out the property. He is a very nice person.

2022 Girls' Weekend

We are a group of six friends that travel together frequently and spend one long weekend each October in Rehoboth. This property was perfect for us. There was plenty of comfortable sitting areas for both eating and relaxing and we each had our own room with comfortable beds and ensuite baths. The location is one block from the main road and we walked everywhere. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. So much so that we are planning to return next year. Thanks David for sharing your home with us.
